"Had a great stay here! The hotel is conveniently located right near Exit 6 of the Bell Tower Metro Station, and also very close to the Bell Tower itself, making it super easy to get around. Even though it's in a central area, it was surprisingly quiet at night, and the room had excellent soundproofing. All the facilities felt quite new, and I appreciated that the toilet and shower were separate. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Right next to the hotel's main entrance, on the right, there's a cultural street featuring local time-honored intangible cultural heritage delicacies, with shops like Tongshengxiang, Wuyi Restaurant, and Baiyunzhang – making it incredibly convenient to find good food. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic; they helped with my luggage, upgraded my room, and even gave me a parting gift when I checked out. After staying here for three consecutive nights, I moved to a hotel in the heart of Datang Everbright City for another two nights. However, that second hotel wasn't conveniently located near any metro stations. For tourists primarily interested in historical and cultural sites, I wouldn't recommend staying in Datang Everbright City. Even late at night, city bus tour vehicles are available at the Everbright City intersection to take you back near the Bell Tower. For first-time visitors, I highly recommend this hotel. However, I do not recommend buying the Terracotta Warriors direct bus ticket from Huatour Group at the hotel's intersection, as shown in my photo. I thought it would depart directly, but we ended up driving around within the city walls for an hour to fill a large bus before officially setting off. Plus, they first take everyone to smaller attractions where some people pay for purchases before heading to the Terracotta Warriors. I suggest taking the metro combined with a taxi for a more economical and time-saving round trip."

"We had a top experience. Tian Tian and her family are super kind and welcoming, they really make the guests feel at home. They offer pick-up and drop-off service from and to Huashan North Station, and to and back from Huashan Visitor Center. The hotel itself is vey nice, with an external patio overlooking the mountain river beyond and the cloudy mountains. Our room was clean and cozy. We had all our meals prepared here, and the food was extraordinary delicious and fresh. The structure is located in a pleasant village. If you are going to hike HuaShan, look no further for your accomodation. 100% recommended. Best of luck. Nicolò & Vanessa (from Italy)"

"After getting out of the taxi, we had to carry our luggage up several steps, which was a bit of a hassle. The hotel entrance is quite small and easy to miss. The elevator is also tiny. However, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and even giving us a small gift when we checked out. A minor issue was that the comb packaging in both rooms was already opened. The internet speed was very slow. On the positive side, the restaurant view at night is absolutely stunning. Be aware that if you order food after 8 PM, some dishes might be unavailable or you might have to wait around 40 minutes. It's best to order before 8 PM."

"We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel in Xi’an! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very aesthetically designed, with an elegant, almost royal atmosphere that makes the whole stay feel a little more special. We also loved the thoughtful details throughout the hotel, including the hot water dispenser, which was incredibly convenient whenever we wanted tea or just some hot water. They also provided umbrellas whenever it was raining, which was another small but very appreciated touch. One of our favorite parts was the tea room and the daily tea experience. It added such a lovely traditional element to the stay and made the hotel feel even more special. The location honestly couldn’t be much better. The Bell Tower is practically right outside the hotel, the Muslim Quarter is within easy walking distance, and there is a shopping mall as well as a convenience store right next door. It was incredibly easy to explore the center of Xi’an on foot from here. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful and elegant interiors, an amazing central location, thoughtful amenities, and most importantly, genuinely kind and helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Xi’an and can highly recommend it!"

"The hotel exceeded my expectations. The environment is fantastic, seamlessly integrated with the Huaqing Palace scenic area. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is excellent. They provide buggy transfers from the lobby to the accommodation buildings and the restaurant. Guests can enter and exit Huaqing Palace an unlimited number of times. When going to see the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' in the evening, hotel staff even escort you with lanterns, and it's very close. Walking from the hotel to the scenic area, the view opens up beautifully, and it's incredibly relaxing. The complimentary 'Jinghong Travel Photography' was a great bonus; the makeup artist was enthusiastic and professional, and the photographer did an excellent job – I couldn't bear to delete any of the photos! 😌"

"The gym is not a gym. It is a laundry room with a cheap looking bike in it. Might be a treadmill as well. The laundry room is very useful. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers. There could be a system to help manage people's washes so that the machines were not left standing full as when I tried to use them they were all in use for most of the evening. The biggest problem I had in an otherwise good stay was that the amount of dust in the rooms. On all surfaces (pictured some dust on the phone and a thick layer on the projector) there is dust. When I reported this a quick wipe of the projector was done but no apology or anything like this and no other areas were dusted. The room (and probably hotel) needs a deep clean. The projector worked easily enough for me and was good, though I took my own hdmi cable that I plugged into the back, rather than using their system which I had no idea how to use and didn't see any instructions. Overall this hotel was good enough and good for the price but not as good as the rating suggests or the list of amenities could be."

"The hotel is huge, and its facilities are excellent; it's probably one of the best in the area in terms of hardware. The cave room is very unique, but the lighting is so dim it really feels like a cave. If the hardware is five-star, then the service is three-star. The service was absolutely terrible, and the hotel's management level was a disaster. We stayed for two days and encountered so many problems that we decisively checked out and moved to another hotel, even though we had originally planned to extend our stay. 1. Because we were watching the 'Return to Yan'an' performance at 7 PM, the front desk, based on the time, booked an 'Embittered Memories' dinner for 5 PM the day before. Later, I called the front desk again to change it to 5:30 PM. When we arrived at the restaurant punctually, the restaurant's front desk couldn't even find our reservation, and the restaurant was completely unprepared. The restaurant staff quickly informed the hotel front desk that due to lack of preparation, all internal hotel guests with reservations were pushed back until after 8 PM. 2. There was a lack of communication or timely information exchange between the restaurant, front desk, and concierge. Given such a major blunder with the dining reservation, I immediately went to the front desk to inquire about the performance reservation I had made the day before for today. From what I overheard from the staff's phone conversation, it seemed they still hadn't made the reservation and were urgently trying to sort it out. 3. The restaurant manager said that because they weren't prepared, they would arrange for the food to be delivered to our room after 8:30 PM. After we returned from the performance, it still hadn't arrived. When I called to inquire, I was told that the reservation hadn't been made again. They then rushed to make it, and it was delivered to our room after 9 PM. 4. Breakfast was an even bigger disaster. The restaurant was quite small, with no usher, and no designated queuing area. The front desk just let people in without any guidance. Everyone had to wait behind guests who hadn't finished eating yet to grab a seat. In the end, we (a family of three) had no choice but to split up and find separate spots to share tables. 5. Not to mention the insufficient supply of coffee, milk, and beverages, the plates were also cleared very slowly. Everyone was doing half a task and then moving on to another. Despite a decent number of staff and not too many tables, it was still chaotic, which again proved the extremely poor training and management. 6. While eating, we saw more and more guests coming down. The front desk informed them there were no seats and to come back in half an hour. A large group of guests left unhappily. However, later guests were seated right away when seats became available. I can only imagine the anger of the large group of guests who waited half an hour only to have to continue waiting. 7. When checking in, we registered our child's information, but the front desk didn't even think to prepare children's toiletries and slippers. When I called the front desk from the room, the robot answered and recorded the request for children's supplies and an extra duvet. Half an hour later, there was still no movement. It was only when I switched to a human operator to complain that they urgently delivered them."

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a stone's throw from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get to popular attractions. Right across the street are two large shopping malls, so dining and shopping are also very easy. The hotel breakfast features a variety of authentic Shaanxi specialties; in just one meal, I got to taste delicious dishes like beef paomo, roujiamo, shuiben beef, hulutang, and youcha. The overall service at the hotel was satisfying, friendly, and attentive, with prompt responses to any issues. Five-star rating all around!"

"Exclusive Xianyang Airport Shuttle (7:00-21:00): Requires booking one day in advance. Inform the front desk via WeChat about the number of people and your flight number. A business car will be arranged to pick you up. The journey from the airport to the hotel takes 40 minutes. Terracotta Warriors Scenic Area Shared Shuttle: After check-in, the hotel front desk will provide a QR code for booking one day in advance. Both the airport shuttle and the Terracotta Warriors shuttle booking are very convenient. Departure from the hotel at 8:30 AM, return to the hotel at 4:20 PM. Facilities: The stay was very comfortable. The hotel is close to the Bell Tower, making travel very convenient. Cleanliness: The cleaning staff did a very thorough job. Service: Since there was an available room, I was able to check in early. Upon check-out, I received hand cream as a gift."
