⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service and Wonderful Stay! I had a truly amazing experience at this hotel in Chengdu. From the moment we arrived at 1:00 AM, the receptionist went above and beyond to make sure my family felt welcomed and comfortable. She was extremely polite, kind, and understanding of our family situation. She carefully arranged a suitable and comfortable room for us and continuously checked to ensure that my family, especially my children, were comfortable throughout our stay. Despite our very late check-in, she personally accompanied us to the room and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. Her dedication, patience, and professionalism were truly impressive. One of the highlights of our stay was her understanding regarding our departure schedule. Since our return flight was at 6:30 PM, she kindly arranged a late check-out until 2:00 PM, which was incredibly helpful and perfectly suited our travel plans. The room was clean, comfortable, and excellent value for money. The breakfast provided was also very good and added great value to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu, especially international travelers who do not speak Mandarin. The staff's willingness to help makes the stay completely stress-free. I regret that I forgot to ask for her name, but she was a short, slim, fair-skinned young lady with a beautiful smile. She worked extra hours yet remained cheerful, helpful, and professional at all times. The hotel owner should be very proud of her and consider rewarding her outstanding dedication and excellent customer service. Thank you for making our family trip so memorable. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Chengdu!

I came to Siguniang Mountain for a competition, and my family was really worried about altitude sickness. So, we skipped the guesthouses closer to the starting line in town and chose this oxygen-supplied hotel within the scenic area instead. The staff were incredibly friendly and proactive; they added me on WeChat days in advance to share check-in information and tips for high-altitude activities. When we arrived, we found this guesthouse to be amazing – beautifully decorated with tons of rooms, many of which face Mount Yaomei directly! The front desk staff were very professional and enthusiastic. They even upgraded our room for free! Also, the guesthouse is a few kilometers from town, but they offer shuttle service with a business car, and they respond super quickly. The drivers are excellent! Plus, the sour soup hotpot at the restaurant is delicious, and the breakfast is plentiful. I’ll definitely choose this place again next time I come to Siguniang Mountain. Highly recommend!

Right in the city center, the room was small but had everything I needed and was very clean! It was quiet at night too. The front desk lady even upgraded my room for free, they have a printer, and I was able to get a late checkout. The front desk staff were really nice. Highly recommend!

A fine hotel in a decent, central location. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was quiet, with a nice outdoor seating area and good air conditioning. Gym was very basic without much equipment. Not a bad deal for the price.

I highly recommend the Mercure Chengdu Chunxi Taikoo Li! The location is absolutely fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. The hotel has an elegant French light luxury style, the rooms are spotless, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the smart home features are very user-friendly. The staff are warm and attentive, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including many local specialties. Overall, the experience was perfect, and it offers great value for money. This is definitely my top choice for anyone visiting Chengdu!

I only had a transit in Chengdu, but I wish I stayed longer. I fell totally in love with the hotel! So beautiful: decorated in a traditional way with carved wood, calligraphy, tea rooms and a garden.  The room was also very nice: big, clean, with a cosy tea corner. It had all the amenities needed, smart light and curtains system. And I absolutely loved the room key which was actually a wooden Buddhist bracelet! Breakfast was a traditional set of rice porridge, noodles, different pickles, an egg, sweet vegetables (batate, pumpkin, corn) and fruits. Very delicious! The location is also very good. It’s close to the city center and beautiful Wenshu Monastery. There are several subway stations around, lots of restaurants and shops some of which work late at night, so if you have a late check-in and feel hungry you’ll definitely find something. Next time I come to Chengdu I’ll definitely book this hotel again!

Woo... an absolutely fantastic stay at the upscale Joyhub Air Hotel! On April 20th, 2026, check-in was a breeze – quick, no deposit required, just a passport registration. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, and the room was spotless with a cozy duvet on the bed – everything I could ask for. The room itself was very spacious, offering a relaxing garden view outside, which I captured in many photos. After settling in, I explored the hotel's facilities, which were also stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet dinner; there was a huge variety of delicious food. I paid CNY 298 / RM 178 (for 2 people) in cash, as Alipay wasn't accepted. There weren't many tourists dining, and every dish was incredibly tasty. The next day, April 21st, I tidied up my room before checking out. I left the room at 4:45 AM and returned my key card at the reception, and check-out was also quick. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk from the hotel to the airport terminal – you just cross a bridge to enter the airport. At the airport, female customs officers scan you before entry. The hotel is directly opposite Terminal 1. I would happily recommend this place to my family and friends. Traveling with elderly family members, the small fridge in the room was really convenient. The facilities were complete and everything was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the decor was visually pleasing. I really liked sitting on the sofa and looking out the floor-to-ceiling windows – it felt just like home! 🥰 However, the room's soundproofing wasn't great; I could hear people talking loudly in the next room. Also, the food selection was a bit too limited and could definitely use some improvement. But as for the room itself, no complaints there!

The hotel boasts an excellent central location, making transportation incredibly convenient. The Exit C of Metro Line 1 is right outside, and Line 4 is also nearby. The room was cozy and comfortable, with great attention to detail. The butler and staff were genuinely kind and attentive. The food was both delicious and affordable, perfectly meeting our travel needs. I'll definitely stay at this 4-star hotel again if I have the chance.

We chose the Mantou Hotel because we had a flight from Tianfu Airport the next day. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from Tianfu Airport's Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, making its location excellent. Although Mantou is in the distant suburbs of Chengdu, it has a rural charm with blooming wild flowers. The facilities are complete, including an elevator, umbrellas, bath towels, and slippers, and the bedding is brand new. Aside from some stains on the hallway carpet, the room was very clean and spacious. There's a rocking chair in front of the room, which is quite romantic under the bougainvillea. It's especially worth mentioning that the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service, helping to arrange transfers without any delay. It was free and on time, which was very thoughtful. As an economy hotel for transit guests, it's perfectly adequate. Although breakfast was a bit simple, it's highly recommended.
