Her service was attentive throughout, and I was very satisfied. Next time I visit Lhasa, I definitely won't choose any other hotel. She even proactively checked in on my well-being.

The hotel is in a great location. You can directly see the main peak of Nanga Bawa from the room. You can have afternoon tea and watch the sunrise on the golden mountain. The hotel has convenient parking, cleanliness, and the room is very large and comfortable. I stayed another night directly after checking in. It is also convenient to eat and shop around.

My trip to Bomi! This hotel was a lifesaver! My last stop was Bonda Town, and the conditions there were indescribably terrible! Facilities: Huge parking lot with self-service car wash! And 12 washing machines! Laundry detergent and ironing machines were all readily available, making drying a breeze! The mattresses were incredibly comfortable! Wet and dry areas were separated. Cleanliness: The best thing about this new hotel is that the bedding was all brand new! Most importantly, it was spotless! Environment: Located right on the main road, very easy to find! Service: All the staff, both day and night, including the security guards, were incredibly attentive and observant! They even brought clean bags to help collect guests' laundry after it was done!

His service was incredibly meticulous and he anticipated our every need. From guiding us during check-in and offering itinerary suggestions to providing tips for high altitude, he followed up attentively throughout, always responsive to our requests. He handled every small detail with such care and thoughtfulness, making us feel completely at ease. The dining experience at the restaurant was excellent. The dishes were varied, delicious, and of high quality. A special thanks to Dekyi Wangmo for her exceptional care. Her service was warm and attentive; she proactively anticipated our needs, from taking orders to refilling tea and providing thoughtful details. The dining atmosphere was cozy and pleasant, and we enjoyed every meal thoroughly. This was especially helpful for us who experienced some altitude sickness. Standard hotel services were also top-notch. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were humble, courteous, and responded quickly. Whether it was helping with facilities, addressing requests, or providing temporary assistance, they were efficient and warm, truly making us feel at home. From airport transfers and butler service to restaurant care, the Shangri-La Hotel's exceptional dedication protected our entire journey, making our high-altitude trip warm and smooth.

新婚旅行選擇了來墨脱，在選擇酒店的時候，發現這家酒店的評論裏出現得最多的一句話：在墨脱居然能住到這麼好的酒店！於是果斷選擇。在入職並離店之後，我也是真的想説一句：在墨脱居然能住到這種品質的酒店！ 墨脱縣城不大，酒店就坐落在城中心的蓮花公園旁邊，應該算是很中心的位置了。 現在正值冬季，雖然墨脱海拔不高，氣候温暖，即使是晚上也不會很冷，但房間裏空調製熱功能非常棒，暖氣足得讓我們晚上甚至是開着窗睡覺。 衞浴乾濕分離，房間裏有全身鏡！有體重秤！這點非常重要！一路走來，西藏大部分酒店都沒有全身鏡，不管是來出差還是旅遊，每天出門之前能有一個全身鏡看看自己的穿搭，整理一下衣服，真的是剛需！ 酒店大部分細節都很到位，三層有洗衣房，配有兩台洗烘一體的洗衣機。房間裏的充電插口很多，我們帶了很多電子產品都可以找到充電的地方。服務響應也很及時，我需要熨斗，很快就會有工作人員送到房間。 早餐提供的綿陽米粉比較正宗，滿分💯。但有一個小小建議，不知道是不是淡季的原因，早餐提供的飲品太少，衹有牛奶和豆漿，對於不喝牛奶和豆漿的人來説，等於早餐時沒有水喝，對於這個價位的酒店來説，希望早餐能增加礦泉及果汁供客人選擇。 總體可以打 99 分👌墨脱很美，我還會再來，也還會再選擇紫韻春天酒店～
