This hotel is truly upscale and grand. The room was spacious and bright, offering a lovely city view. Not only were the facilities comprehensive, including a 'Xiao Du' smart assistant for automated functions and a multi-functional toilet, but they also provided amenities like Peh-Chao-Lin toiletries. The pillows and blankets were incredibly soft, light, and comfortable. What truly stood out was their attention to detail and user-friendliness. They provided disposable facial towels, pump-dispenser disinfectant, and a heated towel rail. There were button-operated lights above the bed, and a small nightlight by the bedside that illuminated automatically the moment you stepped out of bed. The mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary yogurt and Jianlibao drinks, and on the desk, there were green tea, black tea, coffee, and snacks. The bottled water was clearly marked with free refills available, which was a thoughtful touch. These small, everyday details really showcased the hotel's meticulous care for its guests, and I was genuinely touched.
The hotel's surroundings are elegant, with many historic buildings nearby. It's very close to the Italian Style Area, Haihe River, and Tianjin Station, making for a charming evening stroll and perfect for taking photos. There are also many local delicacies and snacks in the vicinity. Attractions like Zhang Xueliang's Former Residence are close by, and a short walk in the evening takes you to the Haihe River. The room comfort and the convenience of nearby dining and entertainment were excellent, but I was particularly impressed by the hotel's thoughtful and comprehensive service. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel is situated in the suburbs, but there is a metro station within 500 m from the hotel. It will take you about 1.5 h to get to the city center by metro or about 50 minutes by taxi (DiDi). Neat the metro there is a big shopping center where you can find everything you may potentially need (those desserts from Holiland are amazing!) The breakfast is very tasty and you can definitely find something tasty to eat both from local cuisine as well as some Western-style things. The room was clean and spacious. I enjoyed the stay and had a possibility to relax.

AAnonymous UserOverall, the service was quite good, and they even provided complimentary breakfast for my older child. However, the experience at the pancake station during breakfast was not ideal. Firstly, there was no one manning the station to make pancakes, and it took a while after we asked for someone to finally show up. Then, the chef making the pancakes seemed to assume that each person couldn't have a whole pancake, but rather only a few cut pieces (a pancake is usually cut into 4-8 pieces). When I asked for a whole pancake, the chef asked how many people were eating and suggested taking less if there were fewer people, and to eat other things instead. This was quite strange; when you buy pancakes outside, isn't it usually one whole pancake per person? And whether I eat other things or how many pancakes I eat is my own business, especially since I wasn't taking extra, just waiting for the chef to finish one and then taking it. This was the only part that wasn't a good experience, and I hope it can be improved in the future.

GGuest UserIf you have an early flight this is a good hotel to stay at as it’s only 15 minutes from the airport. The room was clean and the staff very friendly.
My only problem was they had smoking rooms/floors and even though we had a non-smoking room there were some guests who still smoked in the stairwells. This is not the hotel’s fault but should be mentioned in case one cannot stand the smell of smoke.
There is not much for food around the area but for a 5-10 minute taxi ride you can get to an area with more options including some western options if you desire that type.

AAnonymous UserI visited Tianjin with my family during the May Day holiday and chose to stay at The St. Regis Tianjin. While there were a few minor issues with our overall stay, I must commend the incredibly thoughtful service of our butler, Aiden!
Upon arrival, we found our room wasn't ready during check-in. Traveling with family can be hectic, so I was naturally a bit anxious. Thankfully, after contacting Aiden, he promptly came to assist us. He patiently helped us arrange a room change. The communication was seamless, and he handled everything very efficiently, quickly getting us settled and saving us a lot of trouble. However, the new room was a connecting room, and we did notice some minor issues during our stay, like slight noise bleed. This was a small regret during our visit, and I hope the hotel can pay more attention to room assignments in the future.
Putting that minor issue aside, Aiden's service was truly impeccable. He was gentle, responsible, and proactively helped us resolve our check-in challenges, always putting the guests first. He ensured our family trip to Tianjin wasn't dampened by the initial hiccup. His professional and warm butler service was a huge plus! Many thanks to Aiden for his dedicated assistance. I also hope the hotel can optimize relevant check-in details and continue to improve!

This hotel is definitely worth choosing, especially since it's conveniently located not far from the airport and offers free parking. I'll certainly be returning here on my next business trip. AAnonymous UserThis hotel offers fantastic views and a very peaceful atmosphere, which is definitely one of its biggest highlights. There are also lovely walking paths nearby. Overall, the environment is incredibly quiet, and the location is super convenient! It's only about a 20-minute drive to the airport and around 10 minutes to Tianjin Station. Another major plus is their breakfast. If you're a fan of Chinese breakfast, theirs is excellent and very distinctive! That's why I often choose to stay here.

GGuest UserWe had the best experience staying at the Four Seasons in Tianjin. The staff went out of their way to take care of us. Melinde took time to greet guests and remember details about our stay, our check out date, even my love for Jian bing guo zi! She then worked with her team to ensure that those preferences and details were noted across all our interactions with the hotel staff. We appreciated the special care from 小齐, Leo, Elyn and our room attendant Qiu Hua (?). The warm and personable customer experience really sets the Four Seasons apart from the Ritz Carlton.
The decor was modern, tasteful, and the amenities were just right. The rooms were spacious and very clean. This was one of the few hotels we could find in Tianjin which offered a crib for our little one. The one mini gripe I had was that the light switches were a bit confusing but other than that we loved every bit of our stay.
We also enjoyed the breakfast options and especially loved the freshly made wontons and melon and date juice. Staying at the Four Seasons was one of the highlights of our stay in Tianjin and we look forward to being back!

XXiangyuanyiqingCame to Tianjin for the May Day holiday and stayed at the Tangla Hotel Tianjin. My entire stay here was filled with happiness. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the view from the window was beautiful. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always willing to help. You could truly feel their dedication to service. As the holiday comes to an end, I'm sad to leave, and I hope to stay here again next time I visit Tianjin!
