"Everything was great, except for the bathroom facilities. There was no hook for towels, no hairdryer, and the sink was clogged.
The restaurant's main course menu offered a good variety and the food tasted delicious. However, the dessert and drink options were limited and not very flavorful, in my personal opinion.
Suggestion: It would be even better if there was a spot on the rooftop to watch the sunrise and sunset."

Strategic location, clean rooms,
For food, there is not a buffet every day, so it depends on the people staying, if there are not many people, the food will be delivered to the room, it doesn't match the price of the room which is around 500 thousand more/night, and if it is a buffet or delivered, it is informed in the morning or evening to call the room, so it is very disturbing to rest, especially since the telephone is on the TV table, not close to the bed, as a result, if there is a call, you have to stand in front of the TV, so you go back and forth and it is very ineffective.

I have stayed at this hotel in 1997, but until now the hotel property is very well maintained. The hotel is clean and comfortable. There just needs to be a corridor from the hotel to the main lobby so that it doesn't get wet when it rains because the dining area is in the main lobby.

Guest UserWe booked two family rooms and only gave us one, horrible service took them 2 hours to figure out they were wrong. And refused to give us a satisfying compensation plan. I don't recommend this one at all.

Location is a bit inside, but very worth it.
The rooms are spacious and clean, there is a kitchen with utensils. The host is very friendly,,, the view of the mountains is very beautiful from the top floor, without air conditioning but it is more than cold enough 🫣 , the building is beautiful.
In the morning, you can see the misty mountains because of the cold weather
