The staff were incredibly polite and friendly, making my stay very enjoyable. The only downside was that the nearby outlet mall was under renovation, so there was nowhere to shop. The room was spacious and well-stocked with toiletries. Even though I missed out on the complimentary drinks due to being out, the hotel thoughtfully provided a bottle of sparkling wine in the room. The service was truly exceptional!

Good: Nice and spacious room, free parking good for us to drive around, powerful shower head which served strong stream and stable temperature for nice shower, big beds, convenient shops, food and big AEON store nearby with driving distance 5 mins, nice night lounge with free flow crafted beer, popcorn, and bbq marshmallow, my daughter requested to go every night But if you’re not coming with a car, it’s sorta inconvenient

Very spacious room, nice lounge with free drinks in the afternoon and evening, lots of different alcohol to try out. There are small snacks in the evening and self made udon at 22:00. Free parking and paid onsen nearby. The staffs are all super nice and helpful, we feel very comfortable staying there. The location is deserted but free shuttle buses are available.

This has to be the best hotel in Fukuoka ! The room is super spacious and beautiful. Love their in room breakfast. The view was breathtaking. They do provide lounge are as complimentary every night from 8p.m-11p.m too and it's free flow alcohol and snacks. The front desk are helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we visit Fukuoka.

Spent five nights at Fukuoka Marinoa Resort during a road trip, and it was perfect. Easy access by car, plenty of parking, and a peaceful waterfront location. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was welcoming, and the shopping and attractions were close by. Highly recommend for travelers looking for comfort and convenience on the road.

The staff are very friendly and kind. The room is spacious and the view facing the ocean is amazing. The only downside now is that the connecting outlets have been demolished. It’s almost in the middle of nowhere. But I would still choose it due to the spacious and room and hospitality. Just make sure to come here by car.
