Hampton by Hilton Tianjin Railway Station

Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — every interaction felt warm and genuine. The hotel’s location is perfect, making it super convenient for dining, sightseeing, and shopping. The room was spacious, cozy, and very comfortable a great place to unwind after a long day. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’ll definitely come back again! 💚✨

Nice hotel location and easy to get food..I love the environment

Good service, good location, clean. But Aircon not cool and shampoo did not top up.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. During the booking process, I specifically mentioned that I wanted a clean, hygienic, and non-smoking room. Unfortunately, the experience was quite the opposite. When I first entered the room, there was a very strong smell of cigarettes, and the table had visible coffee stains that hadn’t been cleaned properly. I am particularly sensitive to hygiene, dust, and cigarette smells, so this was very uncomfortable for me. In addition, on the first night, both the television and air conditioning were not functioning properly. They kept restarting automatically and turning on and off repeatedly. I contacted the front desk, and they sent a technician to fix the issue. Although I appreciated the technician’s effort, it was already late at night and I was hoping to rest early. Although I understand that technical issues can occur, I believe the hotel should ensure rooms are properly checked and prepared before guests arrive. This is my first time writing a negative review, but I feel it’s important to share my honest experience. Based on this stay, I will not consider this hotel for future visits.

Hotel is within 5 minutes from Tianjin station. Central location to key malls and Ping An street. Their morning breakfast offers wide varieties and food quality exceeds my expectation. Hampton @Tianjin station is a value for money pick.
