Facilities: The room type was very spacious, I booked a two-bed room this time. The cleanliness was acceptable, but the facilities were a bit old, and there was some water leakage. Room service was prompt.
Minibar: Good.
24-hour oxygen supply service: This was very important, especially the 24-hour medical room. Due to severe altitude sickness for the first few days, I spent most of my time in the medical room. Only after taking medication and receiving oxygen could I manage to walk around a bit outside.
Cleanliness: Acceptable, and the turndown service was also good.
Environment: This is arguably the best in Lhasa. After staying one day elsewhere, I spent the remaining days at The St. Regis. During my stay in Lhasa, I mostly dined and engaged in activities at the hotel. The room layout was very well-proportioned, and maintenance was decent. Afternoon tea was just okay, but the Western restaurant had excellent food, and the sweet tea was the best.
Service: The butler, Tina, was excellent. Her service was attentive throughout, and I was very satisfied. Next time I visit Lhasa, I definitely won't choose any other hotel. She even proactively checked in on my well-being.
The hotel is in a great location. You can directly see the main peak of Nanga Bawa from the room. You can have afternoon tea and watch the sunrise on the golden mountain. The hotel has convenient parking, cleanliness, and the room is very large and comfortable. I stayed another night directly after checking in. It is also convenient to eat and shop around.
My trip to Bomi! This hotel was a lifesaver! My last stop was Bonda Town, and the conditions there were indescribably terrible!
Facilities: Huge parking lot with self-service car wash! And 12 washing machines! Laundry detergent and ironing machines were all readily available, making drying a breeze! The mattresses were incredibly comfortable! Wet and dry areas were separated.
Cleanliness: The best thing about this new hotel is that the bedding was all brand new! Most importantly, it was spotless!
Environment: Located right on the main road, very easy to find!
Service: All the staff, both day and night, including the security guards, were incredibly attentive and observant! They even brought clean bags to help collect guests' laundry after it was done!

My stay at the Shangri-La Hotel in Lhasa was absolutely impeccable from start to finish. Every detail, from the airport pickup to daily living, dining, and transportation, showcased professionalism and warmth. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lhasa!
The airport pickup service was punctual and attentive. The driver was calm and professional, ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey. Throughout our trip, the hotel arranged a dedicated driver to take us to Jokhang Temple and Potala Palace. The routes were well-planned, the driving was steady, and he waited patiently, allowing us to easily visit these sacred sites without any worries.
I must give special praise to our butler, Zhixi. His service was incredibly meticulous and he anticipated our every need. From guiding us during check-in and offering itinerary suggestions to providing tips for high altitude, he followed up attentively throughout, always responsive to our requests. He handled every small detail with such care and thoughtfulness, making us feel completely at ease.
The dining experience at the restaurant was excellent. The dishes were varied, delicious, and of high quality. A special thanks to Dekyi Wangmo for her exceptional care. Her service was warm and attentive; she proactively anticipated our needs, from taking orders to refilling tea and providing thoughtful details. The dining atmosphere was cozy and pleasant, and we enjoyed every meal thoroughly. This was especially helpful for us who experienced some altitude sickness.
Standard hotel services were also top-notch. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were humble, courteous, and responded quickly. Whether it was helping with facilities, addressing requests, or providing temporary assistance, they were efficient and warm, truly making us feel at home.
From airport transfers and butler service to restaurant care, the Shangri-La Hotel's exceptional dedication protected our entire journey, making our high-altitude trip warm and smooth.
The room was upgraded for free. The floor-to-ceiling windows face the snow-capped mountains. You can also lie on the bed and watch the stars. It's beautiful.
The service is attentive and thoughtful. The food is also delicious. I love the dandelion pancake.
Except for the distance, there is nothing wrong with it
• Prime Location: Just 50 meters from the lake, every room offers stunning views, and you can drive directly to the scenic area.
• Top-notch Amenities: All 122 rooms are equipped with diffused oxygen supply, King Koil bedding, and B&O audio systems, ensuring maximum comfort.
• Exceptional Service: Attentive butler service, thoughtful turndown service, and complimentary laundry/drying facilities – the human touch goes above and beyond standard expectations.
• Comprehensive Experience: Lakeside restaurant, heated swimming pool, hiking trails, and village experiences provide a complete one-stop vacation.
The breakfast tastes good, the noodles are delicious, the room is OK, there is a free massage chair, and the manager helps with the luggage. Very good, I will come again next time! There is also a river at the door, very private, and you can also use the hot spring. The altitude of 2600 is no problem at all.
The hotel environment is good, you can walk along the hotel area, the front desk clerk is good, you can soak in the hot springs for free, the room is full of oxygen, and it is very human for guests with high reactions. The breakfast variety is small, the waiter has a certain obstacle due to language communication, and the clip of the dish is placed directly on the vegetable table, which is not hygienic.

BBoluluyaThe landmark location is very good to find, the service staff is warm, the hotel parking is super convenient, the breakfast is rich, because the hotel decoration has a little episode, but the housekeeper Guagua is quick to deal with, responsible for intimate, the upgraded room is large and comfortable, and a small gift is also presented. Diffusion oxygen supply has a good night's sleep, recommended

IivywenIn Loza County, the border area, you can stay in this hot spring hotel. You can't be too harsh on the hardware environment. You can sleep with heating, oxygen, hot water and bathing. You can feel like a village all the way! Although the hotel does not have an elevator, the waiters are very enthusiastic and take the initiative to help carry the suitcase upstairs.
GGuest UserHighly recommended! It’s a good idea to choose this hotel when visiting the thousand-year-old salt fields!
The hotel is very close to the Mangkang Salt Well and is only a 10-minute drive away. We drove 2 hours to get here after going to the Kawagebo Observation Deck the day before. We had a delicious dinner directly at the hotel restaurant, tasted red wine, and soaked in hot springs. The breakfast the next day was also very rich, and the staff were patient and enthusiastic. It was really a five-star experience!
We also made an appointment to visit the winery the next day, and the lady in picture 6 took us there, with professionalism👍👍👍
