"Beautiful setting. Views are incredible. Very hilly so not suitable for people with walking issues. The staff are lovely people and very helpful. The hotel itself is a bit run down and the beach has a lot of seaweed which makes it hard to enjoy a swim. If this was cleaned at low tide it would be much more pleasant. The resort may be understaffed as the pool bar doesn’t look like it has been used for many years. Overall a beautiful location and good for the price. We had a lovely stay but don’t expect luxury for this price."

So, you don’t need to worry about if you wanna enjoy nightlife in Phi Phi. You cannot expect a great international breakfast if there are not many visitors. Finally, odd smell come out from the drainage system in the bathroom. Don’t forget to off the holes and the door."

"Myself and 3 friends booked to stay here whilst travelling Thailand. Upon arrival we noticed that our room looked nothing like the pictures shown on the app for a standard room. Evidently, these pictures were actually of a superior room therefore deceiving us as we thought we’d booked the room displayed on the picture. After asking to move room only 2 out of 4 of us were able to move leading to mass disappointment. Secondly, the rooms feel very outdated and could do with some modernisation E.G plywood ceilings and scratched mirrors. Finally, the last thing I would warn people is this location requires you to get a long boat to the centre of phi phi and at night the longboats can be very sketchy as one night our driver nearly totalled an individual kayaking. However on a positive note the hotel is in a beautiful location right next to the beach."

Two wonderful masseuses in whose hands you can happily and confidently surrender and enjoy a massage right next to the sea. Words cannot describe the beauty of the accommodation and surroundings. "Coco Bella Hotel is centrally located in Phi Phi, which is definitely its strongest feature. It’s within easy walking distance of restaurants, massage spas, bars, and many of the island’s popular tourist attractions. Very convenient if you want to be in the middle of the action. I’m a fairly extensive international traveler and appreciate luxury when my budget allows, but I also understand that some hotels are simply meant to serve a functional purpose. This property falls into that category. The room wasn’t sparkling clean, but it was adequate for a short stay. The bed itself was comfortable, though the pillows could use improvement. The room was a decent size, but not particularly aesthetically appealing. Amenities were basic: Shower gel, pool/beach towels, bath towels and a washcloth were provided. There may have been some plumbing issues, as a mild sewage odor was occasionally noticeable, which was unpleasant but not overpowering. There is no elevator, however the staff was helpful with luggage, and the flights of stairs are short and manageable. Overall, Coco Bella Hotel works if you’re prioritizing location and practicality over comfort or luxury. It’s suitable for travelers who plan to spend most of their time out exploring Phi Phi and just need a place to sleep at the end of the day."
