We’ve travelled all over the world and stayed in everything from budget hotels to some of the most well-known luxury brands, and we can honestly say this was the best hotel we’ve ever experienced. Everything about Liangsu Hotel in Yangshuo exceeded our expectations. The service from the staff was absolutely impeccable—everyone was so warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. It didn’t feel forced or “hotel-like” at all, just very natural and thoughtful. They really go above and beyond to make your stay special. The room was something else. Waking up to that view every morning honestly felt unreal—it’s like living inside a painting. The design is beautiful and calming, and every detail in the room felt carefully thought out. It’s one of those places where you actually look forward to spending time in the room. One really unique touch we loved was the complimentary 30-minute travel photography session. It’s such a thoughtful experience, and the setting makes for incredible photos—you’re basically surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery imaginable. It’s a small detail, but it made the stay even more memorable. The whole hotel has such a peaceful, dreamy atmosphere that makes it really hard to leave. It’s quiet, scenic, and just feels very special compared to a lot of other places we’ve stayed. We’ve stayed in many “luxury” hotels before, but this one stands out because it combines stunning design, nature, and truly genuine service. Highly, highly recommend—this place is something special. For us it's more than 5 stars!

Seriously, who gets it? My stay at the Wyndham Garden Liuzhou absolutely maximized my travel happiness!🍜 The authentic Liuzhou river snail noodles on the 13th floor were amazing! The sour bamboo shoots were flavorful, and you could add beef and duck feet. No need to queue outside; I savored the authentic Liuzhou flavor right in my room.🌃 The river view + musical fountain view was incredible! The coffee buffet and scenic afternoon tea on the 13th floor allowed me to enjoy the Liujiang River while I ate. In the evening, the 12th-floor bar's special cocktails faced the musical fountain directly, creating the perfect tipsy atmosphere!📸 The travel photography offered by the hotel was fantastic!I chose a Miao ethnic costume, and the makeup and styling were incredibly detailed. The photos turned out perfectly (100% success rate!), and they even included two retouched photos, saving me a significant amount on a photoshoot!📍 The location is super convenient too! It's very close to popular attractions like Ma'anshan Park and Wuxing Pedestrian Street. When I was tired from exploring, I returned to the hotel for a free tea-seed hair treatment provided by the hotel—so relaxing and comfortable! No need for a detailed itinerary; just book this hotel directly!

1) This hotel is literally situated on the China-Vietnam border. From my room window, I could see Vietnam, and the front desk even warned me that if I had an iPhone, it might pick up signals from the neighboring country and my time zone could change. The rooftop observation deck offers an even better view of the border scenery, encompassing both Dongxing in China and Mong Cai in Vietnam. 2) When I booked on Trip.com, I specifically requested a non-smoking room, and the hotel front desk truly delivered! The floor and room were genuinely free of any secondhand smoke. Honestly, in a fourth-tier city in (what is arguably the world's number one country for secondhand smoke), this was a rare and pleasant surprise. 3) It's quite close to the Dongxing Port, just a 5-minute walk away. If you want to experience the charm of a border town right from your room, and if you appreciate clean room facilities and fresh, natural air, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

An absolutely amazing stay that exceeded all my expectations! The hotel's location is super convenient, right in the city center with tons of food options downstairs. Several popular 'luosifen' (snail noodle) spots are nearby, and there are plenty of other restaurants and malls in the vicinity, making dining and shopping incredibly easy. The hotel service was meticulous; the front desk staff, especially Coco, was very proactive. The room was clean and tidy, completely consistent with Hyatt's signature style. I will definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. Highly recommend!

It was raining when I arrived in Guilin. The front desk lady kindly upgraded my room for free to a higher floor (5th floor) because she said my booked room on the second floor would be damp. It was very comfortable! The room was clean and the bed was soft. They even offered hot tea upon arrival, and after adding them on WeChat, all the important information was clearly communicated. The location is super convenient, right in the city center, making it easy to get to attractions, and there are tons of food options nearby. I immediately extended my stay! (There's a delicious Luosifen noodle shop called 'Xiao Zhuozi Luosifen' nearby.)

The hotel facilities are complete and the overall cleanliness is excellent. The service is great, and the lobby environment is very pleasant. The staff are warm and attentive, especially the front desk, who were incredibly enthusiastic and even helped with an upgrade. I had a very satisfying stay, and overall, it offers great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

This is the best Wyndham hotel I've stayed at so far. There's plenty of parking, the soundproofing is excellent, and I slept very well. The breakfast incorporates some local specialties and has a wide variety of options. It would be even better if the lobby had a display area showcasing local specialties from various counties.

This is probably the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Guangxi. My only minor complaint is about the restaurant's pricing for children. My son, who likely exceeded 1.4m, was charged full price for the dinner buffet. Honestly, kids don't eat much; he mainly just had drinks and fried rice. Children are growing taller these days, but they're still kids who often just pick at snacks. I strongly suggest an age-based pricing system would be much fairer. I also need to complain about the executive lounge. It was quite stingy. They should at least provide some basic items like sodas, bread, or small pastries – nothing extravagant.

Let's get straight to the point. Regarding this hotel, from a family travel perspective, I do not recommend it. Families with children should probably avoid it. Reason one: Children aged 6 and above are charged half price for breakfast. While 50 yuan isn't expensive, my child only ate two sausages and two donuts. Reason two: There's very little for kids to do. There's only one swimming pool, barely two proper lanes wide. The small ball pit next to the breakfast area is only open during the dinner buffet. There's nothing else to entertain children. Reason three: There are very few family-friendly attractions within walking distance. We didn't go to Qingxiu Mountain, which might be suitable for older kids. If you're traveling for business, this hotel is fine. I'd like to commend the proactive and helpful concierge at the entrance who opened doors and handled luggage. The front desk staff were standard—neither overly enthusiastic nor unfriendly, just middle-of-the-road. A customer service manager did contact me before check-in to inquire about my stay, but I was busy at the time and didn't get a clear explanation of what they needed. When we checked out, someone specifically approached us asking for a five-star review, but I was busy checking in for my flight and the call was cut short. Upon check-in, they provided toothbrushes and slippers for the child. The front desk on the 80th floor consists of three desks, similar to those for bank wealth managers, positioned right as you exit the elevator. You check-in while seated. There are no signs indicating who is responsible for what, but you can just go to any available staff member. My only discomfort was that it's been a long time since I stayed at a 4-star-plus hotel booked through Trip.com that didn't allow check-in without a deposit. I had to pay a 1000 yuan deposit, which didn't cause any real inconvenience, but it just felt off. Breakfast is about a 4-star standard. The highlight is Luosifen (snail noodles), and the pastries seemed freshly made and tasted good. Freshly squeezed juice was available, but other than that, there wasn't much special, and the variety was limited. Perhaps I had too high expectations after reading reviews. The room was very spacious, the bed was high, and it was quiet. However, the layout was a bit confusing to navigate. Despite the low occupancy, my room was very far from the elevator. Maybe it was for a better view? In summary, this can be classified as a 4-star business hotel on the 80th floor. It truly lives up to its name of being a 'selection' hotel. The view outside was just three tall buildings. I was slightly disappointed. We checked in around 7 PM and left the next morning feeling bored. There was an option to borrow traditional ethnic costumes for a 1000 yuan deposit per set. They lacked distinctiveness or suitable backdrops for photos, so we just took a few pictures in the room. The clothes were quite new and clean. The overall atmosphere felt a bit sterile. The walk from the ground floor lobby to the elevators was very spacious and empty.

Nanning Xinwei Marriott Genuine Review | Perfect Location, but Hardware and Lounge Disappoint ⚠️ Booked this hotel for its Marriott brand and location, but the experience was quite disappointing… ✅ Location is truly unbeatable Right downstairs is Huizhan Hangyang City, and it's just one stop to MixC Mall, super convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. ❌ Hardware feels really dated The furniture, bathroom fixtures, and TV in the room are noticeably old. Public areas are also not very well-maintained. Soundproofing is average, and the air conditioning performance is mediocre, overall lacking that five-star feel. There's no fridge, so no mini-bar! ❌ Service is mediocre Not particularly enthusiastic, but no major blunders either. Response time is a bit slow, and there were no pleasant surprises. ❌ Member benefits are full of complaints The welcome fruit was just one orange🍊, how perfunctory! The executive lounge on the 22nd floor was particularly stuffy, and both the afternoon tea and evening drinks experience were subpar. Everything closed by 9:30 PM, so there was no chance to properly enjoy it (missing the Conrad Guangzhou from New Year's). 💡 Summary If you're on a budget and only care about the location and a place to sleep for a night, go for it; If you prioritize quality and a good lounge experience, proceed with caution!

Ff/stop nomadFrom the moment we stepped into the lobby lounge area, there was a sense we were in for an elevated experience. I must say, as someone unaccustomed to booking small boutique properties, that I had my fears and doubts. Walking into the lobby lounge almost erased all of those worries. The first thing that one notices immediately is how clean everything is - from the pool and lawn area, to the lobby itself, and then the rooms. It really brings a sense of calm and ease. With everything in the hotel there is so much intention and thoughtfulness to the details that make the experience so zen-like. This isn’t merely a property that wants to imitate a certain aesthetic in a cosmetic way, but rather something with a soulful integrity to it in the choice of materials that work in harmony. My kids loved their stay here and even made several new friends; they all had fun running around the pool, or playing in the playground area. The playground itself is very simple, but with a group of kids even a simple playground comes to life. The property is situated right along the Yulong River and throughout the day you see bamboo rafters drifting down the river and my wife found this very relaxing. The pool is gorgeous. It’s also very observably clean. While it was a bit chilly, my kids couldn’t resist and took a dip. While my elder child was able to handle the cold and swam quite a while, my younger one ended up in the bathtub on the balcony where I filled it with warm water so he had a chance to splash about as well. The property is also nestled amongst the tall karst mountains and you have an intimate view of them. As far as being a picture perfect property, this is as close as it gets. As for practical matters: toilets were clean with bidet function; we never had an issue with hot water; all electric sockets were universal; the appliances all worked as expected. Now, no property can be perfect and there are things that might be a matter of preference or interpretation. For me, I would say the rooms are cosier than the pictures might indicate. To be clear, the photos are accurate as far as how the rooms look and feel and also the layouts. But the photos are shot with a wide-angle lens, so just expect a slightly tighter lived-in experience. On this platform, the listed size of the rooms are large. For instance I believe the room I booked is listed at 100 metres squared; this, to me, most certainly includes the terrace as the indoor space doesn’t match my experience of 100 metres squared. The rooms are designed to maximise a sense of airiness and space which creates a lovely atmosphere, but of course this comes with some sacrifices. With my room, to achieve a more open feel, there is no partition separating the washroom area from the living room area. As a family this wasn’t a big deal, but if you’re staying with a friend this could be potentially awkward but also easily manageable. The food is terrific and the portions are generous. For some, they might find the breakfast somewhat repetitive (as some other reviewers have commented) but my family had no issues and rather looked forward to breakfast here! The coffee is also terrific. Really. I ended up buying the beans they use for their coffees. The lunch/dinner menu is also strong, although for children it can be a bit limiting although the staff do try to make accommodations as far as spice levels, etc. All in all, I would easily stay here again. It is true that the price point is on the higher end for Yangshuo, and that some people might not see the pure bang for your buck value in it, but if you’re looking for a headache free, clean, zen-like experience with picturesque views, I can’t recommend this property enough.

GGuest UserAbsolutely loved our family stay! The room was spacious, giving my little one plenty of space to run around without feeling cramped. The bathroom had ample hot water, and all the toiletries were provided. It's super convenient with lots of dining and shopping options nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly towards children, and the place was spotless, making our stay very reassuring. Definitely our top choice for family trips! They even upgraded our room for free, the service was truly exceptional. My child loved it so much we're coming back in a few days!

GGuest UserIn my opinion, an excellent hotel must meet three criteria: comfortable accommodations with a beautiful environment, impeccable cleanliness, and thoughtful, welcoming service. The Huaxin Hotel, where I recently stayed, perfectly embodies all these qualities. First, the location and environment are absolutely perfect. The hotel is conveniently located near the Comprehensive Pier. Whether you take a bamboo raft from the Jima Pier or the Shuierdi Pier, the destination is the Comprehensive Pier, and it's less than a 5-minute walk back to the hotel. What was even more surprising was that there's a small pier right outside the hotel – a 'bonus' I hadn't noticed when booking! The surroundings are also very convenient; there's a restaurant run by the hotel next door, and you can enjoy delicious BBQ behind Building 1 in the evening. Secondly, the cleanliness is beyond reproach. From the lobby and corridors to the guest rooms, everything is meticulously clean and tidy, providing a reassuring and refreshing stay. Lastly, the service truly deserves high praise. From the moment I checked in, the staff were consistently smiling and proactively helped me with my luggage to the room. Every time I encountered them, they greeted me warmly. Upon arrival, they thoughtfully provided a fruit plate and snacks, and there was even a small souvenir when checking out. These small details highlight their warm hospitality. I've already booked to bring my son here again for the summer vacation!

HHaoyunlailyyThis hotel in Yangshuo was such a pleasant surprise! You get amazing mountain views right from your room. The rooftop 'Sky Mirror' offers stunning panoramic views of the winding Li River – it's like a built-in filter for your photos, every shot looks professional! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to West Street, making it super convenient for exploring and dining. Plus, there's free parking, which is a huge bonus if you're driving. They offer a complimentary buffet breakfast, and the rooms are spacious. I loved relaxing on the balcony sofa during the day, just unwinding and enjoying the mountain scenery, and then watching the sunset in the evening – it felt like time just slowed down. The room I booked even had a soaking tub, and bathing while looking at the mountains was incredibly relaxing! For anyone looking to escape the city for a bit, a weekend here is truly rejuvenating!

GGuest UserI hadn't even arrived yet, and the menu prices already shocked me. Guilin rice noodles for 78 yuan? I could take a taxi to the county, eat five bowls, and still have enough for a bubble tea! And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Here are a few more examples: - Beer fish: 328 yuan - 90-minute spa treatment: 1888 yuan - Rock climbing: 298 yuan per person Seriously, do I look like I'm made of money? It's not *all* bad, though. The breakfast spread was generous, and the public areas are genuinely beautiful. The ducks in the pond were adorable, and I took so many photos of them! (Not the edible kind, thankfully). But the downsides far outweigh the positives. Both the hardware and software are quite subpar for a resort hotel. No bathtub, no rainfall shower, and the dressing table doesn't even have a mirror (hilarious!). The room lighting was so dim and eerie, you could film a horror movie in there. There's only one restaurant, and no indoor pool or gym (it's too cold for outdoor activities in March). There are very few free activities; only yoga and tai chi at 8 AM, but I'm on vacation, so no early mornings for me, thanks. The hotel's location is also in the middle of nowhere, right by a highway, so you have to take a taxi everywhere. Being stuck at the hotel, there was basically nothing to do to pass the time. [Facepalm emoji] I didn't even sleep well; the duvet was so damp I could wring water out of it.

MMibingxiaomibingWe stayed in a 180-degree river view room, and the Li River was right outside our window. Sitting in the tatami area, sipping tea and enjoying the view was truly delightful. I also loved the coffee shop downstairs; it felt like we were right on the riverbank, with an even more unobstructed view. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and patient with both children and seniors. They were quick to respond and efficient in their service. The cormorant fisherman was also super nice and amiable, and the cormorants were so cleverly trained! Breakfast offered a good variety of items, including many local specialties. It would be even better if the taste could be improved a bit. As for the location, Fubo Hill is right outside the hotel. Diecai Hill is just a 10-minute walk away. We went to Diecai Hill after breakfast, took our time hiking up, and enjoyed a panoramic view of Guilin. We were back at the hotel by 10:30 AM, had a refreshing shower after the workout – so convenient and effortless! In the evening, we strolled to East-West Alley/Jingjiang Princes' City, which was a comfortable 15-20 minute walk with the kids.

GGuest User🌟 Honeymoon Getaway | A Healing Retreat Nestled Amidst Mountains and Rivers Having visited Guangxi several times, it wasn't until this honeymoon trip that I truly found my 'poetry and distant lands'! The hotel boasts an elegant private courtyard. Stepping through the door, you're greeted by vibrant greenery. Sitting in the courtyard, brewing tea and chatting, time truly slows down, filled with a heartwarming sense of being at home. The restaurant on the sixth floor is the highlight, offering a 270-degree panoramic view of the karst peaks. After the meal, stepping onto the balcony reveals mountains adorned with golden rapeseed fields contrasting with the dark peaks – admiring the flowers and mountains, it's utterly delightful and refreshing. The service was incredibly attentive. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were enveloped in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Every detail showed thoughtfulness, making us first-timers feel so welcome. Although not far from the attractions, it's a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle. We were surrounded by the sounds of insects and birds all day. Strolling through the countryside, every step offered a breathtaking view perfect for stunning photos. The green mountains are like painted brows, and the yellow flowers like a sea – it's beautifully dreamlike. This trip was free from the fatigue of constant travel, offering only leisurely comfort. It's the ultimate Guangxi vacation in my opinion, highly recommended for anyone seeking a slow pace of life or a romantic honeymoon! ✨

BBeizhuyixiabaThe location is excellent, very close to the 20-yuan Lijiang River scenic pier. The environment is clean and tidy, and the room is very spacious. The service attitude is superb. I booked for two nights and was supposed to check out by 12 PM on the third day. However, on the second night, my child was hit by a car and transferred to Guilin Hospital. It wasn't until the evening of the third day that my husband had time to go check out and pack our luggage. The owner kept the room for us and didn't rush us to check out at all. The owner is a truly compassionate person; they repeatedly inquired about my child's condition, didn't charge us for the late checkout, and even gave my child a red envelope. For this booking, the owner truly went above and beyond, practically losing money. Such big-hearted owners are truly rare. I wish the owner a prosperous business and abundant wealth. Thank you for your immense kindness.
