Best hotel rooms I've seen in 20 years. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Love the in room fireplace. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and fresh. View of the river was lovely

This little hotel was such a gem. It was clean and well kept. We loved the in-room fireplace! Conveniently located to most things in Pigeon Forge or Sevierville. Breakfast was delicious for a continental breakfast. Staff were friendly upon checkin and check out. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very clean, well run hotel off the PKWY. Quiet location. Pet friendly. All rooms with gas fireplace and balconies as far as I can tell. Breakfast very good with very good coffee. Would highly recommend.

Great inn centrally located to see all the featured things in Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg. Fireplace in every room is a great touch!

Loved the fireplace and balcony overlooking the river. Staff was very kind and helpful. Many people had pets, including us, yet it was quiet and everyone cleaned up after them, so the grounds were clean.

Check in was painless. The lady working the desk was helpful, friendly, and kind. She started our stay off great! Room was clean and updated. Breakfast offered a good variety of food. Although, not much seating for breakfast.
We will definitely be back. We visit the area 2-3 times a year and this will become our new go-to hotel.

Such a hidden gem! This Inn is so charming and comfortable. Extremely clean and you can tell they truly care about their guests experience. Everything was updated and the fireplace in the room made it super cozy! My littles loved watching the ducks in the river from the balcony and got a kick out of the teddy bear waffles at breakfast!

Was so wonderful and the staff was exceptional. We will be back. The view was amazing and the gas fireplace was very cozy. Reminds me of Colorado.
