Service: The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. We had booked a twin room, but she proactively upgraded us to a family suite! The room was spacious and decorated with unique ethnic characteristics. Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, even including a medical oxygen concentrator! They also provide nasal cannulas. Everything you could possibly need is available. Environment: Excellent, and the soundproofing is good! There's also a Nepalese restaurant on the top floor of the hotel that many locals frequent, and hotel guests even get a discount! The hotel's location is also superb; it's only about a ten-minute walk to Jokhang Temple (at a leisurely pace, typical for Lhasa) and very close to the bus stop. There's also a delicious cold noodle shop right next to the hotel downstairs! I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Lhasa!

It basically has all the facilities and services a five-star hotel should offer. However, the problem is that after so many years, the facilities are just too old. The cabinet doors don't close properly, the seating cushions are heavily worn, the old-fashioned toilet is very difficult to use, and the glass is foggy – I'm not sure if it's dirty or just aged. I chose a room with a Potala Palace view, but the cloudy glass really spoiled the experience. There were even leftover toenails from previous guests on the carpet, which was quite disgusting. I also have to mention the mini-bar. There were only 6 cans of Coke and Sprite, with no price tags. I assumed they were complimentary, but when I asked, they were 18 yuan each. Seriously, I've stayed in many five-star hotels. If a mini-bar is going to charge, please at least stock it with sparkling water, orange juice, and beer (if not wine or sparkling wine) to look more professional. If you only have these few bottles, either be generous and offer them for free, or just remove them. The current approach feels a bit cheap. Overall, this hotel definitely needs a renovation.

The room was upgraded for free. The floor-to-ceiling windows face the snow-capped mountains. You can also lie on the bed and watch the stars. It's beautiful. The service is attentive and thoughtful. Highly recommended! It’s a good idea to choose this hotel when visiting the thousand-year-old salt fields! The hotel is very close to the Mangkang Salt Well and is only a 10-minute drive away. We drove 2 hours to get here after going to the Kawagebo Observation Deck the day before. We had a delicious dinner directly at the hotel restaurant, tasted red wine, and soaked in hot springs. The breakfast the next day was also very rich, and the staff were patient and enthusiastic. It was really a five-star experience! Hotel location is very good, just on Bayi Street. Next to Hong Kong Road, the Convention and Exhibition Center, not far from Gongbutian Street. My trip to Bomi! This hotel was a lifesaver! My last stop was Bonda Town, and the conditions there were indescribably terrible! Facilities: Huge parking lot with self-service car wash! And 12 washing machines! Laundry detergent and ironing machines were all readily available, making drying a breeze! The mattresses were incredibly comfortable! Wet and dry areas were separated. Cleanliness: The best thing about this new hotel is that the bedding was all brand new! Most importantly, it was spotless! Environment: Located right on the main road, very easy to find! Service: All the staff, both day and night, including the security guards, were incredibly attentive and observant! They even brought clean bags to help collect guests' laundry after it was done!
