Nishitetsu Hotel Croom Hakata

The bed is the hard kind, buckwheat pillow. The female onsen very relaxing, 1 indoor pool with 2 jacuzzi jet, 1 outdoor pool, 1 cool pool and 1 infared sauna. Inside onsen have a water dispenser and also vending machine. Washing machine is 300 yen per use, and dryer at 100 yen per 30mins. There’s a small fridge in room, but tv channel quite limited. The window can be open but to a small extend. Can’t really hear any noise from the neighbours. So I assume the sound insulation is quite good. The lobby also have plenty of seating space and the full range of amenities provided. Overall 👍🏻

A bit hard to get to from station. Room just nice for one person, was quiet and comfortable for one night stay. Modern, western style shower room.

Location is excellent, just opposite Hakata bus terminal and a few minutes away from train station. Staff are also very helpful in providing information and helping to book services. However, hotel is old and cleanliness can be more thorough. Compared to other newer hotels that provide more amenities like free drinks machine, this is average. Also, don’t book semi or small room, normal room would be more comfortable.

Great location near Hakata Station. The place is clean and comfortable, with a public onsen available. There’s also a Lawson convenience store conveniently located in the basement.

Good onsen even many people at night, staff are very friendly and helpful! Has foot & back massage machines in the room which are very nice!
