Just needed a quick nights rest before an early morning flight. Smugglers was just what I needed. Guest service was efficient, location is conveniently on the beach restaurant was delicious and the room facilities were clean. They even had an airport shuttle for my sunrise flight.

Convenient location in Nadi. Room is comfortable. However, when we first got into the room, there is sand all over the floor.

All the staff provided excellent service. I stayed in a dormitory, and on that day I was very tired from activities and couldn’t climb up to the top bunk. I asked the staff for help, and fortunately a bottom bunk was available, so they kindly let me switch. Thanks to that, I had a comfortable night. Even though my flight was delayed, the airport shuttle service still waited for me with a clear sign, which made it easy to find. They kindly offer luggage storage as well, which was very convenient before check-in and after check-out. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Loved our stay here and already look forward to coming back. View from oceanview room did not disappoint if you love a beautiful sunrise an sunset this is the place to be. Big Shout out to Jason for top tier customer service also for making my son Matthew enjoy his stay even more as well as all the lovely workers.  Vinaka
