The hotel facilities are noticeably dated and showing their age. The air conditioning in the room was particularly loud at night, it made a restful sleep nearly impossible. However the front desk staff was attentive and genuinely helpful. At check-in, she proactively flagged that 10–11am tends to get hectic, and only two lifts were running for the whole building, guests on higher floors should allow at least 20 minutes before checkout to get down. A thoughtful heads up, given my room was on the 31st floor. Checkout the next morning was a bit of a slog. It took nearly 10 minutes just to get a lift down to the lobby.

I had a wonderful stay at Nathan Hotel in Hong Kong and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The staff truly stood out — they were friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout my entire stay. Every interaction left me feeling well taken care of. The location is one of the best things about this hotel. It is just a short walk from Jordan MTR Station, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. The surrounding area is also buzzing with shops, restaurants, and local conveniences, so everything you need is right at your doorstep. Overall, Nathan Hotel offers a great combination of warm hospitality and an unbeatable location. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Hong Kong!

The location is super convenient! It's less than a 10-minute walk from where the airport bus drops you off, and there are tons of great restaurants nearby. Plus, it's really close to Wan Chai Station. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved the snacks in the room; I forgot to take a picture, but the staff specifically looked them up and brought me more, which was incredibly thoughtful. I highly recommend staying here!

Coming to Hong Kong this time, I searched for many hotels on Trip.com, but most rooms were tiny and the facilities were outdated. I finally decided to stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong, and as soon as I entered, I was blown away by the sea-view room on the first floor with a large balcony! Stepping out, you're greeted by an endless expanse of clear blue sea – the view is absolutely stunning! 🌊 At night, I enjoyed the sea breeze on the balcony, watching the starry sky, eating fruit, and having drinks. It was so relaxing I didn't want to leave. Getting around from the hotel is super convenient; there's a free shuttle bus directly to the MTR station, making it easy to go shopping, explore, and try out all the amazing local food. The buffet breakfast was a bit simple, so don't have high expectations. Once you're near the MTR station, there are so many Hong Kong delicacies that you'll wish you had more stomachs to try them all. The hotel offers a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, with a healing sea view and excellent value for money. The experience was fantastic, and it's definitely on my must-stay list for my next visit to Hong Kong. I'll definitely be back!

I stayed in the Japanese-themed room. It was small but had everything I needed. The bathroom was spotless with a separate wet and dry area. The bedding was clean and tidy, and it was very quiet, so I slept really well. I'm very satisfied! It's close to Tuen Mun MTR station and Tuen Mun Park; I even went for a stroll there in the morning.

The hotel is nestled at the foot of the mountain, offering a tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle of areas near MTR stations. However, it's about a 20-minute walk to Central/Admiralty MTR stations, or a 6-7 minute taxi ride (around HKD 20-35). We were assigned a room on the 28th floor facing Central, and the view was absolutely stunning. We had a complete panoramic view of the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens, the US Consulate, the Peak Tram Terminus, Government House, and even the distant Bank of China Tower, Standard Chartered Bank Building, and IFC. The staff were all very warm, friendly, and accommodating. They even helped bring up our food deliveries to the room. The room cleanliness was excellent. The soundproofing, however, was average; we could hear louder noises from upstairs and next door. In the mornings, we could also hear the birds chirping from the Zoological and Botanical Gardens below. The bathroom didn't have a bathtub, but there was a kitchen available for cooking. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for something a bit more unique. Compared to 5-star and 4-star hotels near MTR stations, this place offers a really good stay.

We booked a family room, and for Hong Kong, the room was really spacious. The two queen-sized beds were large and comfortable, the bedding was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The hotel is located inside a mall. It's just a short walk from the MTR exit – turn right, and you'll find the hotel's back entrance. Step out the front entrance, and the bus stop is not far away. Dining, shopping, and a supermarket are all conveniently located in one spot. The Man Wah Restaurant next door had good food that our child enjoyed. Unfortunately, it rained for several days, so we didn't get to experience the outdoor swimming pool.

First off, getting to the hotel was incredibly convenient. They have a shuttle service that will take you to and from key locations around the city. The front desk staff greeted us with genuine smiles and spoke in a polite, soft, and pleasant tone. The room was clean, spacious, and met all standards. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, was delicious, and served from 6 AM to 10:30 AM.

I stayed on the 20th floor and the view was great. The room was also very clean, just like in the pictures online. You need a HKD 1000 deposit when checking in (it's best to pay in cash. If you use Alipay, there's a HKD 100 handling fee, so you'd pay HKD 1100 and only get HKD 1000 back). Don't exchange Hong Kong dollars downstairs using Alipay; the exchange rate is 1:1, which is a terrible deal. Make sure to exchange your HKD beforehand!

The hotel boasts an impressive array of facilities. The infinity pool is perfect for those Instagram-worthy shots, and the dedicated children's play areas kept our kids thoroughly entertained, making it a true family vacation paradise. The service, however, was the highlight. The staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive to the needs of local families, making us feel genuinely cared for. All in all, to enjoy such a high-quality resort experience without needing to fly is remarkable. Both the hardware and software aspects of this hotel are flawless. It was a delightful family staycation, and we will absolutely be visiting again. Highly recommended for all local families looking for a relaxing getaway!
