Anonymous UserThe location is excellent for travelers who prefer commuting by walking, bus or tram rather than relying on the MTR. Situated in Wan Chai, the hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafés, and it offers convenient access to nearby areas such as Central, Causeway Bay, and other parts of Hong Kong.
One of the biggest advantages is the easy access to the A11 airport bus, making travel to and from the airport simple without the need to take the Airport Express.
The room is spacious, well-equipped with all the essential amenities, and features a comfortable bed and a practical work desk, making it suitable for both leisure and business travelers.

sarahtsangThe room was at the end of the hall and larger than I expected. The hotel is close to the sea with a private beach and a swimming pool. The views from the hotel are great, perfect for a vacation. Transportation isn't very convenient, but there's a shuttle bus to the subway station. The facilities are quite old but generally clean, though the hygiene could still be improved.

Guest UserThe room was huge! I've stayed at this hotel many times for business trips because of its convenient location. This time, the front desk gave me a free upgrade to a different room type on the Thai-themed floor. The elephants in the elevator lobby were adorable.

Guest UserGigantic hotel room for the price and Hong Kong), very impressive view. Also the small size of the hotel might be favorable for some travelers, totally up to personal opinion though. I personally prefer this type of accommodation. Also the amazing local community where people prefer bike rides, quite different vibe from people of HK Island and Kowloon. The hotel also provided 1hr-free bike rent upon my check-in. Also very amazing and friendly staff at the restaurant. In general definitely a trip worth it!

Anonymous UserThe location is a bit far from the city center, but there's a minibus stop right downstairs, making transportation convenient. You can reach the city center within 10 minutes. The surrounding area is quiet, and from the window, you can see Rambler Channel and the container terminal, which offers a nice view. 🙏
The downsides are that some of the hotel facilities are a bit old, and the amenities nearby are limited, with only a small shopping mall.

Getting to the hotel is quite convenient: take Exit D from Mong Kok East Station, walk directly into Moko mall, and then it's just a two-minute walk from there. However, be aware that the passage closes before 11 PM, so you'll have to take a much longer route if you're out late.
I'd recommend taking the MTR directly from the hotel, as the streets outside can be a bit tricky to navigate. A good tip is to have breakfast at Munsun before heading out on the subway.
For Hong Kong standards, the room is quite spacious. You have to stand in the bathtub to shower, but I was prepared for that, so it wasn't an issue. Overall, it's pretty good.

Seriously, the first room I was given had a toilet that wouldn't flush properly, and the wardrobe smelled terrible. They changed my room later, and I appreciate the hotel's effort. So, thank you. All in all, it was a bit of a hassle, and I didn't even stay one night. That's how it went.

ChangaryThis was my first stay at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bedding was good, and it was quiet enough. However, getting the room took far too long; I didn't get it until 5:30 PM. The air conditioning system stopped working in the morning, and it took 30 minutes for the technician to arrive for repairs, which was a bit slow. The swimming pool was clean. For the main pool, children are required to wear life jackets, which is quite inconvenient for kids who already know how to swim, regardless of their age. Please consider changing this rule. Life jackets should only be required if a parent is not accompanying them.

QJaifeiThe Four Seasons' location is truly unbeatable – it's convenient for getting anywhere. There's a shuttle bus from the Airport Express that takes you straight to the hotel, and even walking is easy. That 'welcome back' always makes you feel so at home. For breakfast, you have two restaurant options, but I prefer ordering à la carte in the lounge. The bread at the Four Seasons is genuinely delicious; I absolutely adore the five-grain croissant (or whatever it's called) at breakfast. And the scones from the bakery are a must-buy every time. The hotel facilities are excellent; the gym equipment is well-maintained and offers plenty of choices. Just eating at the hotel's restaurants pretty much filled up my itinerary. The spa is the best I've experienced outside of Thailand. While there was a minor hiccup with housekeeping – they didn't clear the trash or do the turndown service on time – they genuinely made up for it afterward. I hope the service can be even more meticulous in the future, especially since it's the 'Four Seasons.' I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

みつばちまーやJust a heads-up, 11sky is completely out of service. Terminal 2 also has nothing compared to Terminal 1. If you're just looking for a place to sleep during a layover, the shuttle bus is available, and it's clean, affordable, and highly recommended. Other reviews mentioned being able to check into their rooms immediately, but we were told we couldn't until after 2 PM. We were allowed to store our luggage until then and even use the poolside, but there was a lack of coordination with the pool reception staff, which took a bit of effort to explain. In the end, as long as we had our swimsuits, we were fine even without a room key. If you go in with this understanding, it's a clean and cost-effective hotel. I'd definitely consider staying here again for a layover.
