Had a wonderful stay in Fukuoka! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was well-maintained and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, it offered great value for money and made my trip even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fukuoka.

Deeply Disappointing Stay – Drainage Odor and Poor Management We booked a deluxe room for 4 nights, part of a group of 8 people (16 nights total). On May 20 around 12:30–1:00am, the drainage system failed and the bathroom emitted an unbearable odor that was suffocating. This disrupted our rest, made us feel unwell, and forced us to repack and move rooms in pajamas at midnight. The most disappointing aspect was not the defect itself, but the hotel’s response. No manager or senior staff came forward to apologize in person. The management insisted that changing the room was a “proper solution” and refused to refund the affected night or offer any goodwill gesture. Their reply showed no sincerity and denied responsibility, ignoring the impact on guests’ health, feelings, and overall experience. Our entire group observed this dismissive attitude. For a long-stay deluxe booking, this lack of accountability is unacceptable. I strongly advise travelers NOT to choose this hotel unless you are prepared to risk experiencing suffocating drainage odor and poor management response.

Hotel room is relatively spacious and just 2 mins walk to Watanabedori Station. Convenience stores nearby and can easily navigate to the shopping areas like canal city hakata and Tenjin. We enjoyed the free public bath/ onsen available at the hotel!

The hotel is conveniently located near the Tenjin area. You can easily reach it by taking a bus from Hakata Station towards Tenjin and getting off at Watanabe-dori 2-chome; the hotel is right across the street. Buses heading to Hakata Station stop just a 2-minute walk to the left of the hotel. Major department stores like Daimaru, Mitsukoshi, and Iwataya in the Tenjin shopping district are also easily accessible, about a 700-800 meter walk away, which is very convenient. The hotel lobby is on the 3rd floor and is very grand. The room size is decent, equipped with a wardrobe, a small round table, and a side cabinet. There's enough space to lay out one medium and one small suitcase comfortably. Complimentary welcome coffee and drinks are available in the 3rd-floor lobby.

The room was spacious, but I really disliked the empty, dark, and oppressive decor. While there was plenty of space, all the furniture, including the flooring, felt very basic. There was a lot of room on either side of the bed, yet no bedside tables were provided, making it seem like the furniture wasn't placed to complement the space. The same issue applied to the hot spring changing room, where the lockers were crammed into one corner, making it feel very cramped. Breakfast seemingly had a good variety, but all the dishes were nearly empty. I'm not sure if I arrived at the wrong time, but there was still an hour left until closing.
