Guest UserThis isn't my first time staying here, and I really love it; the experience is consistently great. The breakfast selection changes a bit daily, always featuring authentic Southern Fujian specialties. There's a wide variety and the food tastes excellent. The room is also very dorm-like, quiet, and the bed is fantastic, leading to naturally high-quality sleep. The only minor downside is that the pool isn't very big, but the water quality is excellent. Also, our butler, Merry, took great care of us. For example, she'd ask what we wanted refilled in the minibar and prepared turn-down service nightly before we came back (which included a pre-sleep dessert, a floor mat next to the bed, and indoor slippers).

Guest UserInitially, I thought it was just an average hotel, nothing spectacular. However, the service truly stood out and made me feel right at home. Check-in was fast and efficient. When they heard we were tourists, they proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions. After completing the check-in process, the front desk manager personally escorted us to the guest room elevators, which made us feel incredibly welcome. Upon entering the room, there was a plate of welcome fruit on the table. Taking a bite, it was sweet to the taste and warmed my heart.
When I requested a few extra bottles of water, a robot promptly delivered them. Throughout the hallways, lobby, and restaurant, the staff consistently greeted us with smiles. Before check-out, Ms. He at the front desk kindly asked if our stay was satisfactory and offered us several bottles of mineral water, suggesting we take them for our journey due to the hot weather. You could truly feel their genuine care.
From check-in to check-out, I consistently experienced the warmth of the staff. Although I hadn't heard of this hotel before, after staying here, I genuinely felt that staying at a Junlan Hotel gives you a wonderful sense of home!

This is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Guest UserFrom the moment we booked the room, a dedicated butler group was created for us. They bought our round-trip ferry tickets, and upon disembarking, a butler was waiting at the pier to help with our luggage—we didn't have to carry anything ourselves. Our butler, Isak, was incredibly thoughtful. He not only planned a route to Gulangyu Island that avoided the crowds, but also went out to buy me medicine when he knew I wasn't feeling well. This friend-like care was so heartwarming.
The room's details were impeccable: Aesop toiletries, a Wenxian turndown fragrance, a handwritten welcome note, a complimentary minibar, and even a different set of Gulangyu poems on gold-flecked paper by the bedside each day. The turndown service drew the curtains, lit the aromatherapy, and even prepared a meditation chair—truly taking ”natural healing” to the extreme.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, very close to scenic spots, and shopping is incredibly convenient nearby. It has its own parking lot, making it great for those traveling by car. The front desk lady was very warm, attentive, and helpful, answering all my questions and even upgrading my room for free. The room was very spacious, clean, and odorless, and the air conditioning was quiet, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The breakfast was also rich and satisfying! I'll definitely choose Baina Hotel again if I come back to Wuyishan.

The environment is beautiful, with picturesque scenery at every turn. The location is also convenient; after watching the Da Hong Pao show, you can take a leisurely stroll back. The service is very attentive, with mineral water replenished daily and needs inquired about, especially the shuttle service, which is available 24/7 and almost on-call. The dishes at the hotel's Chinese restaurant are also the best we've had after trying several nearby places. We will definitely choose Chunbo again for our next trip to Wuyishan.

Our vacation ended, but we managed to travel during the off-peak season with our child. My little one absolutely loved it! The hotel is very kid-friendly. There's a dedicated children's heated splash pool that's shallow and even has a small slide. Right next to it, there's a jungle play net, and my child had so much fun they didn't want to leave. Our room was spacious and clean, and the balcony even had a large soaking tub. We'll definitely be back if we have the chance!

Anonymous UserThe InterContinental Quanzhou boasts an excellent location, right next to a commercial complex and a Ferris wheel. The hotel seamlessly blends the Minnan Maritime Silk Road culture into its architectural design, creating a wonderful ambiance. The high-floor river view rooms offer unparalleled vistas, with panoramic views of the Jinjiang River at night. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. Getting to the old city by taxi is very convenient.
The front desk check-in process was very efficient, and I especially appreciate Yiran's warm and enthusiastic service. I will definitely choose InterContinental again on my next visit to Quanzhou.

Muxi621Before coming to Xiamen, I saw many online recommendations for this hotel, so I decided to give it a try. The hotel's exterior is generally good, though the rooms are a bit dated. However, the sea view is excellent, with Gulangyu Island directly outside the window. The location is superb, very close to the ferry and Zhongshan Road, making it convenient for getting around. The room hygiene was fine, and the breakfast was also decent, though children are charged extra.
