The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to transportation, making getting around hassle-free. The room was quiet and comfortable with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, the experience was gentle and reassuring – a truly therapeutic stay. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will definitely be back!

This hotel looked incredible! From top to bottom, it was clear that the designers took style seriously. The rooms gave off a sense of luxury that few other hotels in this process range have. The carpets, floors, doors, cabinets, beds etc. emitted a sense of tranquility, which made me feel very comfortable. Also, after travelling around China for nearly a month, I can say that this was by far the best breakfast I've had at roughly a dozen hotels. The staff were professional, everything was very clean, and the location could not have been better. My only issues: there was no air conditioning, and my room was very hot at night. Additionally, when the rooms next to you are watching television, you can hear everything in your room.

Overall, it was pretty good, but the elevator system is a bit complicated and can be frustrating if you're in a hurry. The shower head in the room kept dripping all night, on and off. The hotel is very conveniently located close to the subway station, and the view from the room is also quite nice.

We had a wonderful stay in the Sheraton's Rubber Duck themed family room. The room was decorated adorably with rubber duck elements everywhere, and my child loved it as soon as we walked in. The bedding and soft furnishings were clean and odor-free, and the childproofing on the corners made us feel very secure traveling with a little one. The layout was well-designed, and the amenities like the crib and children's toiletries were all provided, saving us the hassle of bringing our own. The cleanliness was excellent; even the corners, like under the bed, were spotless, which put us at ease during our stay. The service was prompt; check-in at the front desk was smooth, and any requests after checking in were quickly addressed. The overall service was very attentive. The soundproofing was good; noise from the hallway and outside wasn't an issue, ensuring a peaceful rest. The breakfast had a dedicated children's area with a wide variety of dishes, which my child thoroughly enjoyed. My only small suggestion would be to add a few small toys or picture books to the family room to offer more entertainment for children. Overall, it's great value for money and perfect for families with kids. We'd definitely choose it again for our next family trip!

This is the second time I have stayed here. The room is very spacious. Although it is an old hotel, I can feel the quality of the decoration and the facilities are complete. The hotel is very large, and the greenery, water system, pavilions and towers are all very beautiful. It is like living in a big park. It is a good choice for travel and leisure. It is very close to Kongtong Mountain Scenic Area, less than ten minutes' drive. We climbed Kongtong Mountain on the first day and brought the elderly with us. It rained on the second day. Just walk around the hotel and go to the swimming pool for free. The elderly had a lot of fun and were not tired. In the afternoon, we enjoyed the scenery, drank tea and chatted on the terrace of the room, and went to the restaurant to eat delicious hand-pulled lamb in the evening. The service staff are very enthusiastic, especially the Xiao Li team in the guest room building No. 5, who made us really feel what it means to feel at home. Thank you very much. I will stay here next time.

I brought my mom and brother along, and we booked a triple room. When we arrived in the evening, they upgraded us to a family suite for free, and all three of us had a great rest. From the moment we parked, we felt the warmth of the hotel staff. The security guard jogged over to help us with our luggage and recommended places to eat authentic Zhangye cuisine that night. The lobby staff offered us hot towels and tea, and another staff member helped carry our luggage up to the room. We initially thought of grabbing a quick bite on the second floor, but found the restaurant didn't offer local specialties. The staff there were very kind and directed us to a nearby restaurant that did. The room was very clean and tidy, with everything we needed. Just look at the pictures! They even gave us small gifts. The hotel is also very friendly to travelers. Next to the elevator in the lobby, there's detailed information about every attraction in Zhangye, and the front desk has local travel guides and dining recommendations. Great stay, great food. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhangye.

Stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The free airport pick-up was on time, and the customer service was very responsive throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had a simple yet cozy design. No trace of smoke smell, which I really appreciated. They offer free self-service laundry, including a dryer and iron, which is a great bonus. Since I don’t have a China mobile number to scan and use the washing machine and dryer, the staff went the extra mile and helped me scan both. I’m so grateful for their kindness and assistance. Breakfast was good, and the location is convenient, just a short walk to shopping malls and eateries. Highly recommended, especially for solo travelers!

We stayed at the hotel in late 2025.3 Everything exceeded our expectations. When I book, it seems the location outside the city is a drawback of this hotel, which is compensated by a free pickup. But for a sightseeing trip in ZhangYe and with services the hotel has to offer, the location doesn't matter at all. Not to mention that the hotel's car+driver offer is quite competitive compared to what we have pre-booked. ###Room###: The room was spacious with comfortable beds and lots of amenities. WiFi speed is decent. There is also a public washing & drying machine, where the maid offered to wash our clothes. ###Restaurant###: The breakfast was plenty. The dinner offer a wide variety of local and standard dishes at an accpetable price. We got a free decent late night snack/dessert (with milk for children) delivered to the room at night. ###Staff###: The staff was very attentive. It started with the driver waiting at the train staion exit. Then we were greeted at the hotel by a staff with a good command of English. The staff has good knowledge of sightseeing spots in ZY. At dinner, the staffs made their best to help us understand the menu, patiently expained the food choices, as well as help estimate how much food we should order. (We are traveling with 2 children.) When we arrive back at the hotel in the evening, they enthusiasticly offered to help carry our stuffs. Tips are not expected nor accepted. If I have to comment, a moisturizing lotion and extra blankets in the room would help when the weather is cold. This hotel will definitely be my first choice if we ever come to Zhangye again.

I stayed in Wudu for four or five days. This was the only hotel that truly deserved its reputation as a local five-star hotel. It had a gym and swimming pool. The front desk service was excellent. During check-in, the young man and woman at the front desk helped upgrade my room for free, and Cherry and the lady on duty were also very helpful during check-out. I won't need to change hotels next time I come. I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the Yellow River and Marathon Park. The scenery is beautiful, and the geraniums blooming outside the hotel's Western restaurant really put me in a good mood! The warm greeting from the cleaning lady in the lobby made me feel like home. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, with a beautiful view of the Yellow River. The breakfast was also hearty, and the bowl of Lanzhou ramen was especially satisfying! Overall, it was a pleasant trip, absolutely amazing 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. I'll definitely come back again if I have the chance. Highly recommended!
