My room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a mix of modern and traditional Javanese elements. The private balcony was a standout, offering a breathtaking view of the mountains and lush gardens, perfect for unwinding. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided, from plush robes to a well-stocked minibar. One of the highlights was the pool area, which felt like a serene oasis. I also enjoyed the wide range of activities offered—from tennis courts and a mini-golf area to a well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with an array of both Indonesian and Western options, all fresh and delicious. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, always ready with a smile and eager to help with any request. The location is ideal for exploring Batu’s attractions, like Jatim Park and Batu Night Spectacular, all within a short drive. Overall, The Singhasari Resort Batu Malang offered a perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and convenience. It’s an ideal getaway for anyone looking to relax in beautiful surroundings with exceptional service. I would love to return and highly recommend it!"

"Lobby's ceiling installation looks visibly dirty and probably never got cleaned. Room is dirty and dusty. One of the twin beds' sheet is not changed. Visible dust on the table and floor as well. When we checked in, the front desk informed us that the room hasn't got towels and they will send immediately. I had to wait for 30mins and couldnt shower. At night i couldn't sleep becauss it was so noisy. The hotel guests near my room make a lot of noise in the corridor, one of them even knocked on my door and ran away. At 9 PM I couldnt handle it anymore so I complained to the front desk. But the situation remained the same. I dont recommend this hotel. Thank goodness I only stayed for 1 night."
