This hotel is located inside Tianfu Airport, making it incredibly convenient for travelers needing to wait for a connecting flight or seeking a temporary rest. They also offer a baggage check-in service (for luggage under 20kg) and free luggage storage, which is very handy. The hotel's environment is excellent, and the facilities are brand new. The room featured electric curtains, and the bathroom facilities were very modern. The hotel service was also top-notch, and the breakfast was incredibly rich. Plus, they offer a thoughtful service guaranteeing a late check-out until 2:00 PM. I accidentally left my ring behind when rushing at check-out, and the hotel thoughtfully mailed it back to me the next day after I contacted them. This is truly a hotel worth staying at. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang. Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles. Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do.

Recommended by a Trip.com bespoke service agent. This hotel is top-notch in terms of both facilities and service. All staff members were incredibly kind and polite. They took excellent care of my companion when she suffered from altitude sickness. The restaurant food was fresh and healthy – highly recommend! Customer service via WeChat was prompt and always helpful.

My 2nd Trip to Chengdu. Always find hotel nearby IFS and Xilu Hotel was your 1st and 2nd Choice. Abit difficult to fine at 1st however its at Level 2. The receptionist was quite helpful, easy checkin. My only problem was check in as i 'm not aware i hv the small room 15m2 there hv to upgrade 20-22m2 type room (Bixia Tranquil Double Bed Room (Smart Room, Tranquil Sleep, Mobile Screen Casting) with minimum charges RMB120x 2 nite-RMb240 extra , equaling to RMB 240 per Nite which was more expensive than normal booking trip. However, its fine for me . Strong shower bath pressure with was very nice! PLease check the room size 1st to prevent my mistake. Room was comfortable all good except u have to pay for Watching ur favorite Chinese Drama from Hotel which i think it was a bit ridiculous, u only manage to watch CCTV 1 channel, i hope u could provide more better option on this. Rest all good. Opposite have very good Steamboat restaurant just right opposite hotel only at Level 2.

This hotel is clean, spacious, and well-lit, with very convenient facilities. Rooms come with Baishishan mineral water, instant hot water, and a mini-fridge. The service is simply outstanding – staff are warm, highly efficient, and incredibly accommodating, practically anticipating your needs. The great room rates and free parking are major bonuses. Every single staff member is genuinely friendly and made us feel very comfortable. The overall ambiance is fantastic as well. For the price, this hotel offers absolutely unbeatable value! A special shout-out to the front desk team, particularly Wendy, Rain, and Allan, whose service was exceptional. They upgraded our room, gave us a lovely small gift, thoroughly explained the hotel's amenities, and provided all the details for breakfast, including times and location. We had a truly excellent stay.

The hotel is very luxurious and has good attention to detail. Although the room we were in had an amazing view and luxurious feel, some dirt and stains and a few cracks in the furniture takes away the full 5 star wow factor, although it is a great room. Also the hairdryer is very very old and overheats within minutes, you need to pull it out, wait, then try again. Also the AC is not stable, at times we needed to turn it down as low as 10 to actually feel cool as the room is very hot and humid. The staff in general were very warm and accommodating and provided extra water for the room when we called them. However as we wanted to have a little rest in the morning we called to ask if the cleaner could come asap to only change trash and stock up the toilet roll etc, we were informed that there was only one cleaning lady and would need to wait. I find this quite questionable for a hotel that big. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice. Pastries, cakes, local specialties, western dishes a plenty. However the coffee machine is weak and only provides espresso and americano, the hotel should upgrade the machine to accommodate those with tastes like lattes and cappuccinos as this is the norm in even 4 star hotels. The robot butler is a great touch.The location is actually very very good. Shopping malls and restaurants are very very close. Overall I would stay here again but the price needs to match the interior.

The location of this hotel is very good. One thing I do want to add is that the cleanliness was not very good. The room itself is fine, but the hallways are pretty dirty. I don’t think they have ever been vacuumed, but this doesn’t really affect someone staying there. However, the beds are on this wooden platform with a crack between them. Inside the crack, there was an actual mountain of sunflower shells. It was kind of gross! This doesn’t affect your stay because I guess you won’t touch it, but the knowledge that you are sleeping on a pile of trash is disgusting

This is the best hotel in Songpan, perfectly situated right next to the city walls. It boasts an excellent location while also being incredibly quiet. The hotel's interior environment is superb, and the room furnishings are fantastic. The toilet even thoughtfully includes a disposable seat cover, and the complimentary bottled water is the premium Nongfu Spring brand. Breakfast is also very good, especially the beef noodles, which are delicious. It's truly the most worthwhile hotel to stay at in Songpan. Plus, the hotel offers a thoughtful shuttle service, and the lovely concierge upgraded my room!

The hotel is very good. It is close to Wanda Plaza. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The lobby is very beautifully decorated. James, the front desk clerk, is enthusiastic and friendly. I give it ten thumbs up. It is very safe. The room is close to the river and has a good view. I was satisfied with my stay and praised it! The only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit weak and the fried things are cold and hard. I hope it can be improved.
