We like staying at Holiday Inns. No frills, good breakfast and the soft/hard pillows. Since it’s an international brand, the standards are there regardless whether it’s a new or old hotel. Can’t go too wrong with it.

best massage i ever had (thank you daisy!). awesome meals, perfect steaks, plentiful delicious breakfast. high water pressure in the bath. everything as you wish it to be in a hotel. the Staff were extraordinary: friendly, supportive, helpful, fast. breakfast staff quickly remembered my favourite tea and all seemed extra motivated. they all deserve bonus pay😁. i really lived to stay. though it is expensive. 100% recommend it

The room is really nice and the location is very good. Walking distance to railway station also to the business district. What I amazed is how helpful the reception staff is. I sent a package from another city and somehow it there was a mistake from the courier and it wasn’t arrived in this hotel on time. The reception help me to call the courier for more than 30 minutes because i couldn’t speak Chinese and I don’t have Chinese number as well.

The room we stayed at JW Marriott for one night. It had serious smoke odor. We asked for another room. They were at capacity so, they were unable to accommodate our request. They sent an air purifier to accommodate us. It helped slightly. Breakfast was amazing. The lobby for check in is on the 38th floor. If you drive, make sure to get familiar with the parking situations. Our friends drove a big car and the entrance and exits into the parking lot were tight. Plan to have a zen mind set when you have a car. There are shops around the manmade lake for late treats. Check them out.

I don't even look for other hotels now I've discovered Atour. They are all over China, in excellent locations and I KNOW they will be clean and modern without leaky showers or stinky carpet or smokers in the lift. On top of this, the staff are extraordinary in an ”I got you' way. By this I mean you can feel confident they will go above and beyond to make you comfortable, for example handing me a bottle of water as soon as I arrived with loads of bags on a sweltering day, being patient with my sucky Mandarin and really trying in English. I'm an Atour customer All Day. Thanks!

First time in Luoyang! This hotel location is good, room spacious! Counter reception young lively and professional! Very impressive by their professionalism! Highly recommended to stay in this hotel! There is a good restaurant just beside…must try n only 2min walking distance! Overall a very good experience for first timer like me who travel to Luoyang!thumb up to the front desk loving smiling staffs🙏🙏🙏🙏made my stay a beautiful n memorable one! When we left they give us a box of delicacy so that we can eat on the way👏👏👏thank you

A good hotel very close to Zhengzhou airport. It’s not walkable, but only cost 12 RMB for a taxi (avoid the touts in the airport - follow the signs to the taxi zone and take a proper taxi). Them there’s an excellent free shuttle from the hotel every half an hour to go back to the airport. The hotel decor is looking a little old, but room facilities are excellent, and the staff very friendly and helpful, easily overcoming the language barriers.

We had a great time!, the owner and staff is very friendly and helpful to answer any questions. The room was also very nice and clean. The location of the homestay is also convenient (with a great feel), it’s very close to the ancient city and has a small park directly nearby which offers a nice scenic route. The breakfast selection is good and will be delivered to the room. We had a great and very relaxing stay. Thanks! :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Guangdong Hotel in ZhengZhou during my visit tothis wonderful city. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel's great location, friendly staff, cleanliness, and delightful dining options. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is truly unbeatable. Situated in the heart of ZhengZhou’s historic district, it offered easy access to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shopping . Whether I wanted to explore the historical landmarks, immerse myself in the local culture, or simply take a leisurely stroll along the bustling streets, everything was within walking distance from the hotel. The staff at the hotel deserve special praise for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who made me feel like a valued guest. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's commitment to maintaining a pristine environment. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens and towels provided daily. The on-site restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a delight.

Location is 1 min away next to subway or dongshilipu exit E. Next to hotel is a small mall with a lot of food options from restaurants to small eats. Easy to get to erqi mall, corn tower, east rail station. Hotel surrounding is peaceful at night so it’s nice. Stayed in room with executive lounge excess with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Breakfast is good and Evening cocktail has hot food so worth to go if you have this option. Afternoon tea is optionally as mainly drinks. Gym is huge and not crowded and open 24 hrs so if you need a hotel with gym ,this is good choice . Only area for hotel to improve is room temperature in room doesn’t seem to be able to adjust to be cooler.. lucky visit in not in summer.

Very helpful staff, particularly at reception in recommending where to eat and how to travel. Excellent breakfast and would certainly stay here again. Great location, in walking distance to the stunning Lijing gate.

Christian's Hotel has the best service I have experienced at any hotel anywhere in the world. The staff were universally outstanding. It was impossible to single out any one staff member for special praise as they were all excellent. We felt like welcomed friends all the time. The cleanliness and design of the hotel are also of the highest quality. The only 'negatives' I have are that there is no lobby bar. The restaurant on the 18th floor gives great views. Surely a small section of the restaurant could be converted to provide a lobby bar? The location is also nothing great. There's nothing wrong with the location, there's just nothing great about it either. It's near a subway station, so getting to attrractions is easy, but there's nothing much in the area around the hotel, no great places to eat, no attractions to take a morning or evening walk to. Those aside, we would 100% definitely stay there again.

I stayed for two consecutive days and I really like this hotel. It has a good location and there are two large shopping malls across the street. The service is super good, from the front desk, guest rooms and restaurants, the service is first-class, the staff are well-trained, especially the elevator service, there are special staff to help swipe the card. There are also souvenirs for check-in. The food city on the second floor exceeded my expectations. It is simply great. All meals are full, cheap and delicious. The chefs and service staff are very serious. In short, every aspect of the hotel makes guests feel warm. Five-star hotels in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou should learn from this hotel.

Good breakfast w western and Chinese style. Like the Soy Milk. Spacious room and spacious shower area. Hotel reception or front desk responds fast when there is technical issue. Some tv technical issue (no sound) re appear once on or off the tv set. But as a whole find the wirefi connection in Luoyang city is not as strong as nearby city like Xian.

In between 2 Metro stations, about one kilometre from Luoyang LongMen Station. Located within an area where there are small restaurants and relatively close to Longmen Grottoes and Guan Lin Temple. Service staff was friendly. Amenities were good, with a relaxing sofa which was good for soft reading when you do not wish to get out of the room. A relaxed and wasy going vibe reverberated throughout.

Location: On the edge of Peony Square, luxurious and elegant, easy to get a taxi, polite staff, there will always be staff at the elevator entrance to help open the elevator. A little further back is the Guangzhou Market, not a road, but like a neighborhood, it is very pleasant to stroll around at night. Room: I booked a suite, very satisfied, very satisfied. There are a lot of things sent, free drinks in the small refrigerator, beer, cola, and Sprite every day. Instant noodles (2 buckets), yogurt, and snacks are sent. There is also sweet soup in the evening, please note that it is not very sweet, which is great and suitable for middle-aged and elderly people. When cleaning, they will help you organize the charging cable and clamp it with a cute clip. When seeing the residents washing clothes, they will prepare laundry detergent and clothes drying racks. By the way, Luoyang's time-honored brand, Lao Luoyang Noodle House, is nearby, just a 5-minute walk. The attitude of the staff is also very good. Anyway, I recommend it.

The metro is almost at the entrance to the hotel, a line with a high-speed train station. A 10-minute walk from the park and opposite it a large shopping center with a food court and a supermarket. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed, fresh linens and towels. The common areas and furnishings are a bit dated, but everything is clean and functional. Very spacious room, there is a wardrobe. Breakfast is good, but not very varied.

The hotel is difficult to book at a standard rate during the National Holiday, but the service from 小樊 is excellent. He tried his best to accommodate us and even upgraded our room the first night. We’re very grateful for 小樊 for making our over all experience better.

From the very beginning we were greeted so warmly and cordially, as if we were old friends. The room turned out to be simply chic: cozy, clean, with a comfortable bed and a view of the city. We immediately felt at home. It was a great holiday thanks to the excellent service and warm atmosphere. We plan to come back here again!

The air conditioning is quite good. Free pick-up and drop-off within 10 kilometers around the hotel (including the airport): I didn't notice when I went there, but there is also airport pick-up. It's pretty good. I like the environment. The room smells good. The boss is also very nice. My flight is at 17:00. I told the boss that I don't need airport drop-off service. The boss gave me a free one-hour delay in check-out. It's very heartwarming. Next time I go on a business trip, I will choose this place again.

離新鄭機場挺近的，晚班飛機抵達或者要趕早班機的話很方便，酒店還提供免費的機場接送。房間雖然有點舊但是挺乾淨的，比較推薦，附近也有很多吃飯的地方
