The perfect hotel for our family of three in the king exec suite. Pool was great for our little one. The staff were amazing and helpful. The menu was healthy enough for our toddler too.

Mainly not satisfied with the everyday room cleaning. We went out and we saw the carpet was still dirty when we backed to our room at night. The hair dryer looked like melted on the surface and sticky.
The shower design is a bit stupid that no door or shower curtain and the water splash out to the bathroom.

Good stay at the Westin. Clean, comfortable, modern room and good service at reception. Well located. Just a couple of minor negatives: 1. The pool was extremely busy on the Saturday because the hotel sells tickets to the public for a pool party event (I believe happens every Friday and Saturday). All the loungers and seats were taken and there were no clean towels available - not ok if you're actually staying at the hotel but can't use the pool facility. It was quiet and pleasant on other days, however there is no service around the pool that we saw so I'm not sure whether you can order food/drink poolside. 2. The buffet breakfast was generally very good in terms of selection, food quality and ambience however we stayed over the Easter long weekend and the service was noticeably lacking - many of the food items had run out and we had to wait multiple times and for long periods for them to be replenished. Also we were not offered tea/coffee or told there was a choice of eggs to order until our last day (ie. after the long weekend) so were left with the dregs of cold scrambled eggs and self service hot drinks. Other than that, we were happy with our stay and would go back if ever in Brisbane again.

Lovely hotel and enjoyed most of the experience. Only disappointment was the pool and service in this area. The pool was freezing and couldn't stay in it for too long, certainly not long enough to use the pool bar. Then asked one of the waiters if we could order a drink but he said we have to go to the bar? Went to the bar but couldn't really access from outside the pool. Finally a female waitress came over and took our order and delivered to where we were sat.

For the price, you would expect basic service/needs to be met in the hotel. But room service was bad. Had to request for things that is missing in the room such as a extra set of toothbrush coz 1 set is supplied with 3 set of towels for 2. Had to request it twice before it is supplied. Ordered food. Cutleries had to be requested thrice and mind you, it was still not supplied eventually. Bathrobe was replaced after cleaning service but only 1 was put back when 2 was removed. Had to call them twice to replace it too. Phone in the room was not working too so had to walk to reception for the requests everytime. They were fully booked those days so no other rooms are available. Water pressure in shower was not good too. Water took awhile before it got hot. Asked reception what time do the spa services closed and they were not able to answer as well. Tried to get help if I could have somewhere to do online checkin and print out my passes. Receptionist was not able to understand what we were saying and then proceed to say is not able to help us on it after multiple times of explaining.
