The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Bell Tower, making transportation and dining very convenient. The only downside is the lack of a proper fruit store, with only street vendors selling loose fruit. The hotel service is great. One day, I had to leave early and would miss breakfast, so I informed the front desk. They thoughtfully prepared a simple meal for me. While the food itself wasn't the main point, it was a truly heartwarming gesture. The room has direct drinking water, saving the hassle of boiling water, and there are bottled water dispensers in the elevator lobby, which is convenient for taking out. The staff on the floors and in the restaurant are all very friendly and greet guests proactively. Breakfast is also good with a wide variety of options. This hotel also accommodates international guests, and I encountered many people from different countries.

We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Baoji. The room was spacious and offered a stunning view of the city and the river . The hotel's location is excellent for both sightseeing and business . A special thank you to Jessica, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, making us feel very welcome. In fact, all the staff were remarkably attentive and professional throughout our stay . The facilities, including the indoor pool and the sky bar on the 40th floor, were top-notch . A truly wonderful experience and probably the best hotel in the city!

A perfect experience for a family trip. The hotel is in a very good location, right by the Han River, integrated with Tianhan Park, and has a very good environment The hotel service is first-class, the facilities are very new, and it feels very high-end The breakfast is very good, the hot rice noodles are a must, I ate bowl after bowl until I couldn't eat anymore, it's much better than eating out There is a 30 yuan noodle buffet for lunch, which is amazing! Every kind of noodle is delicious, oil splash, pulled noodles, the children ate bowl after bowl, amazing! Next time I come to Hanzhong, I will stay here again

Good hotel, with perfect location, walking distance to bell and dram towers. Room was clean, big and bright Breakfast was ok. Mostly all staff was friendly and polite, except to ladies on reception, I didn't know why at 5:30 am in my room all lights started to switch on and curtains opened. When I asked, they weren't interested to help, it looked very rud when I got answer ”I don't speak English” and they continue to talk with each other, like I wasn't there. Only after I showed the transaction on my phone they told to say something in Chinese in room, but none of us can speak Chinese and I couldn't understand why they made this for everyday option and for us it's not easy to find what to do because everything is on Chinese. Only after I said that I won't do anything by myself, they agreed to fix it. And last night didn't have this problem.

The room is spacious and bright, with a panoramic window framing the city wall's night view, offering an immersive ancient capital experience. Miaomiao (跳跳) provided excellent service, and the front desk staff were warm and efficient, proactively recommending local delicacies and sightseeing routes. Complimentary Hanfu experience, intangible cultural heritage rubbings, and a late-night bowl of noodles were all delightful surprises. Robot delivery service, free parking, a fully equipped gym, and laundry room made for a truly worry-free stay.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, very close to the airport, which is super convenient for travelers catching early flights or those on a layover. Plus, getting to the city center takes about 30 minutes by public transport, so getting around is easy. There are many restaurants, eateries, and shops around the hotel, making life very convenient. You won't have to worry about food or shopping at all. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The overall environment was very relaxing, and I felt completely at ease during my stay. What touched me the most were the hotel owners. They are incredibly kind, enthusiastic, and helpful, always willing to assist whenever needed. The owner even personally picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, which was a huge help. They even gave us small gifts, which made us feel incredibly warm and welcome. I truly felt cared for and welcomed here. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again!

Location: Incredibly convenient! It's right near the H exit of Bell Tower Metro Station. After visiting the Terracotta Warriors, the bus dropped us off right in front of the hotel at Bell Tower Station. We could see our hotel as soon as we got off, which meant we could rest immediately – the location is just perfect! It's also very close to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower, so we just walked back in the evenings. Service: The staff in the lobby on the first floor, the front desk on the second floor, the cleaning aunties, and the hotel's personal butler were all warm, thoughtful, and had excellent service attitudes. Room: The environment is clean and bright, and you can open the window for ventilation. The sink drains very quickly with no strange odors, and the shower water pressure is great, which I really liked. The toilet is also clean and automatically heated, which is a nice touch. After a day of sightseeing, you can really get some good rest here at night.

The B&B is really close to the scenic area, and the owner even offers free pickup and drop-off. The room was super clean, and all the amenities were great. Plus, the owner's cooking is delicious! I'll definitely recommend this place to friends who visit. Free parking is a huge plus. Everything was just perfect.

Very good experience! I went to the hotel with a try and a try. There was a large parking lot. The doorman took the initiative to help with the luggage. The lobby staff was warm and provided discounts. The hotel is clean, the room facilities are very new, the bedding is comfortable, the shower water is very flush, and the fatigue of driving is washed away. The surrounding environment is good, there are many restaurants opposite the hotel, and there is a leisure square in the west. The first time I came to Yulin, the image was very good.
