"The Novotel is in a fantastic location, right above Metro Lines 2 and 6, offering direct access to all major attractions. It's also just three stops from the train station. Downstairs, there's a travel agency where you can catch direct buses to the Terracotta Army and hop-on-hop-off city tour buses. As for the hotel's front desk staff, check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety, including freshly made 'sauteed' noodles and beef noodles daily, plus a mix of Chinese and Western options. This explains why we saw quite a few foreigners staying here. Next time I'm in Xi'an, I'll definitely choose the Bell Tower Novotel again. 100% recommended!"

"The Westin has a long-standing partnership with my company, but this was my first time staying at the Xi'an location. The hotel's external environment is very convenient, offering a quiet escape in a bustling area. The courtyard-style interior room layout provides a cozy feel. However, there are some flaws that I hope can be improved: Firstly, the telephone in the room had no labels for room service or the front desk. You had to go through a hotel operator, and crucially, the font size on the phone's labels was so tiny, you'd need a pilot's vision test to read it. I guess guests staying at the Westin Xi'an for business trips should always carry a magnifying glass. Secondly, the attention to detail was lacking. For a room on the third floor, costing over 1000 RMB per night, there were mosquitoes! I checked, and there were screens on all the windows, so I'm not sure how these agile little creatures got in. The most frustrating part was that while they provided a mosquito repellent device, there wasn't a single power outlet accessible near the walls for it. The service lady who came to my room had to search high and low to finally find an outlet tucked away in a dark corner under the desk, very close to the wall. My intention in pointing out these issues is truly to help the Westin Xi'an improve its attention to detail and uphold the reputation of its brand."

"The hotel's location is fantastic; it's right next to the Bell Tower and there's a subway entrance downstairs, making transportation incredibly convenient. Our room didn't face the Bell Tower directly, but that was fine. The hotel is clean and tidy, and they even have self-service laundry. Although we only stayed one night and didn't get to enjoy the simple afternoon tea snacks, it really shows how thoughtful the hotel is."

"The room was great, very clean, and had a beautiful view, especially at night. The overall service was excellent; the front desk staff were warm and thoughtful. They even offered afternoon tea and late-night snacks, which was incredibly considerate. My trip to Xi'an was full of unexpected pleasant surprises and genuine hospitality. I forgot my facial cleanser when checking out, and the kind manager personally arranged for it to be sent to me via express delivery, along with a small gift. Since I was traveling with a child, they also upgraded us to a view room for free. Downstairs, there are plenty of places to eat, which was very convenient. It was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's central location and the incredible view from the room meant we didn't even need to visit a separate scenic spot, haha! Many thanks to the manager for their kindness and the gifts!"

"Found a gem of a hotel for my Xi'an trip! The Bell Tower Original Tracing Hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable. It's super close to the subway station, just a few minutes' walk, making getting around by metro incredibly convenient. You can also walk directly to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower in no time, saving a lot of effort when you go out at night to see the illuminated sights and explore the Muslim Quarter. The room's cleanliness was exceptional; the floor and tables were spotless, and the bathroom had no odors and the vanity area was very tidy. The hotel facilities are very new and well-maintained. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too hard—ensuring maximum comfort for resting. All the essential amenities were provided. The hotel environment overall is quiet and not noisy. The front desk staff were quick with check-in and very friendly. Transportation, hygiene, and hardware are all top-notch, offering great value for money for travelers. It's highly suitable for tourists, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Xi'an. Highly recommended!"

"I stayed at the Sheraton for three nights in Xi'an and was very happy with my choice. The location is excellent, with plenty of amenities nearby. The hotel's environment and cleanliness were top-notch, and the breakfast spread was quite generous. "🥳 Overall, I highly recommend staying here – it's great value for money. 🥳 Soundproofing: The soundproofing is excellent; it's very quiet. I checked in late at night and left in the morning, and I didn't hear any noise from the hallway during that time. 🥳 Service: The staff are good-looking, and the airport shuttle service is relatively well-organized (compared to other branches). Calling the front desk gets you assistance, and for departures, they even help guide guests to the car. This isn't some amateur operation. They help with luggage, hold elevator doors – you can really feel the warmth in these details. 🥳 Breakfast: The variety isn't huge, but it's enough to fill you up. The douhua (tofu pudding) gets a thumbs up; even if the taste is just okay, I appreciate that it's offered. The saorou noodles were very springy, and the Eight Treasure Porridge was delicious! 🥳 Location: With the airport shuttle service, getting to and from the airport is quite convenient. Finally, a few suggestions: The waiting time for airport pickup is 20 minutes; it would be better to have guests contact them in advance to arrange a car. Also, the car picks up and drops off guests at multiple terminals, not just one destination, which contradicts the information given by the front desk. And please, clean the artificial flowers in the restaurant – there's some... fuzz on them. 😹"

"I am very satisfied with the family stay. The public areas and guest rooms of the hotel are online. Every day, the cleaning is timely and meticulous to change the supplies. The room is spacious and quiet. The service staff is gentle and caring. Any small problems will be solved immediately and the rest is very comfortable."

"Overall, my stay at the hotel was great: 1. The location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Wenjing Road Station on Line 4. You can take a direct train to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and transfer to Line 2 at the next station to go to the Bell Tower and South Gate. 2. The room facilities are new and complete, with smart bathroom features and a bathtub. 3. The staff are all very friendly and responsive to any issues. 4. There's a shopping mall nearby, which makes ordering takeout quite convenient. Having to switch elevators multiple times can be a bit much, but it's common for high-rise hotels with elevator control systems, so it's acceptable. Areas for improvement: 1. The pillows weren't very comfortable for me over several nights, but I didn't notice any information about pillow replacement. I hope the front desk staff can proactively inform guests about this in the future. 2. The phone's dial buttons are actually on the handset, which should also be mentioned beforehand. It was quite confusing when I was in a hurry. Finally, thanks to Lily for her assistance. Overall, I recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel is huge, and its facilities are excellent; it's probably one of the best in the area in terms of hardware. The cave room is very unique, but the lighting is so dim it really feels like a cave. If the hardware is five-star, then the service is three-star. The service was absolutely terrible, and the hotel's management level was a disaster. We stayed for two days and encountered so many problems that we decisively checked out and moved to another hotel, even though we had originally planned to extend our stay. 1. Because we were watching the 'Return to Yan'an' performance at 7 PM, the front desk, based on the time, booked an 'Embittered Memories' dinner for 5 PM the day before. Later, I called the front desk again to change it to 5:30 PM. When we arrived at the restaurant punctually, the restaurant's front desk couldn't even find our reservation, and the restaurant was completely unprepared. The restaurant staff quickly informed the hotel front desk that due to lack of preparation, all internal hotel guests with reservations were pushed back until after 8 PM. 2. There was a lack of communication or timely information exchange between the restaurant, front desk, and concierge. Given such a major blunder with the dining reservation, I immediately went to the front desk to inquire about the performance reservation I had made the day before for today. From what I overheard from the staff's phone conversation, it seemed they still hadn't made the reservation and were urgently trying to sort it out. 3. The restaurant manager said that because they weren't prepared, they would arrange for the food to be delivered to our room after 8:30 PM. After we returned from the performance, it still hadn't arrived. When I called to inquire, I was told that the reservation hadn't been made again. They then rushed to make it, and it was delivered to our room after 9 PM. 4. Breakfast was an even bigger disaster. The restaurant was quite small, with no usher, and no designated queuing area. The front desk just let people in without any guidance. Everyone had to wait behind guests who hadn't finished eating yet to grab a seat. In the end, we (a family of three) had no choice but to split up and find separate spots to share tables. 5. Not to mention the insufficient supply of coffee, milk, and beverages, the plates were also cleared very slowly. Everyone was doing half a task and then moving on to another. Despite a decent number of staff and not too many tables, it was still chaotic, which again proved the extremely poor training and management. 6. While eating, we saw more and more guests coming down. The front desk informed them there were no seats and to come back in half an hour. A large group of guests left unhappily. However, later guests were seated right away when seats became available. I can only imagine the anger of the large group of guests who waited half an hour only to have to continue waiting. 7. When checking in, we registered our child's information, but the front desk didn't even think to prepare children's toiletries and slippers. When I called the front desk from the room, the robot answered and recorded the request for children's supplies and an extra duvet. Half an hour later, there was still no movement. It was only when I switched to a human operator to complain that they urgently delivered them."
