GGuest UserThis stay was absolutely perfect! As soon as I walked in, the lobby was clean and grand. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, and responded quickly to any requests. The guest room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were high quality. The soundproofing was also excellent, so I wasn't disturbed at all. The cleaning auntie was very thorough and even offered drinking water proactively – the attention to detail was evident. The surrounding environment is quiet and comfortable, and the facilities are complete, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay!

The buffet breakfast offered a great variety, combining both Chinese and Western options. The 'jianbing guozi' (savory crepes) were made fresh and delicious, and the cakes were also very tasty.

The housekeeping auntie did a meticulous job with cleaning, making for a really pleasant stay. Plus, they have a laundry room and a gym, which is a great bonus.

GGuest UserEnjoyed our two night stay.The hotel staff is beyond amazing. Very kind and welcoming. Check in was smooth and fast , the staff is very kind,fast and helpful in answering any questions and addressing any issues.
On second day, had an emergency travel to Beijing, Ms Pang Ping and Wang helped organize transport to airport to get subway to Beijing, she kept checking in to see where we had reached on our return back and organized for a car to pick us up since we arrived late at night. She handed us over to the evening staff smoothly to help us with the late night arrival back to the hotel. Mr Wang our driver to the airport spoke English and was helpful in giving us directions to the subway and train station.
The driver, Mr. Chen, very kind man, was already at the airport by the time we arrived to pick us up.
When we got to the hotel, he helped to get a refreshment from the hotel restaurant.
We had an early morning flight and Ms Song Jia and Ms Wang Qian were very kind to give us a wake up call at 4:30am, organize for us a car to the airport and helped me us with our luggage .
The hotel stay overall was comfortable and nice. Slept in the business double room. The rooms are spacious, very clean and are cleaned daily. There’s a self service laundry room at the hotel.
Excellent service and staff.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Excellent facilities and totally worth the stay. Recommended for travelers who want a quiet night stay and also close hotel to the airport 🥰😘

JJuicejuicejuicyWhen I chose to stay in Tianjin, I picked the St. Regis. The Star manager contacted me beforehand to ask about my preferences, whether I was driving, and my check-in time, which was very thoughtful. Even though check-in was at 3 PM, I arrived earlier, and they did their best to arrange an early check-in and upgraded my room.
It was a king room facing the Hai River. The room itself was very spacious, and the bed was large and comfortable. The scent of the toiletries was a lovely herbal fragrance! Any questions I had for the butler were answered promptly, and items were delivered very quickly.
Breakfast was also delicious, a wonderful blend of Western and Chinese cuisines with Tianjin specialties. I especially loved the egg rolls. Plus, they could deliver coffee and tea to my room anytime, which was very convenient!
I just wish there were more convenient and closer parking spots, and it would be even better if the TV had screen mirroring!

GGuest UserAwful, terrible and unbelievable! Extremely disappointed with this hotel!
Originally we booked another hotel in the city centre, but after considering that we only had around 18hours for the stay due to our flight connection, we decided to book a hotel nearby the airport. We booked our room that was with the window facing hallway.
When we entered, we were happy about the room's cleanliness and its new interior, although they only offered the basic amenities that were toothbrush and a hair comb. They were good enough for us as we had our own other toilet amenities like ear buds. They also offered two types of tea bags. After checking-in,
we left the room and went out. Then the nightmare started after our return.
First of all, after using the toilet, the toilet could not be flushed and was blocked. In addition, the air conditioning in the room was not giving cold air but rather only giving heat. We had to call to the reception. We understood that it was late in the night, around 1am mid night, so we expected no one would be able to fix the toilet and though we only had a few hours ie 5hrs to be in the room before checking out, reception asked us to change the room. We informed about the air conditioning as well and what we got told was we had to turn on the air conditioning for which we did. The answer was not helpful.
They changed our room to another room which was just right next door to the original one. The air conditioning situation was the same. (Photos were attached, pls note the temperature in the room) As we mentioned earlier, we had to leave hotel by 630am and we didn't bother to ask any question again. Obviously, we could not sleep due to the heat in the room.
Secondly, we left the room and went down for the pick up. Hotel offered free drop off/pick up service to/from the airport and shared with others. We appreciated that service. However, if knowing our pick up service was shared, shouldn't the hotel check in advance if the vehicle had enough space to accommodate all suitcases?? As if the hotel wanted to provide this thoughtful and heartfelt service.
No one asked when we booked the drop off service. The vehicle on that morning was only shared by another guest with his one suitcase. We could not accommodate our four suitcases including 2big and 2small suitcases. Though the driver insisted his vehicle could fit. It took time to arrange the space on that vehicle neither we would get comfortable by sitting in such limited space. We did not want the other guest to wait. We decided to call our own transport which was fine as the cost was often at a good price in China.
Lastly, knowing our departure from the hotel would cost us to miss the breakfast provided by the hotel, when we checked in, we purposely declined to receive the breakfast vouchers. However, the hotel was nice enough to provide a take away bag with breakfast for us when we checked out. But the most hilarious thing was that they only provide One breakfast and the fact that we should entitled TWO breakfast. Once again, if the hotel wanted to provide such a thoughtful and heartfelt service, they would have done the job better rather than just giving and not doing them properly neither in a much detailed efforts.
All of these led us to write our first lifetime negative comment. We hate to do it but we had to express how terrible it was on our first time visit and stay at this hotel in Tianjin.
PLS NOTE: Our room reached 30 Degrees Celsius and the so called Air Conditioning was ON.

AAnonymous UserStaying at the Four Seasons with our kids was an absolutely fantastic experience! It was hot and tiring, but as soon as we arrived, Vivian Du, the front desk supervisor, immediately offered us refreshing welcome tea. She then guided the elderly and the children to a nearby lounge area to rest. The check-in process was friendly and efficient; she quickly arranged a more spacious, kid-friendly room for us. She even escorted us to the elevator and showed incredible thoughtfulness in her interactions with our children – she got down to their eye level to chat with them, a detail that truly touched me! After we settled in, she proactively sent up children's toiletries and a small tent, which delighted the kids. Every time 'Little Du' (Xiaodu) helped us, it wasn't because we asked; she anticipated our needs and offered assistance proactively. This kind of 'one step ahead' service truly made me understand the meaning of a luxury hotel. Xiaodu is a shining star at the Four Seasons and the most wonderful encounter of our trip to Tianjin.

The room was spacious and elegant, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable. The quality truly lived up to expectations, and the service was wonderfully warm. The environment was serene and peaceful, making my stay feel like a true treat and really enhanced my travel happiness. I want to especially thank the service staff on the eleventh floor. They cleaned my room thoroughly and thoughtfully every day, and even went above and beyond by helping me take my luggage to the elevator when I checked out. Thank you so much for your hard work! 😊

GGuest UserThe environment here is absolutely stunning with a 720-degree panoramic view! The floor-to-ceiling windows all around offer unobstructed cityscapes during the day and a magical atmosphere with countless lights at night. The room is clean and airy, and you can enjoy the view right from your bed. I'll definitely be back for my next trip! The service was excellent too. We arrived early, and they had a vacant room cleaned for us, so we were able to check in at noon. The package also included two tickets to a crosstalk show, which we enjoyed. Super value for money!

My friends and I stayed here for a short trip to Binhai while looking for a cheap but still decent hotel.
At just 11€ per person including breakfast, our expectations were not very high — which made the experience even more surprising.
Location
The location is quite convenient: about a 10-minute drive from Tanggu Station and 15 minutes from Binhai Station. To the famous Binhai Library it takes around 10 minutes by car.
There is also a McDonald’s and several convenience stores nearby.
Check-in & Service
Check-in was smooth. We received all necessary amenities such as a toothbrush, comb and razor. The receptionist was very helpful and made sure our two rooms were on the same floor.
Rooms & Facilities
The rooms were modern, clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom had everything you would expect.
Although smoking is permitted inside the rooms, there was almost no smell at all, which didn’t bother us.
A fun extra: food orders were delivered directly to our room by a small robot.
Breakfast
Breakfast was very Chinese. There was a selection of baozi, vegetables, fruits, and some pre-packaged bread. The variety and ambience match the low price, so don’t expect many choices.
Points to Criticize
There are only two minor downsides:
• During booking, a city view was promised, but we got a small window facing a narrow atrium. This might be because we requested two rooms on the same floor.
• The room temperature felt a bit too warm. When we left the room, the AC also stopped working.
Overall
All in all, we would definitely stay here again. This hotel offers good value for money and is highly recommended for budget travelers or short stays in Binhai.
