Just needed a quick overnight stop in Hong Kong. Checked in at 2 AM, and the front desk was super efficient. The hotel facilities are comprehensive. The water pressure in the shower was strong, and the bed was quite comfortable and clean. Plus, they offer a free shuttle service. For 500 HKD a night, it's definitely worth it, especially considering a round trip taxi to the city center would cost more than that.

I stayed for four nights. The hotel is located near Mong Kok East Station, but it's not too far to walk to Prince Edward Station or Mong Kok Station, making it super convenient to get to other places! (There's even a skybridge with escalators directly to Mong Kok Station, so no worries about rain or lugging luggage!)
The room was quite spacious, but perhaps because the plumbing is a bit old? You have to close the shower and toilet doors, otherwise, a sewer smell drifts into the room. Aside from the smell, the overall experience was good!

Last year, we have stayed here several times and back again this summer.
The hotel is in a very nice location with lots of restaurants nearby, good food and not very expensive relative to other tourist districts like TST. Two blocks to the MTR station and bus terminal with easy access to every part of Hongkong. Close to the Victoria Park and walking distance through the park to the Causeway Bay shopping district.
The new East Harbour-front broadwalk offering great view of the entire Victoria harbour and great for a morning jog or sunset walk. Also easy access up to the Hong Kong Island Coastal Trails.
Staffs were very friendly with super fast checkin and checkout. Seems like the hotel has also done some minor improvements like better wifi connections and placing filter units in the hallways to clean the air due to people smoking in their rooms or in the hallway, even though the hotel is supposed to be totally smoking free environment!
Will definitely be back again in the next few months.

For its location and price, I think it's pretty good. I've heard online that Hong Kong rooms are generally small, so this hotel's space was actually decent. They also offer a complimentary mini-bar with about two bottles of water and four soft drinks. The beds are two small single beds. When I checked in, I noticed the sheets were a bit dirty, so I contacted housekeeping to change them. When they changed them, it felt like changing sheets at home – not tucked in perfectly at the corners, a bit haphazard. But the staff's attitude was good, so I didn't mind too much. However, when I slept, the mattress felt unstable, probably because the bed was so small, and the sheets were a bit wrinkled, which wasn't very comfortable. I could tolerate all that, but what I absolutely couldn't stand was the soundproofing. There's a small door in the room, I'm not sure what it's for. After a long day of exploring, I was exhausted and wanted to sleep by 11 PM, but my neighbors only came back at 12 AM and 1 AM, and I could hear every single word they said super clearly! That's when I realized that this door connected to the next room, and it wasn't very soundproof, like a door to an equipment room. Anyway, the soundproofing was incredibly, unbelievably bad. I probably only slept 7 or 8 hours total over two nights. Also, there's no charging outlet by the bedside. The electronic alarm clock on the nightstand said you could plug in a USB for charging at the back, but it didn't work when I tried. Charging was only available at the foot of one bed and on the desk, which was a bit inconvenient. Well, if you're a heavy sleeper, go for it!

I stayed at Rosedale Hotel Hong Kong, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
The hotel was quite difficult to find upon arrival, especially for first-time visitors. While the location itself is convenient, the overall welcome was not very warm. The reception staff appeared rather indifferent and rarely smiled, which made the check-in experience feel less friendly than I would have hoped.
The breakfast was very basic, with limited variety and nothing particularly memorable. Considering the abundance of excellent local cafés and restaurants nearby, I would recommend having breakfast outside the hotel instead, as it offers much better value and a more enjoyable dining experience.
Although the room was acceptable and the location is a positive point, I never really felt comfortable or at home during my stay. Hong Kong offers many accommodation options, and based on my experience, I believe there are better alternatives available in a similar price range.
Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again on my next visit.

I stayed at this hotel with my family during our trip to Hong Kong and had a great experience. We booked the Premier Family Quintuple Room, which comfortably accommodated all four of us. The room was spacious and came with two bathrooms, which was very convenient for a family of four/five.
The location is excellent, with many famous attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The surrounding area is pleasant and easy to explore on foot.
Considering the room size, facilities, and location, the price was very reasonable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Hong Kong.

This is my first time staying in this hotel with my family.
The hotel upgraded my booking and gave me a very good room with a bath tube, ocean view, with the sofa in the room. My kid likes it alot and want to stay more.
I’m sure for our next visit, we will stay in this hotel again.
We have had a good experience! Strongly recommend!

The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the Jordan MTR Station (Exit B1), making it easy to get around Hong Kong. The Airport Bus A21 stop from the airport is less than a minute’s walk from the hotel, which is very convenient for arrivals. For the return trip to the airport, the bus stop is across the road and takes about 3 minutes to reach, including waiting at the traffic lights.
The staff may appear expressionless, but they are helpful and willing to assist when needed. The hotel provides thoughtful amenities such as two complimentary cans of mineral water daily, bedroom slippers, and bathrobes, adding to the comfort of the stay.
Overall, the hotel offers excellent accessibility and practical amenities, making it a good choice for travellers looking for convenience and slightly quieter area from the busy Mongkok area.

The hotel hotel was lovely.
Conveniently located in Hong Kong island, just meters away from a tramway station, and close to a subway station and many bus stops.
It was clean and modern.
We were on floor 23, the room was had great ventilation and natural light.
On the third floor there is a pool, with view of the sea.
I am coming back next time I visit Hong Kong, for sure.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The first time was on a business trip with colleagues. The front desk staff, Jacky, provided excellent service. I wanted to leave him a good review back then, but my colleague booked the room, so I couldn't. I'm making up for it now. That's why I chose The Royal Pacific again when I came alone this time. This stay left an even better impression on me because a lot happened.
First, I took an afternoon nap and noticed I was having an allergic reaction. It got better after I went out for lunch, but then flared up again after I showered that evening. I called customer service, and they promptly changed all my bedding to hypoallergenic ones. After that, I didn't have any more allergic reactions. However, the lady who changed the bedding suggested I keep the AC on for circulation, fearing I might be feeling stuffy. So I kept it on, but I couldn't set the temperature any higher. I ended up feeling cold all night and couldn't sleep. I didn't dare turn it off for fear of allergies, but it turns out I probably could have. I eventually turned it off in the morning.
I only managed to sleep a little when thunder woke me up in the early hours. It was the first day of my period, combined with exhaustion and lack of sleep. I hadn't eaten for ten hours and felt so unwell I almost called an ambulance. That's when I called the lobby manager for help. I didn't ask for her name at the time because I didn't want to turn on the bright lights, and the dim light from the door made it hard to see her face. I asked about her name the next day, and they said it might be Manager Yao. I'm not sure if the name is correct, but she was the female manager on duty on the early morning of the 8th. She was very beautiful, like a celebrity, and had a great demeanor. The rice she brought me truly brought me back to life. I was in such a bad state and hoped she would stay with me for a bit. She stood in the room for a few minutes until I felt better, then she left, but not before giving me chocolate and hot water. In the morning, customer service even sent me plain congee. Seriously, when you're not feeling well, a bowl of plain congee can really make you feel alive again!
So, this experience made me realize how excellent the service at this hotel is. I've been to Hong Kong many times and have never encountered anyone with a bad attitude; everyone is always so polite. Plus, I feel like their Mandarin has improved, they speak it much better now. So, whenever I come to Harbour City for work, I will definitely continue to stay at The Royal Pacific. Its location is a huge advantage; the MTR is right outside, and it's convenient for anything in Harbour City. This was my first solo long-distance trip, and they truly gave me warmth. A big thank you again to everyone who served me on the 7th and 8th!

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay this time. Upon arrival, I was immediately upgraded to a premium earth twin room. The front desk staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel also provided a complimentary cup of '便飞咖啡' (Bianfei coffee) for guests. The hotel is conveniently located right above Wan Chai MTR station, and Admiralty MTR station is just a short walk away. There are also many tea houses downstairs, which is very convenient. The room's basic amenities were all complete, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and it was clean and hygienic. If I have the chance to visit Hong Kong again, I would definitely consider staying at this hotel.
GGuest UserIts nice place , 1 hour away from airport, but take bus A38 from airport right in front of hotel, it was easy, no Restaurant near by walkable, food was s good at resort but in room they have sign of $80 brunch, when I went down they give me for $129 +1% , so when I told them, they said it’s only three day price hike due to Mother’s Day , in room it says 7 days $80, any way it’s your call, and the second sign says water , tooth brush, are purchasable, which good if you know in advance, so you will be prepared, luckily I always carry my, rest is good
GGuest UserThe room was very clean, and the air conditioning was comfortable. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was good for the price. The staff were friendly, and there's a shopping mall nearby. However, the front desk is on the second floor, and after 12 AM, the main entrance is closed, so you have to go through the front to get to the second floor.
LlamlllThe hotel is nestled at the foot of the mountain, offering a tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle of areas near MTR stations. However, it's about a 20-minute walk to Central/Admiralty MTR stations, or a 6-7 minute taxi ride (around HKD 20-35). We were assigned a room on the 28th floor facing Central, and the view was absolutely stunning. We had a complete panoramic view of the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens, the US Consulate, the Peak Tram Terminus, Government House, and even the distant Bank of China Tower, Standard Chartered Bank Building, and IFC.
The staff were all very warm, friendly, and accommodating. They even helped bring up our food deliveries to the room. The room cleanliness was excellent. The soundproofing, however, was average; we could hear louder noises from upstairs and next door. In the mornings, we could also hear the birds chirping from the Zoological and Botanical Gardens below. The bathroom didn't have a bathtub, but there was a kitchen available for cooking.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for something a bit more unique. Compared to 5-star and 4-star hotels near MTR stations, this place offers a really good stay.

WWhealth HopeFacilities: Excellent.
Hotel shuttle service: Very convenient.
Complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room (with view): Hong Kong Jockey Club.
This is my go-to hotel every time I'm on a business trip! 🏨
Flexible check-out time (subject to availability): Very accommodating.
Environment: Surrounded by famous attractions, I also recommend Peng Qing Kee Michelin restaurant.
GGuest UserI stayed on the 20th floor and the view was great. The room was also very clean, just like in the pictures online. You need a HKD 1000 deposit when checking in (it's best to pay in cash. If you use Alipay, there's a HKD 100 handling fee, so you'd pay HKD 1100 and only get HKD 1000 back). Don't exchange Hong Kong dollars downstairs using Alipay; the exchange rate is 1:1, which is a terrible deal. Make sure to exchange your HKD beforehand!
SSHANSHANTSANGThe room offered an unbeatable sea view. We booked the buffet dinner for Father's Day. Personally, I found the food to be just average, especially the snow crab, which was incredibly salty. There was a wide variety of desserts, each served in a small portion, which is great for people who like to try different things. As it's a family-friendly hotel, the facilities are perfect for families with kids; the pool isn't too deep and they provide life jackets in various sizes. There's no bottled distilled water in the room, but you can refill the provided bottle at the water dispenser in the hallway. Additionally, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to Wong Chuk Hang/Ocean Park MTR station. The hotel environment is comfortable, making it a good choice for a family getaway.
AAnonymous UserThis stay at the Harbour Grand Hong Kong's Deluxe Twin Room was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and for Hong Kong standards, quite spacious. The beds were comfortable. Although it wasn't a newly renovated room, it didn't impact the stay at all.
The most pleasant surprise was the hotel's location. It's incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel.
I especially want to commend Michael, the Sales Director. He was enthusiastic and polite, actively helping me resolve issues and providing practical dining recommendations. He also thoroughly explained all the discounts available with the hotel room key card, which was very thoughtful.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay with excellent service. Next time, I'll definitely try one of their newly renovated signature rooms, looking forward to an even more upgraded experience. Five stars!
