"Worst hotel in the world,, booked from 19/5/26---25/5/26.paid upfront all money when I did booking, checked in around 9.30 pm on 19/5/29, bathroom over flooded, needed to change the room, or upgrade the room, but till 0100 am, nothing happened, Tuesday 10 pm till morning reception ( Fijian lady) very racist.so I check out at 6 am on 20/5/26. "I stayed here for 5 nights, and unfortunately the experience was really disappointing. The hotel was old and not very clean, with cockroaches around the property. There was also no real view from my room. The location is convenient, though — close to the beach and shops. The worst part happened when I returned from an island trip. The hotel was in the middle of moving everything because the management had changed. I was suddenly told that I had to leave and pack all my belongings within 10 minutes. They moved me to another hotel, which was even worse, with huge cockroaches and generally poor conditions. I had already arranged a taxi from the original hotel to the airport, but they didn’t really help with the situation or even assist with my transportation plans. There were also no complimentary arrangements despite the inconvenience. Overall, I would only consider this place for a very short, budget stay — maybe one night if you’re just looking for somewhere cheap and close to the beach. Otherwise, I would recommend looking elsewhere."

"The most friendliest, accommodating, approachable staff on the stretch! Very Affordable accommodation with great family deals. Great management!! The highlight of Beach Escape is the Food!!! Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner was always something to look forward to. Large portions & always very, very tasty!! Guests from nearby hotels and resorts came for their meals there as well!! They have an amazing Lovo menu every Friday with Fire dancing and hulas. The staff and management took great care of us and attended to every special need. We stayed for 12 Days... I would definitely recommend Beach Escape to Everyone!!!"
