The hotel is very new! It’s a very good hotel in Terengganu! There is a coffee shop and a newly opened Thai restaurant across from the hotel downstairs. There is a Chinese restaurant on the right when you go out.

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose the Hotel Felda Residence for its location.my late check-in and overnight stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Room is bigger than i think. U cann add on matters or bedding. Very smooth to request. Even sutra beach is old hotel but i like it. The scenery is nice. Pool also i love it. Very big pool for customer. Baby, kids, teenagers & adult can choose which deep u comfort to swim.

The rooms were big and very comfortable to stay in. We stayed in the sea view rooms and was great being so close to the beach with the opportunity to catch the sun rise in the morning. The food at the Nelayan Restaurant was absolutely delicious and with exceptional service. It felt like we were taken care by the friendly staff. Mukunda from the restaurant made sure we were looked after consistently throughout the trip. I would definitely come back for another holiday here.

During the Raya week, we went to Permai Hotel KT for a staycation. We really enjoyed it. The hotel room was clean and recently renovated. The kids love the comfortable bed and the swimming pool. The room comes with 2 complimentary breakfast for adults and extra fees for kids older than 4 years old. There’re lots of options for breakfast, including typical Malaysian nasi, noodles, cereals, kuih, fruits and salad. We also took dinner there. We ordered pastas and they were served with lots of seafood and vegetables. Between, I guess the sauce was mostly made from scratch. And the ingredients were fresh. The taste was awesome. My younger one is always picky with food. Yet she couldn’t stop eating her pasta and other orders 😆 The quality of the food far exceeds the standard for a 3 star hotel. Also, all the food was reasonably priced. With RM170 per night for a superior room, I think the experience and quality far exceed what it should deliver 😊. If you’re looking for a comfortable yet reasonably priced stay in Kuala Terengganu town., I highly recommend this hotel. And my only regret? I had the pleasure of returning to YT Midtown Kuala Terengganu for a second time, and once again, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. This hotel continues to deliver exceptional value, comfort, and top-notch service that left me feeling completely satisfied. Having previously enjoyed my first stay, I had high expectations, and I’m pleased to say that YT Midtown did not disappoint. The affordable price for such a comfortable and well-appointed room is truly remarkable. It’s evident that the hotel places a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction, as the level of service remained consistently excellent during both of my stays. The hotel staff called me on the morning of check-in date to remind me of my booking and to confirm my check-in time. There’s a touch of attentiveness in this gesture. The family room is value for money for two nights’ stay in a strategic location (near Kuala Terengganu Chinatown). The hotel does not have its own car park; parking is the public parking bays along the street (daily rates are applicable but we didn’t have to pay because our stay was during the public holidays and the weekend). Our request for four single beds was fulfilled. Overall, we had a comfortable stay in this hotel. Just a bit of advice for future guests: There’s no elevator service in the building. Hence, please do not rate this hotel badly because of this fact. This hotel is near a mosque/ surau, so morning prayers can be heard clearly. Whilst this does not bother my family (this is after all rather common in Malaysia), light sleepers should take note. Again, please do not rate this hotel badly because of the morning prayers being heard.

Redang Island resort was one of the first resorts in Redang and has a great view on the hill overlooking the main harbour / port. Whilst not directly on the beach it does offer morning snorkel trips (10am to 1) and an evening transfer to long beach for dinner options (6-10pm), both of which should be taken up since the highlight of Redang is its snorkelling and beach vibe. Dinner at RIR was not great with an uncooked fish and chips (also missing the lemon noted in the menu as there was none in stock) whilst the beef burger was not great. Maintainace is clearly an ongoing issue with the room having problems with its shower & hot water whilst the pool was not fit for swimming (irrespective of the snake we saw both mornings by the loungers!). On the more positive side the transfers were well managed whilst the staff were keen to help albeit constrained by what they could actually do Rooms on the sea side are significantly better than the forest side given views and light. Rating is a generous average (3stars) but it deserves better than poor (2stars)

Looking through the reviews here, there are no recent ones. Things have deteriorated much since I first stayed here in 2019. Back then, service was friendly, room was nice and clean, aircon was functioning like it should. Perhaps blame it on covid restrictions past 2 years. Blame it on low cash flow to do maintenance. Blame it on lack of motivated staff. Truth is, this hotel’s standard has gone down. Broken, poor maintained room, unmotivated & deary staff working, moldy & poorly cleaned bathroom.. I can go on but you can probably get the picture. Pity, it was great back in 2019 but I won’t be returning.

Amazing. Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely go back at some point and can’t wait. It was heaven on earth. The views, the beach the sea are worth every Penny. Absolutely amazing. But the staff are wonderful. So friendly, helpful and kind. Everyone of them. The rooms are brilliant. Nice and fresh and clean, Amazing size. Great design a vibe to the whole place. I had a nice one night stay here. The staff were very helpful and assisted me in explaining how to get to the island from Marina Duyong and I was also able to buy my return ticket from reception which was helpful. In addition, they allowed me to pay for all meals through online transfer, which I was grateful for as I hadn’t brought cash. Travel to and from the resort to the jetty was available for an extra RM20. The food was good - I had the scrambled eggs, pancakes, Chinese fried rice and nasi goreng ayam. The room had everything I needed and was clean. There was a public beach around 10-15 minute walk from the resort and it was very quiet but stunning. I was a little bit unlucky with the weather as it rained more or less the entire time I was there apart from on the morning I left where I managed to grab some photos.

I loved the view where you can randomly see the airplane departing and landing now and then. The room was quite nice, with all the amenities. I look forward to booking here again if I ever come to Terengganu in the future

The hotel prices in Laguna Beach are relatively more expensive. After all, this is the most representative long beach in Redang Island. The snorkeling spots are relatively concentrated, and it is also the most lively area in Redang Island. Seven days and six nights in Redang Island, the third and fourth nights stayed here, which was also the hotel with the worst experience. The hardware is not as good as the price of Redang Island Resort, especially the toilet, the water storage system is not tight, so the noise at night is relatively large and affects the rest. Although I contacted the staff three times to make adjustments, but still did not solve it. Although breakfast is included, breakfast is what the third picture looks like. The advantage is that the location is very good, 30 meters away from Long beach, the attitude of the waiters are very good. Each room is divided into upper and lower floors and can accommodate up to five people, suitable for poor travel. However, climbing up is more difficult, and the upper partition is lower. The upper sleeper is always worried about turning over and falling down at night.

Beautiful area, blue sea, comfortable when on the beach. Comfortable satisfaction. Spacious and comfortable room can accommodate 4 people in one room. In terms of food, I really like it.. it delicious, there are various types of food to choose from as well as good service from the staff of saripacifica Redang. And get the very best photographer Allan David Perez. Lots of interesting pictures. Tq so much for having us. Next time we come again ..

The room was very clean and the service was very friendly. The most impressive thing was that the waiter asked me for a tip, but the language communication was not smooth. It was the first time he was called a ”foreigner”

This is my third time staying at Mimpi Perhentian. It is sad to share that my experience this round is the worst as compared to the first two trips. There is no toiletries refill after the room was made up because the items are out of stock. I do understand that it closing season soon because of the monsoon. However, I did pay for the room at full price. Why do I have to be the collateral damage of the weather? The bed sheet and comforter have a smell which is caused by the sheet not drying properly. On my fourth day, the room was not made up when I returned to my room at noon. I called the front desk and told them to give me a new set of towels and omit the housekeeping. At around 4pm, the housekeeping staff knocked on my door and wanted to make up the room. Hence I am not sure if they have initially forgotten to make my room or if they only have one staff to do housekeeping. On top of that, I had a rude encounter with the restaurant manager. I went diving daily at 8am hence I have made a special request to pack my breakfast (which is included in the room package) and I will collect it at noon time. On the first day, the packed food portion was too little so I requested extra fruits on the second day with the restaurant manager in the morning. She said ok and when I collected my food at noon, it was not packed. Hence I asked the waitress on duty to pack it for me instead. On the third day, I saw the same restaurant manager again and I explained to her that she didn’t pack the extra fruits for me. She said I was not allowed to pack the food after I have eaten at the restaurant. I told her that I go diving at 8am, and I have never sat down to eat. She started to raise her voice and told me that I cannot pack the extra fruits because customers are only allowed to have one portion of fruits (which looks like a portion for a child). Which I find ridiculous because I get to dine an unlimited portion if I dine in. Furthermore, I did not request the packed food for fun. I will have digestive problems if I eat and dive. The restaurant manager was not only rude and inconsiderate, it is most disappointing that she judged me when all I did was take care of my health so that I can enjoy my dives and holiday.

I would like to choose it even though I had a defect for the good position and because I did not see anything better to kiss. The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable and was very comfortable. The photo showed one of the rooms that were renovated for a few years, and we were given the old type, and when they arrived we had to get our baggage, we had to get to our chalet. The clothes were packed back with the handles (with which we had delivered them) and if you just need to remove the sweat without stretching, you should clean them from you. The location of the hotel is very good, after 11:00 am every day, after the tide, the restaurant can catch the sea. Good meal, good service, deluxe sea view room (on the second floor next to the restaurant), should be regarded as the best room in the hotel, but the internal facilities still look old. The plaque is about 10 to 15 flat terraces, and the room is still quite large (about 24 pings). If it is convenient to eat and sea, it is a good choice.

Booked the premium sea view suite at Coral View Resort for our family holiday and had one of the most enjoyable and memorable stays there. We are a family of 3 adults and 3 children, and therefore, safety and comfort are of top priority. The walk from jetty is quite a distance away, and if you're carrying heavy luggage, this will be a big challenge as there was no paved walkway or dedicated path other than on sandy beach itself. Luckily, we decided to leave the luggage and travelled using backpacks. Resort staff were friendly and helpful, once we gotnour keys, the staffs actually carried all our backpacks to the room. The room was excellent and comfortable for us, especially our kids who loved the indoor pool and wooden swing. The only grouses we had were that the light switches were plentiful and would be good if theres labels. Food during dinner was superb as we had fresh seafood. Breakfast was disappointing, though, and we ended up going to the nearby resort, The Barat and Mama Chalet, for food. Shops were plenty, and you could stock up on your mineral water and snacks to curb the hunger pangs. Overall, it is a great place to stay with family with fairly good facilities such as a nearby water theme park, a definite must for kids! Will consider coming again!

A place in an area with easy parking.. It's just that before checkout, there is no electricity in the morning. It's hot.. The lady at the reception said she noticed there was no electricity.. Huu. Btw, it's a nice budget hotel if you want to go back to kg. Thank you

The best resort ever. From jetty service was awesome. If you choose boat transfer from bubu, no need to share with other resort passenger, only bubu guest only. The luggage will be arranged by them. Just bring on your own things. Then when going back, you no need to q like others. Just wait at lobby, wait for the boat arrived! From check in until check out, their staff so cheerful! The breakfast was awesome with the beach view! Surely will repeat after this.

1. We had a great time on the boat, the snorkelling trip, and the view was amazing. We checked in on Thursday, and we felt like having the resort to our own. The resort became busier on Friday & Saturday. 2. Booking, checking in & out was quick and hassle-free. 3. The resort is near to the jetty; therefore, we did not have to walk very far. 4. The quality of the food was above average. Foods were cooked deliciously. The buffet choice was plenty, considering the COVID-19 pandemic. 5. The resort facilities, however, could use several improvements: 1. The room should be maintained regularly. The management cannot depend on complaints from the guests alone. Have a regular inspection and repair program. 2. Housekeeping is basic. Toiletries (shampoo) still contains Methylparaben. 3. The bathroom is huge, it should have a physical separation between the shower area 7 the toilet to avoid the bathroom floor from getting wet. 4. The hot water is only available during the day when solar power is abundant. 5. There were no TV channels. After some troubleshooting, we still got no TV, and we were advised to change our suite. At the new suite, we still got no TV. Then the staff at the Reception explained that the antenna was struck by lightning. The staff could have been truthful in the first place. 6. We noticed some rubbish was left at a spot without proper disposal. We also saw a giant lizard rummaging the trash. This poses a health & safety hazard. 6. Compliance to COVID-19 SOP: 1. No temperature screening equipment. 2. Staffs were not wearing face masks/face shields at any time we were there. 3. No movement control/physical distancing during the breakfast buffet. The staff must take proactive controls; they cannot depend on the guests because they were hungry. This resort is a best-seller, but please proceed with caution.
