The Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan truly lives up to its five-star reputation. The rooms are spacious and bright, with excellent amenities, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are very convenient. The toiletries, bath towels, and hand towels were all impeccably clean, and the large bath towels were especially comfortable. The lobby is quite grand and impressive. The staff were all very welcoming, especially the gentleman at the front desk who checked me in. He was patient, thorough, and attentive. Since I'm older and have trouble sleeping, I requested a quiet room, and the staff member, whose name tag read 'Qiao,' arranged it perfectly for me. The baggage handlers in the lobby were also very friendly. The Kempinski's management is quite generous; I came back late one night and realized I'd forgotten to buy water, and the front desk immediately arranged for four bottles to be sent to my room. I'm truly grateful for that. The breakfast selection was also quite rich.

May 3rd Sunny to sandstorm to rainstorm (Dunhuang weather: crazy mode) At 5pm, I landed in Dunhuang with full of enthusiasm, and was hit by a sandstorm as soon as I left the airport (Dunhuang OS: welcome to hell). The front desk staff were all very kind. When checking in, they proactively asked about my floor preference and upgraded my room type. Breakfast is served until 10:30 AM, and they give a reminder before closing. Food deliveries ordered from outside can be brought up to the room by a robot.

Traveling solo to Yinchuan for a business trip, I was pleasantly surprised by how great the value for money was at this hotel. For around 200 yuan, I got a room that was about 30 square meters, complete with a separate desk, an en-suite bathroom, and even a smart toilet. The hotel's location is also good, though there isn't much in terms of nightlife nearby. After 11 PM, most shops around here close down, so you'd have to take a taxi to find entertainment elsewhere. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and I had a fantastic experience.

They checked me in at 7 AM, and the staff are incredibly kind. The hotel is also very clean. I was so touched by the warm milk and a cup of honey water at night... Thank you everyone.

The service was very welcoming, and the hotel's decor was quite stylish and beautiful. However, some of the in-room dining dishes didn't quite match the pictures. After the food arrived, I had to make two calls, which might be due to a lack of timely communication between the housekeeping and dining departments. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider booking again.

The 24-hour gym and free self-service laundry room are too friendly to the party on business trips. You can go to the beer restaurant to have a drink in your leisure time.
