Our stay in the Kempinski Hotel's city view suite during Chinese New Year was excellent. The room was spacious and bright. The evening happy hour at the executive lounge offered high-quality food and a diverse selection of drinks, all while overlooking the beautiful Yuandang Lake. Located right by Yuandang Lake, we enjoyed lovely and peaceful evening strolls along the shore, admiring the charming night scenery. We initially booked the suite before the holiday and had an Executive King Room reserved for after. Mr. Chen and Mr. Su were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. To save us the hassle of moving rooms, they kindly arranged for us to extend our stay in the original suite, which we truly appreciate! On the second day of the ***** New Year, the hotel's lion dance performance added a wonderful festive atmosphere. The lobby decorations and the God of Wealth distributing candies to guests in the lobby on the second day were also very delightful! I also want to give a special shout-out to Sunny from the hotel's breakfast department. She was full of energy and vitality every day, greeting guests at the entrance with a radiant smile and a sweet voice, ensuring everyone had a wonderful dining experience!

The location is perfect for city walks. You can walk to all the attractions by foot or take the two-yuan white shuttle. Breakfast is very nice. Chefs onsite to ensure food quality and service. Impressed. The hotel is the first five-star hotel in the city. My friend was a front-desk when it was opened in 1989. I heard that the hotel was extremely selective in recruitment and that the training was top-notch back then. The hotel could use some renovation to give it a modern look, although the heritage style is fine with me. Sweet welcome present in the room. Fruits (pears and oranges) available for guests going back to rooms. What I like the most is the friendliness of all staff. The housekeeper wrote me a warm message. Nice surprise! I had a blister after three days of city walk. I phoned the front desk, seeking advice. Within five minutes, a staff came to my room with Povidone-iodine and bandages. She explained how to use the povidone-iodine sticks. She talked to me like a caring family member, not just a job. I would definitely stay here in my next trip.

Stayed at Pan Pacific Xiamen during the Chinese New Year. The hotel was full of festive cheer, even offering brushes, ink, and paper for guests to write Spring Festival couplets and 'Fu' characters. Upon check-in, Manager Zeng at the front desk extended holiday greetings and handled all arrangements seamlessly. Everything was well-organized throughout my stay. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

This hotel is located by the Jiulong River, directly across from Zhangzhou Old Town. It offers the charm of the old city while providing a peaceful escape from the crowds. From the moment we arrived, we felt the staff's genuine care. The porter brought all our luggage to our room, and Zhang Jingyi at the front desk thoughtfully upgraded our room and gave us a detailed overview of the hotel's facilities. The hotel breakfast, in particular, felt just like home. Cai Chunhua from the Chinese restaurant enthusiastically introduced local delicacies like Shima Wuxiangjuan and Liuao sweet potatoes, patiently bringing each dish to our table. Guests not only get to savor unique local flavors but also learn about the food, making for a truly rewarding experience.

I highly recommend the Pullman Shishi Hotel for your New Year's Day trip to Quanzhou with family! The hotel's location is excellent, it has parking, a gym, and the Chinese restaurant serves delicious food. The LOFT room type is very spacious with two beds, offering great value for money for families. We also received a complimentary fruit platter. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and even allowed a late check-out. The housekeeping was also very thorough!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The environment is beautiful and the service is excellent. First off, the room was spotless, and the lighting was comfortable and not harsh on the eyes. The bathroom also had a great wet/dry separation, which I really appreciate. Secondly, the breakfast was varied and nutritious, and you could even pack it to go. Since I was in a hurry in the morning, I just grabbed some food to eat on the way, which was super convenient. The hotel service was also great; all the staff were welcoming with smiles, and you can even store your luggage there. Thumbs up! 👍

I booked a city view room, but because it was off-season, they upgraded me to a deluxe river view. The view truly blew me away! The room was incredibly spacious, and the bathtub had two floor-to-ceiling windows, offering fantastic views of both the bridge and the Ferris wheel – absolutely stunning. This hotel with its beautiful scenery is a must-stay when you come to Quanzhou. The deluxe river view king room offered expansive views and top-notch facilities. The mattress provided good support but was a little firm, and the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The JInjiang River scenery outside the window was serene, and the service was professional and efficient. Overall, the experience was precise and solid, meeting brand standards, though it slightly lacked a surprising warmth or unique memorable touch.
