HOTEL JAPANESQUE FUKUOKA

Book this hotel at your own risk! The bad review is true! This hotel is very terrible. Staffs are not trained well. They assigned me at wrong room which is very old, outdated, with many broken furnitures. The pictures are from my previous assigned room (221). I think it’s meant to be a staff room. I asked them why I was assigned that room instead of the room that I booked which state level 3-4, they said it was fully booked by the guests who arrived earlier (what a non sense!). I asked them to at least clean the room, and finally they search for the right room and moved me there. You won’t want to pay this kind of room for more than ¥10,000; even if they have moved me to the right room, the floor is unclean. You will feel dirt/sandy floor. Please wear slippers. Also, the noise from outside can be heard and the wifi isn’t accessible inside the room. I think this hotel is still under renovation or the owner just doesn’t bother to do a proper inspection. Staffs are also not trained well. The worse experience I had so far in Japan. 😩

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in Japan. I booked a room with a bed, but was given a Japanese-style room with mattresses on the floor because they said the hotel was overbooked. I was not informed in advance and couldn’t sleep properly. I left very early the next morning. Very disappointing.

Gym doesn't work or saunas and the restaurant is not actually open.

It was a good spot for a good price! I was stoked that they actually had some free weights in their hotel gym.

- Room is large and beds are as it is described. Bathroom is large as well and pleasant - No real service. Need to pay for making the room, I asked to renew empty box of tissues and even cannot understand the request - Was misleading by the parking facilities. Was expecting parking from hotel and free. Was private parking and expensive - Very small swimming pool. Only for young kids - Location has some restaurants and convenient store around - Overall, expensive for what it is. Fortunately, the room was good.

It is a bit far but it was very comfortable. We stayed with my friend during our trip to Fukuoka. There are a lot of shopping malls near the hotel which was fun

Lovely hotel with friendly Staff and great amenities
