Service: The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. We had booked a twin room, but she proactively upgraded us to a family suite! The room was spacious and decorated with unique ethnic characteristics. Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, even including a medical oxygen concentrator! They also provide nasal cannulas. Everything you could possibly need is available. Environment: Excellent, and the soundproofing is good! There's also a Nepalese restaurant on the top floor of the hotel that many locals frequent, and hotel guests even get a discount! The hotel's location is also superb; it's only about a ten-minute walk to Jokhang Temple (at a leisurely pace, typical for Lhasa) and very close to the bus stop. There's also a delicious cold noodle shop right next to the hotel downstairs! I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Lhasa!

It was a bit beyond my expectation. I didn't expect that I could stay in such a good hotel at this price. The hotel is quite big and has complete facilities. We drove 2 hours to get here after going to the Kawagebo Observation Deck the day before. We had a delicious dinner directly at the hotel restaurant, tasted red wine, and soaked in hot springs. The breakfast the next day was also very rich, and the staff were patient and enthusiastic. It was really a five-star experience!
