The location is convenient, especially for airport access. However, if you’re traveling with several pieces of luggage, the 15-minute walk from the station to the hotel can be a bit challenging. The hotel has long carpeted corridors, and with self-service luggage handling, getting to your room can feel quite demanding. On the plus side, the airport is very close—taking a taxi costs less than USD 20, making it a quick and easy option. There are also many restaurants at the station, making dining very convenient.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right across from Hakata Station (Chikushi Exit). It's connected to Hankyu Department Store and AMU PLAZA, and there are tons of drugstores, yakiniku restaurants, and ramen shops nearby. What I loved most were the abundance of brunch coffee shops! It's only two stops to Tenjin and two stops to the airport. There's also an airport shuttle bus (310 JPY, cashless payment only) directly across from the hotel. The cleanliness and staff service were absolutely fantastic!

The hotel is located in the city center, about 4km from Fukuoka Airport by taxi, which cost around 2300 yen. The hotel isn't super new, but it's conveniently just one stop away from major shopping areas like Hakata and Tenjin. The only downside was the slightly small bed. Everything else was fine.

Rooms and location are great; swimming pool not being available to children is a bit of a minus. Very negative experience with the staff at the reception: Booked a room for 2 adults + 1 child. Our booking confirmation very explicitly said ”breakfast for 3 persons included” on every single day of the stay; only during the first breakfast we noticed that we had only been given breakfast coupons for two adults per day. In spite of pointing out repeatedly that this must have been a mistake at reception, staff repeatedly kept asking us to sign an extra breakfast fee for our 6-year-old daughter. Even after showing the booking confirmation to the staff at reception, they kept refusing to give the extra coupons for a while; we finally got them after continued complaints. Maybe the reason could have been a miscommunication between the hotel and the booking site (which however is the hotel's responsibility to fix). In any case, if you want to create the impression of being an anti-children hotel, this is exactly the way to go!

Clean, quiet, and tidy. Very close to the subway station. There's a FamilyMart convenience store right outside, as well as another old-school grocery store. The room was cleaned daily (typical of an older 5-star hotel). The air conditioning/heating system worked very well. There was a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk.

I highly recommend the Japanese-style suite I chose. The furnishings, as seen in the photos, included a Yamagiwa floor lamp and a Cassina Cab 412 chair. The Japanese set meal offers excellent value for money, though most guests opted for the outdoor BBQ with a view. Overall, despite its mountain location, it's definitely a worthwhile choice for a relaxing getaway. Getting a taxi up and down the mountain is also very convenient, with a ride to Ohori Park or the Tenjin commercial district costing only between 1000-2000 yen.

Staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast is good, but the hotel is looking a bit tired (compared to 10 years ago when we stayed previously). Lighting in rooms is poor and the beds are simply old and worn out. Shuttle bus into Hakata is useful but the schedule is pretty limited and whilst the railway across the road is an alternative, there probably are better options closer to town.

A perfect hotel with unexpectedly excellent service! From the lobby manager to the bar manager, everyone was always there when you needed them. The food was carefully prepared, and the non-slip flooring in the guest bathroom was impeccable. The marble on the walls looked like a painting, very tasteful. If I had to find a flaw, it would be that the hairdryer is a bit big and heavy, and the body lotion the hotel uses is too fragrant. Other than that, it's definitely the top choice hotel for value for money!

This is a perfect getaway hotel resort, highly recommended for couples only. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I would only recommend staying here if you’re driving as I find it more convenient to get to other dining places which are mostly nearer to the city area. The resort provides free parking onsite. This is a spectacular stay. It’s quiet and feels almost like we’re staying alone in the whole resort, it might be due to the low-peak winter season when I visit. The sea view is gorgeous! The room comes with a jacuzzi tub with ambient lights perfect for a couple’s pleasant night vibe. The staff allows us to bring the drinks up to our room, so it’s perfect with the jacuzzi. The room is also spacious, accompanied by a balcony facing the seas. Amenities provided were top-notched, with Bvlgari body soaps, shampoo and lotion, along with Reva Hairdryer. The resort seems like a very beautiful wedding venue by the seas, so it feels pretty romantic and relaxing. I would definitely return.

I've stayed here dozens of times over the years. The location, accessibility, and value for money are the main reasons I keep coming back. While the standard rooms are indeed quite small, typical of Japan, and the hotel is a bit older, it's generally well-maintained. Overall, it's a good choice!

The location of the b hotel is very good, just 20 minutes taking bus from the airport, there is a big shopping centre and supermarket inside near to the hotel and close to the hakata station. I walked to Canal city just 20 minutes and it is so convenient. There are so many Japanese style restaurants in the canal city and I finally chose a hot pot to have the dinner there. I fully enjoy the stay in the hotel and will definitely choose to stay next time.

I had a pleasant stay at Nishitetsu Croom Hakata. The location is a major highlight—just a short walk from Hakata Station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. I liked the concept of selecting amenities yourself from the lobby, which feels efficient and eco-friendly. However, there were no complimentary water bottles provided in the room, and I noticed that shower caps were not available at the pick-up point either. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well-located—ideal for travelers who prioritize convenience.

Room is quite small, but functional, just need to strategize a bit, can’t leave multiple luggages concurrent opened. 28” luggage may have problem opening. Has bath tub. 8 minutes’ walk to Hakata Station & Dacomeca, 5 minutes’ walk to Full Full Hakata & Canal City, 8 minutes’ walk to Kushida Shrine, 3 minutes’ walk to Menya Ishii, 10 minutes’ walk to Yanagibashi Rengo Market where Shokudo Mitsu is. Sumiyoshi shrine & Rakusuien (a mini Japanese garden) is right behind (this is view from room). Public bath is gender split but small, works but quite a few mothers bring their primary school going boys into the same female bath. Has gender specific washing machines too. Free coffee & tea in the lobby from 2-9pm. Price point was decent. I upgraded to main building room because it was slightly bigger. Full house during my stay but never felt packed.

Pros: The rooms were very clean and spacious, with well-controlled temperature. The public bath on the tenth floor was warm and clean, and the outdoor bath was also very comfortable. The staff were polite and offered complimentary drinks. The breakfast was excellent, with very fresh and delicious sashimi! Cons: We went to the nearby shopping mall recommended by the hotel at 9:15 pm to have dinner, but due to the New Year, none of the shops were open. The food court, which was supposed to have a last order at 9:30 pm, was also closed, and even the vending machines were not operating. We returned to the hotel and searched several floors but couldn't find any snacks (such as instant noodles or chocolates). The hotel's vending machines only had drinks, and we couldn't find a way to order takeout in our room (the Japanese instructions were incomprehensible). We ended up going hungry all night. I suggest the hotel provide food options in the evenings on special occasions. Other: The hotel is suitable for drivers and offers free parking.

Summary: don't stay here. You've been warned. I've been to many capsule hotels in Japan. None were as horribly bad and overpriced as this one. Good: close to the station and the staff do what they can within their (very confined) perceived limits Bad: no sound insulation so you get to enjoy ambient sounds like traffic, trains and other patrons scuffling about during nighttime. The mattress is moldy, dirty and super thin so it doesn't feel comfortable unless you're used to sleeping on a moldy floor. The layout makes absolutely no sense at all. They tried cramming in as many capsules as possible in one small area and called it a day. 2 toilet stalls for 62 capsules? Laughable. The bath area is minuscule so you're queueing just to get a cramped dip. Lockers are minuscule and the luggage area is right next to the reception so you have to cross public area just to get some stuff out of your luggage. No space to unpack in peace either. I'd rather have them drop the breakfast and bathing area in favour of fixing the one thing they're supposed to deliver: a good night's sleep. Consider this place a last resort, not a proper stay.

Hip hotel, hip food, room, balcony, all-inclusive food~ And a hotel with a 2:00 PM check-out time ♥️❤️🩷 Stayed here twice. Young, casual, yet professional staff! The second time, there were no rooms at this hotel, so I stayed at the Tenjin One Building One Fukuoka Hotel for two nights (same chain hotel). Here we go~~ For me, except for the pillow, this place was better than the new One Hotel!! Exit Hakata Station's east exit and take the main road on the right. A leisurely 10-minute walk, a brisk 5-minute walk. This is it!!

Location Located at the subway station Hakozaki Kudaimae Station, exit 3 or 4, one of the exits have an elevator, along the road are stone road, towing is more difficult, about 15 minutes away, via Leshi Street and 7-Eleven, eat and play, very convenient. If you don't take the MTR, you can actually take the bus, but not so frequently. Please pay attention to the West Rail bus timetable. Hotel facilities include a swimming pool with a spa, a 3rd floor lounge with a microwave, induction cooker, toaster, food vending machine, soda vending machine, ice cube machine, drinking water machine.....there is also a suction area. The room is quite large two 30 inch suitcases can be opened, a set of towels per person, can be exchanged with the front desk, if you have to clean the room 3000Yen once. There are planes passing by every day, but fortunately the noise is not loud and the planes are not frequent. Maybe because of the decoration, plus the lights are relatively quiet, I have the illusion that the room is not clean enough.

Conveniently located in the Tenjin area and right next to the Tenjin stop (on the airport line) and also the underground street mall. there is a good line up for breakfast, though it only starts at 7am, which is difficult for those who are catching a 10am flight. A really busy hotel, which speaks of how good the location and service is, and perhaps the staff look over work. I made my way to the reception to get them to deliver a luggage rack up, which the reception promised she would do so personally this moment. But after 40mins still no sign and I needed to go to bed, so I made my way down and asked a 2nd time.

Great location, very convenient for getting around. However, the soundproofing in the rooms isn't ideal. There are too many Koreans in Fukuoka these days! Hotels in Fukuoka are generally quite expensive, so I spent a long time searching before finding this one that was both affordable and conveniently located! It's just a 260-meter walk from Watanabe-dori Station, which is super convenient! The room was also very spacious, with plenty of room to open up two large suitcases. This is also one of the few hotels that provides bottled mineral water; many others only offer tap water for drinking. Plus, the hotel lobby offers 24-hour free hot water and coffee☕, which is a really nice touch. Oh, and their exfoliating towels are excellent – very thick and good quality, super effective!😜ོ

Excellent hotel, a must-stay when visiting Japan. It's usually quite pricey, but good value during the off-peak season! The service is also very thoughtful; they offer luggage delivery to the airport, which is super convenient.
