This business hotel is located in the heart of Wanchai, offering excellent transport links with the MTR, trams, and buses all nearby. It's conveniently close to Central and the Convention Centre, making it ideal for business trips. The room was generally clean, and although the facilities show some age, they are well-maintained. The desk is suitable for work, and you can request different pillow firmness. The breakfast offers a sufficient selection of Chinese and Western simple dishes to meet daily needs. The rooftop pool and gym are definite highlights. Minor drawbacks: Rooms facing the street can experience a bit of street noise, and as is common with hotels in Hong Kong, the room size is on the smaller side, so manage your expectations.

The environment here is fantastic, and there's a swimming pool. The room is spacious with a great view; you can see the sea as soon as you open the curtains. I always book this hotel when I go back to Hong Kong. The only inconvenience is that the shuttle service from the hotel to Tsuen Wan MTR station isn't frequent enough, so the waiting time is too long.

For my trip to Hong Kong, I chose the Hotel COZi · Resort in Tuen Mun, and overall, it offered great value for money, especially for families with kids. The hotel is very close to Tuen Mun MTR station, just a few minutes' walk away, and it's right next to a large shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Getting to Disneyland and border crossings is also easy. The rooms are clean and tidy, and some of the themed rooms are really fun for kids. The public facilities include a pool, a gym, and a children's play area, where kids can have a blast. The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were efficient. There's a West Rail Line directly to Mong Kok, Kai Tak, and Tsim Sha Tsui, and also a light rail that reminds me of Kamakura in Japan. All in all, the prices are friendly, the facilities are new, and it helps avoid the high hotel prices in the city center. It's highly recommended for family trips and leisure holidays. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

I took taxi from the airport ($HK 215), and thought oh my gosh, where is this hotel!!. Simply because the narrow curvy endless mountain roads for at least 30 minutes. Taxi took me as close as possible to the hotel but still had to walk to the hotel reception. I could immediately feel the humidity and no elevator to the 3rd floor was surprise, a friendly staff helped me to carry the luggage. The real gem and country side became my favourite thing on the second day. The second day gave me a true peaceful mind and relaxing breeze when I jogged around the village. If you want to relax and get away from crowdedness from city, please visit here for at least 3 days. Not much choice for food so take a day trip to big Budha via ferry - this was the fav thing i have done in Hong Kong, i found this way better than my stay at Tsim sha tsui & central. You can see thr clouds covering mountain top, misty, and herd of cows. Beach swim is a bit of question mark here. You can experience real country side and see another side of Hong Kong.

Overall, it was good. However, the air conditioner in the room had an issue. Every time it was turned on, after 20-40 minutes, it would suddenly make a 'bi bi' sound and then turn off automatically. The remote control always showed a triangular symbol when a button was pressed. It wasn't too hot last night, so the problem wasn't too significant.

The accessibility and value for money here are truly outstanding. It's directly connected to Mong Kok East MTR station and MOKO mall, so you can go from the subway to the hotel entirely indoors, which is perfect for the rainy season – no worries about getting wet while eating, drinking, or having fun. The overall environment and cleanliness are also commendable. The room was spacious by Hong Kong standards, and I got upgraded to the executive floor, which offered a great view.

The hotel was at the very end of a row of apartment buildings, about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. It was hot in August, but it was just about a manageable walking distance. When I made the reservation, I received a message asking me to pre-register for self check-in at the kiosk. I did so, and upon arrival, I scanned the barcode at the kiosk to check in. However, I couldn't proceed without paying a deposit, so I paid it. A room key was issued, but since the room number wasn't specified, a staff member came over and assisted me at the counter. They seemed surprised, asking, 'You paid a deposit?!' and repeatedly assured me they would refund it, which I found a bit strange since I assumed deposits were returned if there were no issues. All the staff members were very polite, and their English was easy to understand. My hairdryer in the room stopped working, so I called the front desk, and they brought a new one right away. There are no amenities like water, toothbrushes, or shampoo, so you need to bring your own. Despite the very low price, I felt completely at ease staying at this hotel, so I thought it was perfectly fine. I usually stay at hotels near the airport, but due to a big concert, they were very expensive. So, I opted for this hotel, which is about a 40-minute bus ride from the airport. I had plenty of time, and the bus was convenient as it was a direct route with no transfers. However, it's important to note that the A32 bus only runs once an hour. The E32 also goes directly to the airport, though it takes a bit longer. There was an emergency guide in Japanese, which I found a bit amusing.

This was my first stay at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bedding was good, and it was quiet enough. However, getting the room took far too long; I didn't get it until 5:30 PM. The air conditioning system stopped working in the morning, and it took 30 minutes for the technician to arrive for repairs, which was a bit slow. The swimming pool was clean. For the main pool, children are required to wear life jackets, which is quite inconvenient for kids who already know how to swim, regardless of their age. Please consider changing this rule. Life jackets should only be required if a parent is not accompanying them.

When choosing a hotel, I always check the bedding first because I have sensitive skin. I also prioritize transportation, location, and room cleanliness, and the Four Seasons Hotel satisfied all my expectations. The staff were friendly, the hotel pool had a great view, and the in-hotel restaurants and bar were also top-notch! The view from the room was also incredibly beautiful, making for a delightful trip. I was worried about the heat or typhoons since it was a July trip, but the weather was fantastic, and the fact that the IFC Mall is connected to the hotel made getting around easy, which made the trip even better. I highly recommend the Four Seasons Hotel! 👍👍👍

I used this hotel for a transit layover in Hong Kong. There's a shuttle bus to the hotel every 30 minutes or so from Shuttle Bus Stop #9 at Terminal 2. The ride takes about 5 minutes. The hotel is stylish, and my room only had a shower, no bathtub. Toiletries like toothbrushes and shampoo are provided. There's a pool on the 3rd floor, and on the 12th floor, there are stairs leading to the rooftop. The rooftop feels like a small gym or park, and there's even some grass that looks like you could play putting golf on it. However, it's too hot in the summer for any real training up there. It's convenient for its proximity to the airport, but there are no convenience stores or other shops nearby. Inside the hotel, there's only a vending machine, as shown in the picture.
