I had emailed the hotel beforehand to confirm if an extra bed could be added, knowing it was a room for 4 with the possibility of an additional bed for a child under 12. The hotel refused to provide an extra bed without an additional charge, even though this was not what had been agreed upon initially. We wanted a refund and to cancel our reservation after two days, but this was also denied. We ultimately decided to leave and lose over 500 euros rather than ruin our vacation in Koh Phi Phi. The hotel looks nice in photos but is far from as pleasant in reality: gloomy hallways and rooms, questionable sheets… I absolutely do not recommend this establishment, especially for families.
