The service was excellent, you could tell the hotel put a lot of thought and effort into their operations. The value for money during the May Day holiday was also fantastic! Upon arrival, security guards directed me to parking, helped with luggage, and guided me through check-in – a big shout-out to the security team! The front desk staff thoughtfully offered hot water and towels to clean hands during check-in, which was a very nice touch. Plus, a dedicated staff member helped bring my luggage directly to my room door. The room was prepped with a foot bath and cucumbers for a facial, and the bedding was very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!

This hotel is quite pricey for Lanzhou, but it's definitely worth the money. The location is top-notch, right by the Yellow River, and very close to Zhongshan Bridge, Waterwheel Garden, and the Du Zhe Museum, making transportation very convenient. The hygiene is excellent; everything is clean and tidy. The staff also asked every day if I needed housekeeping, which was a nice touch. The service is also top-tier. When I arrived by taxi, a staff member immediately helped with my luggage, and a robot even delivered my takeout orders directly to my room. The only thing that could be improved is the interior design. For example, the bathroom doesn't have a small sink, and the air conditioning is central, so it can't be adjusted independently in the room. For someone like me who gets hot easily, it wasn't cool enough.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with excellent facilities. The front desk staff were warm and incredibly helpful. The location is super convenient for getting around. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations; I had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it! Haha.

The hotel itself is clean, and some of the staff members are friendly. Prior to my arrival, I had shipped a package to the hotel and requested that they hold it for me; however, a different staff member claimed they had no knowledge of the shipment and returned it to the sender. This incident completely threw my schedule into disarray. On the day of my departure, I asked the front desk to hail a taxi for me, but the staff member replied that they didn't have any taxi numbers on hand and told me to go outside and flag one down on the street myself. The parking attendants were no different; they didn't lift a finger to assist. In most hotels, staff members typically go out to the street to hail a taxi for guests, so this level of service was deeply disappointing. I sincerely hope that the hotel will strive to improve not only its physical facilities but also the quality of its service.

The room setup was quite satisfactory. However, during breakfast, it was crowded and most of the food was gone. Plus, I ordered a bowl of noodles and had to wait 10 minutes for it, which was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, I'd like to specially thank师傅 (master/chef - used for skilled workers) No. 41, 42, 55, and 57. Our car was very dirty from the highway drive, and these four masters washed it clean for us. Special commendation to them!

The environment here is lovely. When we visited, the area was surrounded by apricot blossoms, and from the rooftop, it looked like a beautiful sea of flowers in the desert. The bedding was comfortable, and the hotel was very quiet during our stay, so we slept wonderfully. The breakfast was also quite unique, featuring apricot juice and beef noodles. On our second morning, we had to leave very early, and the owner even prepared packed breakfast bags for each of us. The only downside is that the facilities could use some improvement, especially the hot water for showers, which was often unavailable.

This is the second time I have stayed here. The room is very spacious. Although it is an old hotel, I can feel the quality of the decoration and the facilities are complete. The hotel is very large, and the greenery, water system, pavilions and towers are all very beautiful. It is like living in a big park. It is a good choice for travel and leisure. It is very close to Kongtong Mountain Scenic Area, less than ten minutes' drive. We climbed Kongtong Mountain on the first day and brought the elderly with us. It rained on the second day. Just walk around the hotel and go to the swimming pool for free. The elderly had a lot of fun and were not tired. In the afternoon, we enjoyed the scenery, drank tea and chatted on the terrace of the room, and went to the restaurant to eat delicious hand-pulled lamb in the evening. The service staff are very enthusiastic, especially the Xiao Li team in the guest room building No. 5, who made us really feel what it means to feel at home. Thank you very much. It is so lucky to choose this inn when you come to Dunhuang. It is very close to Crescent Spring, only a ten-minute walk away, and it is very convenient to watch the sunrise and sunset. The whole is newly renovated, the room is clean and bright, the facilities are brand new, and the living is comfortable. The boss treats people sincerely and enthusiastically, carefully explains the play route, and the service is intimate and thoughtful. The small courtyard is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, and you can relax. I will choose here next time.

一個人旅行預算有限，但偶爾也想對自己好一點。這家河景房用普通房的價格給了我超出預期的體驗：不是那種”能看到一條縫就算河景”的忽悠，是正兒八經的大落地窗，河面佔滿整個視野。晚上把椅子搬到窗邊，開着筆記本假裝在工作，其實在看貨船來來往往。便宜酒店住多了，偶爾這種小奢侈，一個人享受剛剛好。

Typical business hotel with all the standard amenities. Great views from the high floor, offering a panoramic outlook over most of Lanzhou city and the distant Lanzhou Mountain. The room is quite spacious, and the executive lounge is excellent with a wide variety of drinks and snacks available all day.
