How to Buy Chengdu Metro Tickets?
Ticket Machines
The easiest way to buy a metro ticket is from the ticket machines at all stations. Simply select your destination on the screen, choose your ticket, and pay in cash or by card. The machines have an English-language option for convenience.
Ticket Counters
You can also purchase tickets from the ticket counters available at each station. The staff can help you choose the correct ticket, especially if you're unfamiliar with the metro lines.
Mobile Payment

1. Security Check

3. Find Your Platform

4. Board the Train
Wait for passengers to exit before boarding. When the train arrives, make sure you're in the right spot for the doors to open.
5. Exiting the Station
Once you reach your destination, follow the signs to the exit gates. The gate will collect the ticket or card, so make sure you have it ready for the exit, or scan the QR code if you used mobile payment.
