This is the first time I've specifically waited to review a hotel: 1. Location: Less than 10 minutes from the high-speed train station, very convenient. 2. Service: Beyond five-star service! They added me on WeChat in advance, and all the hotel staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, from bottled water available everywhere to free laundry and drying facilities, complete with laundry detergent. In the evenings, there were complimentary sweet soups, milk, and pastries. It was so convenient when traveling with a child and ordering extra food. There were welcome gifts upon check-in and also gifts upon check-out, plus a play area for kids. An excellent hotel! 👍👍👍

Stepping out of the hotel, you can walk along the riverside promenade to Zhongshan Bridge, and just across the bridge is Baita Mountain Park. The hotel's service meets a high five-star standard; the concierge, front desk, executive lounge, room service, and restaurant staff all exhibit excellent professionalism. They are proactive, enthusiastic, and always ready to assist guests with any needs. The hotel's facilities are top-notch, with spacious and impeccably clean rooms. The furniture is stylish and elegant, the bedding is comfortable, and the room soundproofing is excellent. The bathroom offers good water pressure and temperature. High-floor suites provide a clear 180-degree panoramic view of the Yellow River, which is truly spectacular. A self-service laundry room is available as an added amenity. The hotel's breakfast is extensive, featuring local specialties, freshly made beef noodles, and a wide array of both Chinese and Western options, all of which taste great. For this trip to the Northwest, we stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at both the beginning and end. We stayed in two different rooms for a total of three nights, and it was very comfortable. Returning the car was also convenient. The hotel even upgraded our room type and provided free breakfast for our child. The hotel's beef noodles were delicious, and the freshly squeezed juice was very refreshing.

This was our first time in Lanzhou, and we booked this hotel. As soon as we arrived downstairs, a bellboy helped us with our luggage and opened the car door. Check-in was on the 51st floor, and the front desk lady, wearing a khaki uniform and glasses, even upgraded our room type. Since we only wanted one drink, we were told we could only sit in the sofa area behind the stairs, where there was no charge. At that point, I didn't even feel like ordering one drink.

The hotel's location is excellent, especially for those traveling by car, as it's not far from the highway exit and has an above-ground parking lot. If you turn right out of the hotel, you'll reach the Yellow River. Since it's not a major tourist spot, it's less crowded, and enjoying the breeze by the river is very pleasant. If you turn left out of the hotel and cross an intersection, you'll find a 'carb heaven' with several delicious eateries like Chuntai Shouzhua, Jinqiang, Mogouyan Beef Noodles, Guoyi Beef Noodles, and Fangha. There are also charging stations nearby. It's a bit of a distance from Zhongshan Bridge, about a 10 RMB taxi ride.

Finally got to experience the highly anticipated star tent, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations! I was initially worried that tent accommodations would be basic, but each one was a standalone unit with a private bathroom, separate wet and dry areas, 24-hour hot water, and quality toiletries. The tent itself was spacious, the large bed was incredibly soft, and you could open the skylight to stargaze. We could clearly see the Milky Way with the naked eye at night. Each tent was spaced far apart, ensuring maximum privacy and no worries about noise. Our butler was always on call, proactively bringing mosquito repellent and hot drinks, and breakfast featured fresh local specialties. During the day, we enjoyed the mountain/desert views from the deck, and in the evening, we waited for the sunset. It was incredibly relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle, perfect for both couples and those looking for a short getaway. Highly recommend!
