The hotel offers airport shuttle service, which made it super easy to find. All the staff were incredibly polite. I was a bit worried at first, but my actual experience was fantastic. The driver was very courteous, and the shuttles were always on time. Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very polite and accommodating. Overall, a great experience! If you're going to Disneyland, this is definitely my top recommendation – excellent value for money. For the return trip from Disneyland, it's just two subway stops to Tung Chung, and if you time it right, there's a shuttle to take you back to the hotel. The breakfast is quite good for a four-star hotel, and the lobby feels more like a five-star. The room was a bit small, but that's normal for Hong Kong.
My stay at Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong was truly a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.
The location is incredibly convenient — everything feels within reach. Whether it’s public transport, sightseeing, or simply exploring the city, getting around is effortless and stress-free.
The room was impressively clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It offered a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of space to unwind. The bathroom was equally well-kept, with great functionality and attention to detail that reflects a high standard of care.
What stood out the most was the staff. They were genuinely friendly, approachable, and welcoming — never cold or distant. Even simple services like luggage storage were handled with kindness and a smile, making the whole experience feel personal and comforting.
A small but memorable detail was the consistently fresh and pleasant scent throughout the hotel, which gave a sense of cleanliness and thoughtful maintenance at all times.
Overall, this was not just a place to stay, but a place that made the entire trip feel more special.
I would definitely return without hesitation.

Staying at this wonderful hotel located right inside Hong Kong International Airport made our journey so convenient and comfortable. ✈️🏨
We were truly happy with the excellent hotel amenities, cozy atmosphere, and great hospitality throughout our stay. One of the best parts is its strategic location — just a short walking distance to the Airport Express train station, making it incredibly easy to travel to Hong Kong city. In less than 30 minutes, we arrived in the heart of Hong Kong city with ease and comfort.
A perfect choice for travellers looking for convenience, comfort, and seamless connectivity during their Hong Kong trip. 🇭🇰

The hotel is located above the MOKO shopping mall, offering convenient access to various shops and a wide selection of dining options, including a Yata supermarket on the 5th floor. Transportation is also a breeze, as it's directly connected to Mong Kok East Station; you can take the escalator to the lobby and walk through the mall straight to the MTR. If you have luggage or are traveling with children, I recommend booking through Ctrip for a private car transfer, which will be much more convenient. You can also walk to Mong Kok via a covered walkway, and Langham Place is just a 10-minute walk away.
The hotel housekeeping is excellent, and the room service staff, front desk, and bellhops are all very polite. We booked a family twin room with two 1.5-meter beds. Given that space is at a premium in Hong Kong, the room was quite spacious.
The only downside was the weak shower pressure, and the bathtub was pretty useless. When showering inside it, there was very little standing room, and the drain was a bit clogged, causing the water to drain slowly and accumulate.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the entrance is very noticeable. It's close to the Wan Chai MTR station, and there are many great restaurants nearby. We arrived a bit early, and the front desk agent, Lina Liu, kindly arranged an early check-in for us since there was a room available. After dropping off our luggage, we were able to go out and explore right away. She also gave each of us a canvas bag; her service was warm and attentive. The room itself was great – clean, tidy, and bright, with disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste provided. As someone with sleep issues, I slept soundly for ten hours. All the front desk staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any requests. There's an outdoor pool and foot bath in the side wing, which was very relaxing for a massage after a day of walking. I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, so the images are of the nearby streetscape. I'll definitely come back again.
Hotel was great. Location was convenient with many restaurants and shops around. Easy to get to public transport of all varieties. Rooms are small but not too bad for a city with high population density. Room was cleaned daily at request; tea and coffee not refreshed but probably could’ve asked concierge for more. Elevators do have an annoying wait in the morning but can’t really change the building’s structure so just plan in advance. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

We arrived around 1 PM and luckily a room was ready, so they let us check in early and even gave us a sea-view room. It’s super convenient to take the hotel shuttle to Tung Chung for shopping and then connect to the MTR for the city center or Disneyland, or take the shuttle directly to the airport. There's no need to book the hotel breakfast; the tea restaurant across the street is affordable and offers more flexibility. If you're going to Tung Chung to redeem the HKD 100 e-voucher, remember to bring your room key card! The mall's customer service will only process the exchange with it.
Cleanliness: Clean.
Ambiance: Good, feels pretty much the same as the slightly pricier Sheraton next door.
Service: The cleaning staff in the hallways would proactively greet us. On rainy days, there's about a 50cm stretch where you might get wet walking to the hotel shuttle, but some staff members were there with umbrellas to help.

The room rates during the May Day holiday were a bit painful, so after much searching, I finally settled on this place and booked the cheapest room type. It was my first time in Hong Kong, and I'd seen many reviews mentioning discrimination, which made me a little anxious before going. However, I didn't feel any of that during my stay. When I checked in, I asked the front desk staff if they could arrange a higher and quieter room for me. To my surprise, not only did they fulfill my request, but they also gave me a semi-seaview room! The room was small but very tidy, and there was always someone to open the door when entering or leaving the lobby. There's a delicious butterfly pastry shop right downstairs from the hotel, and they even offer an 8.5% discount for hotel guests. There are also many great restaurants nearby, and transportation is super convenient. I only stayed for two nights, which wasn't enough – I'll definitely go back next time!

Everything about this hotel was great; I'll definitely stay here again. We got a room upgrade with a partial sea view, though unfortunately, it was cloudy both days we were there. The toiletries and amenities were incredibly comprehensive. The room had a coffee machine with coffee grounds, so you could make your own coffee, plus Tea WG tea and four bottles of Watsons water. There was also a water heater. The room itself was clean and spacious, which is a real rarity in space-constrained Hong Kong. On the 15th floor, there's a supermarket and eateries, and on the 3rd floor, you'll find the Hopewell Centre mall with plenty of food and shopping options. It's also connected to the MTR. Downstairs, on the small streets, there are authentic Hong Kong-style 'bing sutt' (cafes). The A11 bus to the airport isn't far either. Plus, it's really close to Central and Causeway Bay. Super convenient!

They upgraded us to a sea-view room for free since there weren't many guests, and it looked exactly like the photos. Considering the price of 729 (including tax) for such a spacious room, it was quite good, especially compared to the cramped rooms with one-meter beds in Mong Kok and Tsim Sha Tsui that cost almost 1000. It's a bit of a walk, about 10 minutes from the MTR station, but it's still convenient for getting around. Overall, very satisfied.

GGuest UserWe had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. My husband and I stayed in one room, while my parents stayed in another.
The bathroom and shower were very clean and comfortable. The view is definitely better on the higher floors — my parents stayed on the 31st floor and had a lovely view, while our room on the 12th floor didn’t have much of a view, but honestly, we were mostly there just to sleep.
There was bottled water in the room upon arrival, but when we asked for more the next day, we were told to get it from the gym. Also, the cone-shaped paper cups in the gym were not very practical — that could be improved. On the positive side, the hotel has a gym for those interested.
The location is very convenient. We used the tram frequently to explore Hong Kong, and it’s very close to the hotel. There is also a shopping mall nearby, plenty of places to eat, and a supermarket right across the street.
The room overall was nice. There was a slight humidity smell, but that seems to be common in Hong Kong. Keeping the air conditioning on helps a lot.
It would be great if the hotel had universal power outlets.
Greetings from Turkey — Turkish guests would definitely enjoy staying at this hotel.

GGuest UserMy stay here was excellent! The hotel is easy to find and super convenient for getting around. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby until morning. Both the front desk and room service staff were incredibly warm and patient, and they were quick to respond to any requests. The facilities are comprehensive, and it offers fantastic value for money. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel, I highly recommend it!
WWhere are the JacksWe are a family of four. Stayed for 6 days in their family room. Room size is big for Hong Kong standards at 28 square meters with two double beds. 4500 Pesos per night, great Value for money. Different themed floors and rooms. Greece, Africa, cozi penguins etc. It has a playroom for kids. gym and sauna, also a swimming pool, but it's closed, open during summertime or July. Service is great. Staff are all nice. Spoke to them in english and Mandarin.
MTR and Bus are only in front of the hotel, or about 300 meters. Connected to V CITY MALL, and connected to other malls, tuen men plaza, tuen men park etc. all via connecting Bridge. You can take the 33AX bus going from and to the airport. Only cost 17 HK dollars. Oh we went to a local catholic church for the easter sunday mass. It's in front of V City Mall. MTR takes you everywhere in HK very convenient yet cheap because it's not your usual touristy area like Tsim Sha Tsui.
LlamlllThe hotel is nestled at the foot of the mountain, offering a tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle of areas near MTR stations. However, it's about a 20-minute walk to Central/Admiralty MTR stations, or a 6-7 minute taxi ride (around HKD 20-35). We were assigned a room on the 28th floor facing Central, and the view was absolutely stunning. We had a complete panoramic view of the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens, the US Consulate, the Peak Tram Terminus, Government House, and even the distant Bank of China Tower, Standard Chartered Bank Building, and IFC.
The staff were all very warm, friendly, and accommodating. They even helped bring up our food deliveries to the room. The room cleanliness was excellent. The soundproofing, however, was average; we could hear louder noises from upstairs and next door. In the mornings, we could also hear the birds chirping from the Zoological and Botanical Gardens below. The bathroom didn't have a bathtub, but there was a kitchen available for cooking.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for something a bit more unique. Compared to 5-star and 4-star hotels near MTR stations, this place offers a really good stay.

MMIKOjinliyouRoom Environment: My 'premium room' with frosted, non-opening windows turned out to be a 'cemetery view room' or 'mountain view room,' right next to the Hong Kong Cemetery. It was surprisingly quiet though. I imagine a city view room might be a bit noisy since it's by an elevated highway.
Cleanliness: Not great. I felt like the countertops weren't wiped down, there were water stains everywhere, and I even found a long hair from a previous guest on the wall.
Facilities: Besides the disposable toiletries, they provide basic amenities like a fridge, hairdryer, makeup mirror, kettle, and even hand soap and body lotion. However, everything is quite old; even the plastic cups had scratches on the inside. On the bright side, there's a free pinball machine downstairs which was pretty fun.
Service: The front desk staff were okay, and they spoke Mandarin which was helpful. You have to buy toiletries yourself from a vending machine downstairs, and there's no water dispenser in the room; you have to get water from one in the hallway. If your room is near the dispenser, you'll definitely hear people filling their bottles.
Value for Money: If it were around 500 RMB, a cemetery view room would be great value. But I booked three weeks in advance for over 700 RMB, and it was non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and I couldn't even change the guest name. Then, closer to the May Day holiday, the price was practically cut in half! So, keep an eye on the pricing when you book.
GGuest UserIt's been a while since I last stayed in a hotel in Hong Kong, and I'm quite disappointed.
The check-in service was actually good by Hong Kong standards (those familiar with Hong Kong service will understand). However, the first room I was assigned had an odd smell, there were unidentifiable hairs around the carpet, and the chair was worn out... That really made a bad first impression. I then switched to a second room, and the carpets along the way were visibly not very clean. Perhaps I've stayed in Macau hotels more often; any brand hotel in Macau is always very clean and reassuring. These points combined made my stay feel very uncomfortable.
This hotel is indeed very suitable for families with children, offering a swimming pool, a splash pool, and a kids' club (HKD 110 per hour). The breakfast was also good. The main draw of this hotel for me initially was the unbeatable sea view from the room! However, I do have a small suggestion: the curtains in the guest rooms let in light, so you'll be woken up by glaring light around 6 or 7 in the morning.
GGuest UserHere's my honest review: First, the good points. The location is super convenient. We had breakfast at the tea restaurant right outside the hotel for three days. K11 is just to the right, and you get a 20% discount at Honeymoon Dessert with your room key. Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station is only a five-minute walk away. Now for areas that need improvement and things to be aware of before booking: If you're booking this hotel, I only recommend getting a Signature Room because those have been renovated. The rooms aren't big, but since they're renovated, they're acceptable, comparable to a 3-star hotel in mainland China. Make sure you've thoroughly considered your options before booking, as they won't offer refunds for any reason. My biggest takeaway from this trip to Hong Kong is that the service attitude is much better than it was seven or eight years ago. The Ctrip airport pickup I booked got upgraded as soon as I landed; the driver's service was excellent, waiting early and helping with luggage – very polite and professional, I was very satisfied! As for the hotel service itself, it was pretty good; I borrowed a universal adapter and got an extra pillow. My advice is not to book when there are major events in Hong Kong, as prices tend to be higher. We paid 1500 (with tax) on Saturday, but by Monday, it was only 690. Personally, I think if you can get a Signature Room for around 700, its convenient location makes it worth trying!
