This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk service was incredibly warm, with friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at home. Check-in was efficient, and the concierge even proactively helped with my luggage. The excellent service was a real highlight.

Extremely satisfied! The guesthouse is right at the entrance of a snack street, making it very convenient for eating. It's also very close to Guanjishui Banquet and easy to get to various scenic spots. The owner, an auntie and a grandpa, are incredibly warm and their service attitude is excellent. The auntie even helped us dry our clothes! Plus, the guesthouse is super clean with smart furniture, and disposable toilet seat covers are all provided. Highly recommended! We slept very well and will definitely stay here again next time!

My stay at this hotel, to put it simply, was acceptable for a regular five-star hotel, but subpar for a JW Marriott. First, there's only one driveway for vehicles entering the hotel. To exit, drivers have to make a U-turn, and if there are multiple cars dropping off or picking up guests, it easily causes congestion. Second, the hotel lobby is on the 38th floor, and guest rooms are above that. Getting from the ground floor to your room requires taking two separate elevators each time, which isn't very convenient. Finally, regarding room amenities, the entire room, except for the bathroom, had no tissues, making it a hassle every time I needed one. Also, a heads-up: the mini-bar in the room is chargeable, and the price list is just a blank piece of paper on the table. I didn't notice it and consumed some items, though the housekeeper, Maggi, later waived the charges for me, which I appreciate. Overall, this JW Marriott has a significant gap compared to other JW Marriotts in different cities, and the service is just acceptable. Furthermore, booking through Ctrip doesn't offer any extra benefits. If you still want to experience it, you might try booking directly on their official website.

On our last day in Luoyang, we chose this hotel mainly because the room came with a hot spring tub and a unique breakfast, which suited the kids' preferences. The hotel offers car service, but we drove ourselves so we didn't use it. The kids really enjoyed the hot spring tub in the room, which was quite a distinctive feature. It's rare to find hotels that still require a deposit these days, but this one asked for 1000 yuan. What I don't understand is what valuable items are in the room that would necessitate staff waiting at the door, ready to inspect the room even before guests have left – it felt very uncomfortable. Finally, as we were leaving, we found a small ant crawling near the pillow. It seems like the ground-floor courtyard might need better pest control measures.

The holiday homestay that was accidentally delivered was a super surprise. It is not so much a homestay as a resort. The whole park is wrapped in the mountains and the scenery is unique, because the park is their own resort, so the privacy is very good, very suitable for a good place to hide in the holidays! The scenery of the whole park is beautiful, there is an infinity pool, I see there are hot spring pools built, there are free-range rabbits on the lawn, there are even German in several kittens, and every place can see the intentions of the park. The park is large and there are not many rooms. There will be no noisy sound at all, which is super suitable for vacation. The butler will contact the route in advance. During the whole stay, contact the butler at any time, and respond to everything. The service is great! The suite was upgraded by mistake. The whole house in the room was smart, with large floor-to-ceiling windows and cleaned very clean. The balcony is a lawn when you open the door. Although it is not specially fenced, it is no different from the private courtyard. Get up early and sit outside and breathe the fresh air, everything is so healing. A picky person like me can be included in my repurchase list!

It's also a short drive to both the railway station and high-speed rail station, and parking is super convenient, making travel completely stress-free. Stepping into the 8th-floor lobby, you immediately feel the quality. The space, designed by an international designer, is grand and dignified, with a rich, vintage 'old money' style decor. The warm lighting design also creates a great sense of security. The room was surprisingly spacious, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Although the facilities have some age, they are incredibly well-maintained, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a very peaceful stay. The service was absolutely perfect! From the front desk's warm and thoughtful reception and patient guidance, to staff members proactively helping with the elevator and luggage, I felt completely at home throughout. Attending a concert? They even offer a complimentary shuttle service, with the driver in formal attire and thoughtfully providing water – such touching details. The hotel's amenities are also comprehensive. If you're traveling with kids, the children's pool and ball pit area are perfect, and there are also billiards, a gym, and sauna facilities. The Chinese food at Huaxia Restaurant and the buffet breakfast were both delicious, with a wide variety of options and great flavors. Whether it's for a business trip, a family vacation, or attending a performance, this place is perfect, offering incredible value for money. I will definitely choose it again next time I'm in Zhengzhou!

I accidentally saw a newly opened hotel here and there is no smell. The location can also be very close to the place of business trip. In the morning, there is no need to hurry. It is worth mentioning that the hotel breakfast breakfast actually has Hu spicy soup. The hotel I used to live in was not really beyond expectations. The front desk service has nothing to say, I really can like it 👍👍👍

The staff were all very warm and welcoming, and even gave us some snacks when we checked out, along with helping us carry our luggage to the car. The kids really enjoyed their stay at this hot spring hotel, and we'd definitely come back if we get the chance!

I chose a hotel near Zhengzhou East Station because I was taking the high-speed train to Xi'an. I really have to compare and contrast! The day before, I stayed at the Hilton for a friend's wedding. My friend booked it for me, and it was old, rundown, and reeked of smoke. The next day, after the wedding, moving to the InterContinental was so much more comfortable! The service was truly excellent! They called me before check-in to ask about any room preferences and my estimated arrival time, and they met all my requests during check-in. Any minor issues I found after checking in were promptly addressed and resolved. The InterContinental brand lives up to its name, maintaining a certain standard. Upon arrival, I received a welcome gift, along with vouchers for coffee and cocktails. The package I booked also included afternoon tea, which featured a decent, standard selection of desserts. We booked a room with breakfast included. The breakfast spread was extensive, but the layout was a bit scattered and confusing. I was also surprised that the breakfast menu didn't change daily; about 95% of the dishes from the first day were still there on the second. Overall, it was a very good stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.
