Our Pigeon Forge hotel is just a short drive from a number of attractions, like Dollywood for a day of adrenaline-packed excitement. One of the most famous National Parks in the country is in the neighborhood, if hiking and photography are more your speed. From relaxation to adventure, theres something to be had for everyone here.
Were just ten miles from the entrance of The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and a short two mile drive from Dollywood. Location is everything, especially when youre on vacation. Were within walking distance to the Dixie Stampede, so if youre visiting for this special event you wont have to deal with parking.
Our property has three pools on the premises, two outdoor and one indoor. No matter what time of year you stay at our Pigeon Forge hotel, you can take advantage of a peaceful afternoon poolside. Its also a big reason many families choose to stay with us. From Winter Fest to Mountain Fest, there isnt any shortage of events happening year round.
The Patriot Festival draws a crowd to our Pigeon Forge hotel. Of course, the famous local car shows are also popular. Both the Spring and Fall Rod Run is family-friendly fun, and is a great way to pass the afternoon. After a day of exploration, you deserve to relax in a spacious room. "We usually stay in hotels, and our first night here was pleasant. The service was good, and the room was clean, well‑stocked, and the King bed was very comfortable. However, the room itself felt a bit cramped, and the bathroom was much smaller than what we’re used to.
Our biggest issue came on the second night, when the parking lot noise was extremely loud and made it difficult to rest. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent and definitely met our expectations."

Beautiful home with ALL of the amenities! Our family enjoyed evenings in the hot tub and shooting pool while watching football after long days at Dollywood and downtown Gatlinburg. Patriot Park is a very short drive, and you can purchase an all-day trolley pass for $3 there. The location is perfect! You get a beautiful mountain view from the balcony and living room, while still being close to everything and not having to worry about traveling curvy mountain roads to get to the cabin. We will definitely be back!

The facilities were beautiful and amazing. Room was very nice, bed very comfortable. The food was delicious and the ambience on the top floor was very nice with fire pits to sit and relax by. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 star rating was because of housekeeping. They came in the first day and restocked our bath linens. After that, for the next four days, we never saw them. Ran out of bath linens, coffee and toilet paper. Had to go to front desk to ask for these necessities. One person on our floor put a huge pile of dirty linens outside their door. Another put their overflowing trash cans outside their door. Our cans were overflowing as well. I would definitely stay here again but I would make sure to request housekeeping daily. Not to clean or change sheets. I never expected that. But to leave clean bath linens and check trash cans and toilet paper.

Very comfortable! After several days traveling and moving hotel to hotel, this felt like home! Loved the balcony view, fireplace, Internet, separate bathroom areas and breakfast buffet. Location was perfect! Manager was very professional and welcoming.

We came with friends as we usually do every February. Shanica greeted us with such a smile! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and helpful! Breakfast was excellent and the rooms very comfortable. Our friend even had the room next door with a fireplace! The entryway was warm and inviting and very comfortable. Even had a table out there where we could play games and talk. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and had nice towels. This why it is our favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge!

We travelled from NKY for a weekend of soccer. The Inn By The River was so accommodating and helpful that we will definitely be staying here next time. They helped arrange rooms all together for 50+ people, equipment, food etc. We had NO issues or complaints when we left.

I was charged twice for the stay. I was charged upon checking in, even though the booking was prepaid. Front desk staff was not appropriately trained with normal procedures and resulted in the duplicate charged. I had to make several phone calls to different people to resolve this. This resulted in precious vacation time loss and unnecessary stress.

The housekeeping staff was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious.
We were in the building across the river. Member of party was not able to walk to breakfast area and the parking area was severely lacking enough spaces (not to mention hard to maneuver in). So we were never able to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast.
The parking area for the room itself was small. There were cars having to park wherever they could.
The kids really enjoyed the geese and ducks and other critters we saw in the area. By being on the first floor, we were able to enjoy the animals up close. And we enjoyed being next to the river. It was very peaceful.

My wife and kids enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn and Suites Pigeon Forge. The Facilities were very clean and modern. I noticed the pillows and bed felt comfortable and we all slept well. It is in a great location if you have kids being around a lot of things to do. The hotel itself also seemed very kid friendly. We would stay again!

the service was amazing and very enjoyable. You can walk to any restaurants,everything is nearby. The cleanliness services AMAZINGGG. The only thing is the breakfast area is small so it’s difficult to find a seat, and also most of the rooms are still old like the picture, but we loved this hotel.

Couldn't ask for a better location. Within walking distance to almost everything. Really nice pool. Rooms are basic but cheap. Great if you're traveling for work or on a budget. They do not rent to locals within a 200 mile radius so double check before booking. We'll see you next time
