Very nice hotel! Liked it very much! The room was clean and comfortable, the reception was welcoming, breakfast was fine, found nice cozy cafe nearby! Definitely will stay here next time on my business trip again!

This is a branded hotel, so it has all the standard amenities and services you'd expect. It's located in the upper floors of Zhengzhou's landmark 'Big Corn' building, which is part of the Millennium Plaza. To get to the hotel by car, you first need to enter the plaza's underground parking garage. From there, it takes three elevator transfers to reach the hotel, which was a bit of a head-scratcher! 😂😂😂 However, the top floor offers great views. Breakfast is a mix of Western and Chinese options, but I do wish they offered more local specialties.

I checked into your hotel on January 11th, really looking forward to a warm and fun interaction with the hotel's mascot IP. However, the actual experience was a huge disappointment – 'Pi Pi' was cold and dismissive, and what was even more puzzling was that it only interacted with children, completely ignoring me, an 'adult friend.' This clear preferential treatment not only significantly diminished my interaction experience but also left me feeling quite let down, and at one point, I even questioned the quality of your hotel's service. Fortunately, when I stayed at your hotel again on January 24th, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the interaction experience had improved somewhat. This time, both 'Dou Ding' and 'Pi Pi' showed tremendous enthusiasm and friendliness. During the interaction, they not only initiated contact with me but also patiently chatted and took photos with me. Afterwards, they thoughtfully presented me with their autographs. The moment I received the autographs, I truly felt respected and valued. This wonderful experience was like a ray of warm sunshine in winter, dispelling my previous disappointment and making my stay exceptionally fulfilling. I hope they can maintain this enthusiasm every day; I believe it will help establish an excellent brand image for the hotel.

The room configuration is the same, this service attitude is very good, the main thing to go out to work is to rest well, so generally, there are Jianguo hotels to choose Jianguo. My last stop in Luoyang was such a pleasant surprise! The butler-style service made me feel meticulously cared for the moment I walked in. I booked a courtyard hot spring room, and it just so happened to be snowing heavily in Luoyang. Soaking in the hot spring indoors while enjoying the snowy courtyard view was absolutely blissful! The breakfast was a mix of buffet and à la carte. The à la carte dishes were incredibly well-prepared! I ordered the eggs Benedict and waffles, and they were super delicious! Even the fruits served with the waffles were fragrant and sweet, which really shows the hotel's high standards for quality. Plus, the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the station, which was a huge convenience for me traveling with luggage and a child!

Overall, it was a good experience. The room layout was well-designed, making it easy to store belongings, and the soundproofing was decent. Although there's a road and a shopping mall diagonally across, which can be noisy during the day with loudspeakers, it was very quiet at night. The breakfast was quite extensive, and the coffee was excellent. The hotel staff were all very friendly, helping with luggage and greeting guests with smiles. The front desk, in particular, proactively offered information about the local area. Bella Li, especially, was very attentive and helpful when assisting me with extending my stay. My only suggestion would be to add trash cans in the public areas on the first floor; their absence was a bit inconvenient.

Excellent location , next to shopping mall with nice shops and nice restaurants . Can just walk to the mall. Hotel staff service is average , quite cold and not enthusiastic . No aircon because it is not summer as the rooms are 26C and can’t do anything . Asked for extra fan otherwise can’t sleep , too warm.

The hotel's sanitation facilities and environment, as always, meet IHG's high standards – simply excellent. The lobby still has that familiar, lovely scent, the InterContinental's proprietary fragrance! And I really enjoyed the R&B live music at the bar in the evening! The breakfast was also delicious, though the response time for requests was a bit slow; I hope they can pay attention to that. Otherwise, everything was very good!

Very comfortable, the room is super big! I will come again next time. Puyang Arcadia is my first choice for hotels in Puyang. The lady at the front desk is so gentle and beautiful, and the aunt who cleans the room is very enthusiastic. Good reviews!!!

It was a very clean and wonderful room. There was a humidifier, it was quiet, the water was hot, and it was relaxing. The breakfast had a wide variety and was so fresh that I ended up eating too much. I want to go again.
