GGuest UserUpon arrival, the owner informed us that since our car was parked by the roadside, our luggage would be brought in by tricycle. My family had a few initial concerns, but the moment they stepped into the guesthouse, all their doubts vanished! We were all traveling with young children, and the beds were spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The absolute highlight was the ground floor common area. After dinner, guests would gather there to chat and play cards. This was by far our favorite hotel of the entire Gannan trip. The breakfast the next morning was also very generous. The owner and his wife were incredibly warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate; it rained on the afternoon we arrived, preventing us from relaxing on the third-floor rooftop terrace to enjoy the views.

When the weather is good, the wooden house is really a fairy tale while taking advantage of the blue sky and white clouds! The stream is passing by, and the children can play by the river for a long time with water shoes. The hillside on the back is worth climbing up. There is a purple wild flower, so beautiful!
Hardware: relatively new and clean, with air conditioning, electric blankets and separate bathrooms. It is complete in the grassland, but the air conditioning compressor is a bit noisy in the middle of the night!
Service: Tibetan waiters are very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to help carry luggage!
The attic room is more novel. Children like it, but the space is much narrower than the parent-child room! If it weren't for the high anti-sleep, this stay experience would be more perfect ～

GGuest UserBefore heading to Sanko Grassland, among many B&Bs and hotels, this one caught my eye. The photos looked great, and the rooms appeared modern and comfortable. Upon arrival, I found it was even better than expected – no fake advertising here! We initially had trouble finding the location, but the owner patiently guided us. As soon as we got out of the car, friendly bellhop staff were waiting for us in the parking lot, offering us Hada scarves and helping with our luggage. They were super enthusiastic and patiently explained everything as they showed us to our room. The next day, when we were checking out, the same bellhop saw us from afar, stopped what he was doing, and immediately rushed over to help us with our luggage to the car. We truly felt the warmth and hospitality of the locals! Zhoima, our butler, also provided very meticulous service. The owner might not say much, but he's incredibly thoughtful – whether it was the room arrangement or the breakfast, everything was excellent! And the views from the room? Absolutely stunning! Highly recommend!! We found the most beautiful scenery and the kindest people of our entire trip here!

Location and Natural Beauty
The hotel is nestled on the edge of the Sangke Grassland, offering vast grassland scenery as soon as you step out the door. On our check-in day, the welcoming owner offered to take us for a walk by a nearby stream. Verdant grass lay beneath our feet, dotted with wildflowers, the stream gurgled, and in the distance, cattle and sheep strolled leisurely. It felt like stepping into an untouched natural landscape. This immersive experience, detached from the hustle and bustle of life, was one of the greatest surprises of the trip.
Service is in the Details
What touched us most was the owner's thoughtfulness. Due to our tight schedule the next day, we planned to depart at 7:30 AM. We had planned to skip breakfast, but the owner specifically inquired about our departure time the night before and prepared a hot breakfast the next morning. Bread, milk tea, and side dishes...the simple fare held the most simple warmth, making us feel like family on a cool morning. This selfless enthusiasm far exceeds expectations of ”hotel service.”

GGuest UserThis Tibetan-style B&B is very close to Langmusi Town. The owner is a *******, very simple and warm. He will go to the mountains to pick small flowers with a special fragrance, dry them and then use them for aromatherapy every morning. The large French window in front of the tea table faces the mountain view. It is so nice to drink tea and chat here!

AAnonymous UserWe stayed three nights at Nirvana Resort in early July and loved our time there. Spectacular location, the grasslands are alive with flowers and birds, and everyone at Nirvana was kind and helpful. We had our own car (ideal if possible) and alongside visiting Labrang Monastery and walking in the nearby hills, we also enjoyed driving around the backroads into Qinghai and immersing ourselves in the landscape. At the end of each day it was perfect to climb the hill to the Sky Bar and drink a beer while watching the land grow dark.

AAnonymous UserWhen we arrived at Sangke Grassland, we just moved in. It rained heavily and encountered the biggest hailstorm in more than ten years. We hid in the Haidilao Bubble House. The rain stopped an hour later and the temperature dropped to 4 degrees in an instant. Thank you to the electrician for repairing the electricity and allowing us to stay there. After eating hot pot on the prairie night, my whole body felt warm. There is heating in the Starry Sky House, but I was worried that it would still be rainy the next day. Unexpectedly, I woke up at 7 o'clock in the morning and saw the groundhog that I missed so much. I fed him snow cakes and apples, and they clicked in front of you. It was so healing, and the sun slowly came out. , the temperature has also increased, grassland, blue sky, white clouds. The housekeeper is also very enthusiastic.
