This hotel is truly a hidden gem with excellent value for money, especially for Hong Kong. The room size isn't small, and while the facilities are a bit dated, they are fully functional and clean. The best part is its superb location! Airport buses, the MTR (subway), and the Ding Ding tram are all nearby. There are also plenty of convenience stores and cha chaan tengs (local cafes) in the vicinity, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The front desk service was also very good, they even gave us coffee vouchers and breakfast. Highly recommended!

the room was beautiful, tho its not as clean as i expected it to be... there's blood stain in the couch and window nooks. a lot of long hair strands in the carpet. i know they can do better. i still like the hotel, the shuttle service from hotel to train station is big help for guests. since there is no free bottled water on rooms, at least have a water dispenser on some floors. the breakfast is buffet but... sorry but its so bland. im not a picky eater but... its really disappointing. if you gonna ask me, if i will stay again on this hotel, probably not. 1000+ rmb for family room and the experience is just so so... sorry. ✌

We stay here a few times before as it is very convenient for MTR and other transport. Also a stones throw away from V City and Tuen Mun Plaza. This allows us to meet up with friends and families with ease. Staff is great and room service is very quick. The room we stayed in is generally very clean. However, the carpet is stained and this is likely caused by kids dropping their food and as such it wasn't possible for the cleaning staff to remove it without professional carpet cleaning kit. And this is the reason a star was taken away. There's a great variety of cuisine available nearby.

The dining experience at this hotel was astonishingly good! From the exquisite and varied breakfast to the specialty dishes in the evening, every plate showcased the chef's meticulous craftsmanship and discerning taste in ingredients. It was truly a feast for both the eyes and the palate. This experience completely proved the saying that you'd stay at a hotel just for its restaurant! I absolutely must rave about the hotel's bed! The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the mattress offered perfect support. As soon as I lay down, it felt like being enveloped in clouds, and I slept straight through till morning. For anyone who values sleep quality, this place is pure heaven. All thanks to my amazing travel companion for arranging this, allowing me to fully recharge!

My go-to hotel for my many trips to Hong Kong, this 5-star standard in the heart of Mong Kok is simply unbeatable. The transportation is second to none, with seamless access to MOKO mall directly from Mong Kok East Station on the East Rail Line. Dining, entertainment, and shopping are all just downstairs, making getting around incredibly efficient. The rooms are significantly larger than the average Hong Kong hotel, with warm, elegant decor. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic city views, and all in-room facilities are well-maintained, with meticulous housekeeping. The recreational facilities are comprehensive; the high-altitude pool allows you to swim while enjoying panoramic city street views, perfect for unwinding after a long journey. The front desk service is personalized, and they go above and beyond to accommodate any requests, showing great attention to detail. It's rare to find such tranquility within a bustling commercial district, balancing convenience and comfort perfectly. The overall value for money is exceptional; for accommodation in Hong Kong, look no further than Royal Plaza Hotel.

Honestly, aside from the slightly remote location requiring a minibus ride to get around, the other facilities are pretty comprehensive. The hotel room was clean and had all the basic amenities. It would be even better if there were tissues in the room, not just in the bathroom. Also, around 11ish, someone might knock on your door asking if you have trash or need fresh towels. If you're still sleeping at that time, I'd suggest putting the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on your door.

First, the taxi pulled up. The staff member who came to greet us was extremely polite and proactive in helping with our luggage – excellent service. The check-in process was also very fast. Once we got to the room, it was smaller than I imagined. Perhaps the hotel's photography makes the rooms look bigger, especially the bed, as I specifically booked a king-size bed, but it was smaller than expected. 😅 The room was generally clean, but I noticed streaks on the glass tumblers, like they had just been wiped with a cloth, and some watermarks. I don't think this should happen 🥲 because normally, glasses should be washed, not just wiped. There was also a strange, sour, stale odor in the room that lasted all night 🥲 It seemed to be coming from the air conditioning vent. 😳 The bedding looked tidy, but I felt like I was being bitten by fleas all night. However, this isn't a major issue, as I might just be overly sensitive; the two children with me didn't feel anything 😄 The hotel's dinner buffet was very generous ☺️ but the breakfast buffet was quite average with not many food choices 😄 If you're going for a day trip to the water park, this hotel is very convenient ☺️ Perhaps it was just my room with the strange odor, which made me quite uncomfortable 😳 Maybe the air conditioning needs cleaning.

A perfect experience! We originally booked a Deluxe Seaview King Room, but the hotel upgraded us to an Executive Seaview Suite and, as per our request, provided a twin-bedded suite. The lady who checked us in was very gentle, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. I can't sleep on soft pillows, and the Four Seasons has always remembered this, providing me with a firm pillow and proactively asking if I wanted to switch to a harder mattress – very thoughtful. The welcome amenities from the hotel were also very generous, including pineapple cake, pineapple buns, and milk tea cookies. My friend and I both agreed they were delicious. The welcome fruit was incredibly fresh, and the grapes had just the right amount of sweetness; even as someone who doesn't like sweets, I ate a lot. The mini-bar in the suite was also complimentary, and my favorites were the chips and coconut juice. We also visited the Argo bar. Even on a Saturday night, it wasn't overly crowded, and the Hong Kong Punch was impressive. Our booking included breakfast, and we chose the à la carte restaurant. I loved the waffles and bircher muesli, and my friend highly praised the Japanese set meal she ordered. All in all, a perfect hotel and a perfect experience.

I arrived in the afternoon and was told that king rooms were scarce. Since I was alone, they gave me an accessible room. Although it was a bit larger, I still found it a little unfamiliar. The bathroom door handles were quite low, and the sink was also low and small. While using these facilities, I kept thinking how convenient they must be for someone in a wheelchair. Overall, the hotel staff and customer service were excellent. One evening, my room's red light suddenly started flashing for some unknown reason. I called the front desk, and they resolved it quickly, apologizing profusely over the phone. If I come back to AsiaWorld-Expo for a concert, this will definitely be my first choice again – it's incredibly convenient. You can walk from the hotel's ground floor, heading north, directly to AsiaWorld-Expo via a covered walkway. No matter how strong the wind and rain are outside, I can get there at my leisure! The room was spacious and comfortable, a real luxury given its prime location in Central. Hong Kong Park is right downstairs, perfect for an evening stroll to catch the sunset, which was incredibly pleasant. What truly stood out was the Executive Lounge access; they offered meals and snacks throughout the day that were practically full meals themselves. For someone with a busy schedule, this provided a dining experience far superior to eating at home – I was incredibly impressed! The exquisite breakfast at Café on the 56th floor and the drinks, snacks, soups, salads, dim sum, and dishes at the 7th-floor lounge were all so refined and thoughtful. Not to mention the grand and abundant breakfast, which was the perfect start to my relaxed, leisurely time after a demanding work period. Thank you, I will definitely be back.
