Right from booking, the butler contacted me and sent the hotel's location, an introduction, and even a carefully prepared travel guide and food recommendations, which was excellent. Upon arrival, the butler met me at the entrance, and check-in was very quick. The room was great, with new facilities, and I slept wonderfully all night. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and check-out was even faster – instant! The butler saw me off, and what was really touching was that my car had been thoroughly cleaned (a pleasant surprise, and no charge!). If you're staying in Zhangye, I highly recommend Wangshan International Hotel.

This time, we took a road trip and stayed at the NUO Hotel here. The overall service was surprisingly good... I initially thought it would be an older, more dated hotel, but the environment was actually incredibly clean. It's quite impressive how well they maintain such cleanliness. The hotel also has an underground parking garage, which is free and perfect for those driving. The room facilities are very well-maintained, and importantly, the restaurant floor was spotless, not sticky at all, and the tableware on the tables was neat and clean. The hotel's fourth floor connects directly to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping extremely convenient. The service attitude was also genuinely great – not overly intrusive, but also not neglectful, just perfectly balanced. Plus, the overall room rate was very reasonable. I had a really excellent impression! Hope they keep up the great work!

The room was clean and well-maintained, with excellent facilities. The front desk staff were warm and incredibly helpful. The location is super convenient for getting around. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations; I had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it! Haha.

The service was excellent, you could tell the hotel put a lot of thought and effort into their operations. The value for money during the May Day holiday was also fantastic! Upon arrival, security guards directed me to parking, helped with luggage, and guided me through check-in – a big shout-out to the security team! The front desk staff thoughtfully offered hot water and towels to clean hands during check-in, which was a very nice touch. Plus, a dedicated staff member helped bring my luggage directly to my room door. The room was prepped with a foot bath and cucumbers for a facial, and the bedding was very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!

This guesthouse is located in a village in Dunhuang, and it might feel a bit out of the way on your first visit. However, it's very close to Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Lake, making it quite convenient for sightseeing. The environment is relatively quiet, with the courtyard surrounded by fruit trees, creating a very relaxing atmosphere overall. Upon check-in, I found the room to be very clean, and there were no issues with the bedding or the bathroom. They even provided makeup remover wipes and alcohol pads in the room, which are small things you don't usually think about but come in handy for wiping down your phone or hands after a day out. The common areas are well-designed, and the infinity pool makes for great photos. It's also pleasant to just sit in the courtyard, sip coffee, and relax. The guys at the front desk were quite enthusiastic; they helped with luggage, recommended local eateries, and generally assisted with any requests. The breakfast selection isn't extensive, but everything is freshly made and tastes good. They also offer coffee and craft beer, and it's lovely to sit in the courtyard in the evening with a breeze. If I had one minor quibble, it's that the restaurants recommended by the front desk, while delicious, had quite long wait times. Overall, this is a very thoughtful guesthouse, perfect for those who want to take their time exploring and staying in Dunhuang.

This is the second time I have stayed here. The room is very spacious. Although it is an old hotel, I can feel the quality of the decoration and the facilities are complete. The hotel is very large, and the greenery, water system, pavilions and towers are all very beautiful. It is like living in a big park. It is a good choice for travel and leisure. It is very close to Kongtong Mountain Scenic Area, less than ten minutes' drive. We climbed Kongtong Mountain on the first day and brought the elderly with us. It rained on the second day. Just walk around the hotel and go to the swimming pool for free. The elderly had a lot of fun and were not tired. In the afternoon, we enjoyed the scenery, drank tea and chatted on the terrace of the room, and went to the restaurant to eat delicious hand-pulled lamb in the evening. The service staff are very enthusiastic, especially the Xiao Li team in the guest room building No. 5, who made us really feel what it means to feel at home. Thank you very much. The hotel is located right behind Mingsha Mountain, about an 18-minute walk or a 4-minute taxi ride away. This meant my child could go to Mingsha Mountain to climb the dunes almost every evening. The hotel rooms are very spacious; even with two king-size beds (1.8m), it didn't feel cramped at all. In fact, all the rooms here are huge. The cleanliness was excellent; the bathroom floor had no dust whatsoever. There's underfloor heating, so you can comfortably wear a T-shirt in the room at night, which felt much better than air conditioning. I also highly recommend the owner; they were incredibly kind. They proactively helped us arrange taxis, asked if we were hungry, and even made us dumplings. Highly recommended!

I chose this hotel for my business trip and was extremely satisfied. The hotel environment is quiet, perfect for both rest and work. The in-room office facilities are complete, and the internet signal is stable with fast speeds, making it very convenient for handling work. The gym facilities are also new, allowing me to relax after work. The staff member, Mikex, was professional and efficient, perfectly meeting my business needs.
