They are located in the heart of pigeon forge. Super close to everything! Walking distance to a lot! The rooms were good, we don’t spend much time in the room while on vacation. They are putting in a lot of work to make your experience even better in future visit! The staff was so nice and friendly. Over all we will be back can’t wait to see the improvements they are making!

The hotel is very nice! Good service room clean! The hotel is located in the center of Pigeon Forge, easy to get in and out of the Great Smoky Mountains! Hotel supporting facilities are complete! The experience is very good! Will go again!

Overall our stay was nice! But we had to check out early due to the weather and no one would refund us any of our money or offered anything to accommodate us for having to leave early.

My wife and I stayed for her birthday with no kids and still really enjoyed this place. Everyone was so nice and even though there was lots of kids we didn’t hardly hear any! Amazing hotel :)

The worst was the room service. They came every day and put clean towels and threw away the trash but they never once cleaned or organized the room or made the bed and we stayed for 8 nights

Great place to stay. The only problems we had was when got our pizza from the restaurant inside the hotel the dough was not done. Then the guy tried to tell me it was the cheese. We spent a little over $50 on 2 pizzas and a salad and it all pretty much got put in the trash

We got the honeymoon suite. It was very clean and updated. The staff there was very friendly. Breakfast was good. We had a great stay here. Our only setback was the fact that we had a tow dolly (trailer) with us and the hotel does not allow trailers. So we had to find somewhere else that would let us pay to store the trailer overnight, when the hotel had half the parking lot empty. I would stay here again, as long as we weren't towing a trailer.

This has been the 4th time I have stayed here since November. My family likes to go to Pigeon forge for a short getaway. We have Christmas shopped and went to Dollywood . This is my new favorite place to stay.
