The hotel is the best in Longnan, with beautiful environment, complete facilities, excellent service and rich breakfast. The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, with all kinds of new appliances. The hotel environment is very beautiful and comfortable. The hotel also has a constant temperature swimming pool and fitness and entertainment venues. The Thai seafood buffet on the first floor is a feast for the eyes, with seafood, steak, roasted lamb legs and fruits, which are dazzling and beautiful...

The hotel is situated on the north bank of the Yellow River, offering stunning views. My room overlooked the Yellow River, Bailashan Park, and Zhongshan Bridge, providing an unobstructed panoramic vista. Whether it was the majestic mountains and river during the day or the dazzling lights at night, it felt like a living painting. Stepping downstairs, I could stroll along the Yellow River Scenic Route, experiencing the unique charm of Jincheng Lanzhou. The location is truly impeccable. The Hyatt Regency Lanzhou was more than just a place to stay; it became an integral part of my wonderful memories during this trip to Lanzhou. It perfectly blended breathtaking scenery, top-notch facilities, and warm hospitality. If I visit Lanzhou again, this will undoubtedly be my only choice. We stayed at the hotel in late 2025.3 Everything exceeded our expectations. When I book, it seems the location outside the city is a drawback of this hotel, which is compensated by a free pickup. But for a sightseeing trip in ZhangYe and with services the hotel has to offer, the location doesn't matter at all. Not to mention that the hotel's car+driver offer is quite competitive compared to what we have pre-booked. ###Room###: The room was spacious with comfortable beds and lots of amenities. WiFi speed is decent. There is also a public washing & drying machine, where the maid offered to wash our clothes. ###Restaurant###: The breakfast was plenty. The dinner offer a wide variety of local and standard dishes at an accpetable price. We got a free decent late night snack/dessert (with milk for children) delivered to the room at night. ###Staff###: The staff was very attentive. It started with the driver waiting at the train staion exit. Then we were greeted at the hotel by a staff with a good command of English. The staff has good knowledge of sightseeing spots in ZY. At dinner, the staffs made their best to help us understand the menu, patiently expained the food choices, as well as help estimate how much food we should order. (We are traveling with 2 children.) When we arrive back at the hotel in the evening, they enthusiasticly offered to help carry our stuffs. Tips are not expected nor accepted. If I have to comment, a moisturizing lotion and extra blankets in the room would help when the weather is cold. This hotel will definitely be my first choice if we ever come to Zhangye again.

The hotel covers a large area and has a beautiful waterscape and garden environment. The magnolia flowers bloom especially beautifully during the Qingming Festival! The hotel lobby and guest rooms are not in the same building. The guest rooms are composed of multiple 3-story independent buildings. There are many parking spaces and convenient parking. The restaurant is in the lobby, with a good environment and convenient dining. There is a separate water bath, and guests staying there have discounts on tickets. The overall environment, sanitation, safety and service of the hotel are very good, and it is very worth staying.

This hotel looked incredible! From top to bottom, it was clear that the designers took style seriously. The rooms gave off a sense of luxury that few other hotels in this process range have. The carpets, floors, doors, cabinets, beds etc. emitted a sense of tranquility, which made me feel very comfortable. Also, after travelling around China for nearly a month, I can say that this was by far the best breakfast I've had at roughly a dozen hotels. The staff were professional, everything was very clean, and the location could not have been better. My only issues: there was no air conditioning, and my room was very hot at night. Additionally, when the rooms next to you are watching television, you can hear everything in your room.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hilton Lanzhou City Centre. Many thanks to front office staff, Debbie who attended to us warmly and responsively. The hotel's location was good and the check-in was very fast. Our high-floor room was clean and comfortable, the best is, choice of pillows is granted. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunrise view of the city from our window. A point to note, the room window can only be unlocked by staff for cooler air flow as the central heating system is in operation for the current winter season. We also loved the fragrant of the toiletries. Buffet breakfast spread was tasty and varied. We spent a relaxing time enjoying our breakfast slowly.

Good hotel at the convenient location. Near by a bus stop where you can take a bus number 4 to the Jiayuguan Fortress. The room was clean and comfortable enough. Breakfast is very basic.

The hotel enjoys a prime location, right next to the Yellow River and offering stunning views. The hotel is well-equipped and the service is excellent, especially the breakfast, which includes local specialties. The hotel is surrounded by lush vegetation and blooming flowers, creating a tranquil retreat amidst the bustle of the city! The lobby is clean and tidy, and the rooms are spacious and clean with complete amenities. Opening the curtains opens to a beautiful river view. The room attendants are friendly and attentive, and any questions you have are addressed promptly. The hotel is conveniently located for various attractions, and a few minutes' walk from the hotel is Lanzhou Carbon Cross, where you can enjoy northwestern cuisine! Highly recommended! If I have the chance to visit Lanzhou again, I will definitely stay at the Crowne Plaza Lanzhou.

Ambience: The room was spacious, the view was great, and the atmosphere was high-end. Amenities: There was no drying area in the room, which was related to the hotel's original renovation. Consider adding a clothes drying rack. Also, there was no ironing board, iron, or scale. These are generally available in five-star hotels, but they could be added. Service: The weather was cold, and the air conditioner wasn't on warm, so the hotel provided a heater. Thank you very much. Breakfast: The breakfast was very rich, exceeding my expectations and well worth the money. I would definitely stay here again.
