Hotels with balcony in Nadi

Nice and quiet resort, beautiful views and delicious menus. Only downside was, the bugs around the mini bar area. Cleanness needs some improvement.

We had a very pleasant stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Fiji - Sonaisali Island. The biggest highlight of this hotel is definitely the staff — everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always trying to help with a smile. You can tell the team really cares about the guests, and that makes a huge difference. The hotel itself is quite remote and isolated, which can be either a positive or a negative depending on what you are looking for. There is no real private beach for swimming, so don’t expect a classic white-sand Fiji beach resort experience. However, the location is absolutely perfect for sunsets. The evening atmosphere is beautiful, calm, and very relaxing. The breakfast is not really at a 5-star level in terms of variety or quality, but it is still more than sufficient and you will definitely find enough options to start the day well. One thing that really feels outdated though: charging extra for Wi-Fi in the rooms in 2026 is honestly absurd. Hilton, seriously — what decade are we living in? Free room Wi-Fi should be standard at this level nowadays.

I really enjoyed my stay here and would happily stay again. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was amazing, and the view was beautiful. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. The only minor issues were that one of the toilets was broken during my stay, and the locker assigned to me was also broken, which was a little inconvenient. Aside from that, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hostel.

This hotel is quite good as a transitional stay upon arriving in Fiji, being close to the airport. The room has a refrigerator, washing machine, kitchenware, and pots and pans, allowing for simple meal preparation. The service is excellent; the front desk and other staff are all very enthusiastic, polite, and friendly. The highlight is the hotel's 6th-floor restaurant with sea views, and the prices are very reasonable. Aside from the high accommodation cost, everything else is impeccable.

Good, decent hotel close to the airport with friendly staff. Food at the restaurant was a bit stale and not to expectation, otherwise all good☺️

I really enjoyed staying at Aquarius on the Beach, Nadi. The room was clean and equipped with all the basic facilities I needed.  I was so immersed in the night walk at the beach with the companions of 3 friend dogs. I saw houses pass in front of me, I saw crabs running on the sand and digging home for them. I enjoy the white cloud and blue sky. Even in a supper hot day, the wind make me feel cool. The restaurant and pool areas have plenty of benches, making it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The luggage storage service is free of charge, which was very convenient. After check-out, I didn’t need to worry about my bags—I was able to go on an island trip, do some nearby shopping, and then take a taxi to catch my late flight. The staff also helped arrange a taxi at a reasonable price. The driver was polite and very helpful. 😀

Overall, the stay was just okay for a short period. The staff were friendly, but the facilities are clearly old and worn out – they really need urgent investment. The bathroom, unfortunately, was a disaster: a simple plastic seat, loose fixtures, and only hand soap. On the positive side: the pool was fine, the people were nice, and the food offered some variety. There are alternatives right outside the hotel, so you're not dependent on it. Conclusion: For a short overnight stay of up to two days – for example, upon arrival or departure – the hotel is acceptable. It's not recommended for longer stays.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience in the hope that it encourages some improvements. Unfortunately, my stay at Nalagi Hotel was far below my expectations. From the moment I checked in, the experience got off to a disappointing start. The front desk attendant was cold and unwelcoming, never made eye contact, and didn’t smile once. She appeared annoyed to be there, which was a stark contrast to the genuine warmth and hospitality I experienced at other hotels in Nadi during this trip. The room was spacious, but it lacked thoughtful design and attention to detail. The main light switch is inconveniently located below the television, with no bedside lamps or nightstands, meaning that if you wanted to read in bed or simply turn the lights off, you had to get up each time. There was also a persistent unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drain, and overall cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired. The hotel feels worn and tired, as though very little care has gone into its upkeep. That’s perhaps the biggest disappointment, because the property has so much potential that simply isn’t being realized. The final straw came on my second night. I was repeatedly woken between 1:00 and 2:00 a.m. by neighboring guests who were aggressively banging on a nearby door so loudly it sounded as though they were trying to break it down. Once they eventually got into the room, the noise continued. I called reception to report the disturbance and was told security would be sent, but if they did come, it had little effect. Eventually, I had to get out of bed and ask the guests myself to keep the noise down. I genuinely wanted to enjoy my stay, but the combination of poor service, lack of maintenance, hygiene concerns, and the handling of the late-night disturbance made for a very disappointing experience. With better management, staff training, and investment in the property, Nalagi Hotel could be a wonderful place to stay. Sadly, that was not my experience.

Helpful, happy and friendly staff who were there to greet us when we arrived on the complimentary shuttle bus that picked us up from the airport. Our room was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for the 3 of us. Very good air-conditioning. Beautiful gardens and surroundings throughout the whole place. Good breakfast provided and the dinner menu had a good selection and we enjoyed our meals. The restaurant staff were excellent. Happy, cheerful, and quick service. The pool was clean with plenty of areas to sit and relax or have a refreshing swim. The front desk were happy to call a taxi if needed.

Check in was after 3pm, check out 10:30 , and you have to get the towel from the reception. Too many rules  plastered in the room as if you are going to rob them. A deposit of FJD50 in cash is required (no drinks in the room whatsoever, just instant coffee). I asked if I can check out before 12nn but was allowed only up to 11am. When I went back to get my luggage, the lady told me that I was supposed to have checked out already, without even asking if I already did. Only the cleaning staff were helpful. Would not recommend.
