There are many places suitable for shopping and many delicious foods nearby. For this reason, I am willing to stay here again next time. Let me talk about two very bad experiences. First, I showed my gold card membership and expressed that the flight was after 6 pm and hoped to check out at 2 pm. The front desk said that the room was very tight and could only be extended to 1 pm at most. However, I checked on the same day and still booked a room of the same room type. Is this what the front desk said about the tight room? ? Second, since it can't be extended to 2 pm, I checked out before 12 pm. When I checked my luggage, I clearly asked to store it in the lobby on the 18th floor instead of the 1st floor. I also explained that I would need to open the suitcase on the 18th floor to take the luggage and change clothes when I came back, so the staff also noted on the luggage storage card that it was stored on the 18th floor. As a result, when I came back to pick up the luggage, the luggage was still sent to the 1st floor. This kind of service is unimaginable. Is it Ritz? The whole process of checking out and picking up luggage was speechless! Is this the service of the best hotel in Fukuoka? ? By the way, the swimming pool of this hotel is charged, more than 3,000 yen for adults and more than 1,000 yen for children for two hours. Anyway, our children think that this kind of normal room and swimming pool facilities are not very common in China?

The hotel's Teppanyaki restaurant is also very good. The portions are sufficient and the environment is very good. It's great. I will definitely choose it again next time.
