Check in was fast and room was good size for the price and area of Causeway Bay which is always busy. There was a tap for filtered water in bathroom to refill bottles and drink clean water. Room was quiet and air con strong though Hong Kong was cool during visit. Decor in room was older but hotel has classical design and grand looking reception area. Did not try other facilities or food as many restuarants nearby. Would stay here again.

Hotel transportation: Very convenient for both Hung Hom MTR and public buses. Hotel hygiene: Pretty good, small and exquisite, didn't find any dust. Hotel facilities: You have to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. Disposable slippers were provided. The bedside power outlet couldn't charge anything, felt like it was broken. Hong Kong hotels can't be compared to those on the mainland; they're just like this, and so are the prices. I especially want to mention the luggage storage. I had a travel bag that I was carrying, and when I stored it, the front desk staff insisted I put it on the floor, which made me quite uncomfortable. It wasn't a suitcase or something that could only be placed on the floor.

The hotel's location is great, especially the beautiful sunset views across the way. There are plenty of dining options nearby. But most importantly, if you have an 8 AM flight, you can easily make it by taking the 5:30 AM shuttle from here! The front desk lady was very polite and professional, and even upgraded our room to a spacious 30 square meters. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Right next to the airport and in the same building as the exhibition center, it's super convenient for attending expos and concerts. The hotel rooms are great, and you can even see the ocean nearby. The staff are really friendly, and there are plenty of dining options.

We are traveling overseas to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and this hotel made our stay truly unforgettable. Although there was a communication issue with Trip.com at first, the hotel staff went above and beyond to take care of everything for us, even staying attentive late into the evening. Thanks to their kindness, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and a lovely cheesecake for our anniversary. Their genuine care, professionalism, and warm hospitality deeply touched us. We are truly grateful and will definitely remember this experience. Highly recommended, especially for special occasions.

The hotel's location is great, very close to two subway stations, just a few minutes' walk away. It's only one stop to Central, and there are plenty of options for food and shopping nearby. The rooms are clean, and the front desk service is excellent. You can also store your luggage before leaving during the day.

The hotel service was excellent. The front desk lady had a lovely smile and check-in was very quick. The facilities, well, they reminded me of a high-ranking official's guesthouse in mainland China – a bit old-fashioned, but very clean. The room wasn't huge; it felt spacious for one person, just right for two, and would be cramped for three, so I was glad I was alone. The hotel is large and quiet, with several restaurants. Since I was close to the airport, I didn't dine in the main restaurants, but I did try the cakes from the patisserie in the hallway. They were delicious, much better than the food in the airport terminal. I had them twice, once for dinner and once for breakfast. The lady serving was very kind; she even came out to see me off when I left, thanking me for my patronage and inviting me to come again. I was really touched. Her cakes and coffee were fantastic and very filling. I'll definitely go back for her cakes and coffee if I get the chance. I was in a rush and forgot to take photos, but I'll make sure to next time.

We arrived early and needed to check in at 3 PM. We left our luggage at the front desk, and the service there was excellent. We checked into our room around 8 PM, and it was clean and tidy. I was traveling with my child, and for safety, we opted to use disposable bedding. There was a 500 HKD deposit required, which we paid in cash and got back directly the next day. Overall, it was a good experience.

The location is great, just a few steps from the subway station. I accidentally discovered an Asia top-tier coffee shop downstairs, and I had coffee there both mornings – it was really delicious! That was the most pleasant surprise. The hotel itself is a bit old, and the decor is an older style. The window offers a sea view, and the value for money is decent.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was nice, clean, and had everything we needed. The hotel even upgraded us to a room with a stunning view of the Botanical Garden, what a lovely surprise! The location is great too, just about a 15-minute walk to the central area. The only thing to note is that the hotel is a bit uphill, so if you have heavy luggage, it’s better to take a taxi. Overall, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
