The Goldient Boutique Hotel is a fantastic choice for accommodation. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's design is modern and stylish, creating a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the Goldient Boutique Hotel.

The location is excellent. The staff are friendly. The cons is its small size of toilet. There is not much room to turn around once inside and it’ll be a disaster for overweight guests. Its design of two sliding doors closing at the diagonal point is not admirable and the sliding doors hardly close! The worst part? The bathroom light beams thru the glass door (though designed blurred) separating it and the bedroom!! Maybe good for one person but definitely no no for 2 to share! Hesitate to come back.

The hotel staff will carry your suitcase to your room. They also provide explanations on how to use the room facilities. I was assigned to the 3rd floor, and the room and bathroom had large windows and doors. You can see a panoramic view and the feeling of openness is the best. Highly recommended for those who like big windows! I can hear the gusts of wind and the sound of roosters crowing at dawn. (Please note this if you are sensitive to sound) Since it's newly built, it's clean and especially has a view of the restaurant where you eat breakfast. It's the best!!! Open on three sides! The rice noodles were also very delicious. Especially the chicken! Fruits such as mango and dragon fruit are also fresh. It would be great if you want to relax while eating breakfast ^^

The hotel is located near the center, with a strong French character from the architecture of the villas, paint colors, music, interior and exterior layout... in short, the space has a French breath. The room is spacious, new, clean, luxurious, the bathtub window has a very beautiful flower garden view. Breakfast is just enough, especially many delicious cakes. Polite and friendly staff. Feeling relaxed and comfortable when staying here. Definitely my first choice when staying in Da Lat.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT FOR THEIR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE OF TEAM MEMBERS!!! Our family arrived on Feb 2, 2023 at 14h35 for check in and no room available!!! They asked us to WAIT (for 2 more hours) !!! And the worse thing is the attitude of the receptionists. We made 2 bookings for our family: • 1 booking they made wrong assigment: twin beds instead of double bed. Firstly they said it's our mistake and didnot listen to us at all. Only when we raised our voice and showed them our confirmation that they told us to WAIT 2 MORE HOURS FOR ROOM SET UP (It means we needed to wait until 4PM meanwhile the standard check in time is 2pm and its their mistake and even after we told that we're so tired after 7 hours driving here). • The another room we had requested the villa number when booking, and ordered joining twin beds. No room's ready at 2:40. No sorry but ”Wait”! We show our disappoinment of course. Then around 3.30PM they had room for us BUT IT'S WRONG ASSIGNMENT AGAIN! (We booked joining twin beds and they gave us only one 1.6m double bed! How can our Family of 4 sleep on that bed??) I said I want to talk with Manager( FOM or GM) as the Guest service Sup couldn't handle our case properly. We gave him our my phone numbers and he promised that his higher manager will be reported and talk with us. And up to now when i write this review (22:30), no one even care to keep their promise!! In the afternoon, they sent 1 plate of fruits to our room without saying any words or leaving any note (?). I did ask the receptionist, Mr Vinh said (with bad attitude): the hotel would like to offer us. I said ”I dont need it”. And he responded to me : ”if you dont want it, you just put it out of your room”. What kind of hospitality it is? THERE IS NO TRUE APOLOGY FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, Or it made me even feel THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT in this resort. No guest service attitude at all !!! In addition, the room got a lot of troubles : bathroom door cannot be closed properly (villa L3...), bathroom water is very weak and hot water comes suddenly; staff promised to order tuk tuk for her but it took more than 20 minues for that until I called again for that... Overall, we would NEVER COME BACK and highly recommend anyone who wants to come to re-consider!!! Hotel is centrally located, close to everything you need, including the night market. The hotel itself is clean and and beds are comfortable. The buffet has a variety of Vietnamese and continental food, fruits, and drinks - all very delicious. The staff are very polite and helpful. Tuyen, the reception supervisor was exceptionally helpful when i made a mistake with booking my flight and she was able to sort it out for me last minute, going above and beyond.

What makes me feel bad on this trip to DL is definitely the service experience at New Century Hotel. It looks luxurious from the outside, but the service inside, let me note the details: 1- Checkin is 50% earlier than time, checkout 2 hours late, 50% more, not to mention the staff also told us to leave right 12 o'clock can't be out late, even though I told the car to be late, please check out late and charge. 2- Our car is only rented in the morning and left in the basement, because of late checkout without returning the car at 12 o'clock, the car rental is also charged for 1 more day, for the reason that the late return is over 12 o'clock. 3- Laundry service 70k / kg, return items for customers who are lacking. 4- SPECIAL: The day we came here, the dusty room was always dusty, we put a cleaning board and reported the reception, but when we came back unexpectedly, the housekeeping board was flipped to do not disturb mode and there was still room in the room. original i si. Was annoyed in the day, the next day, the room was cleaned through the speakers, did not sweep the floor and dust exactly the same, the cups I used did not bother to wash or change. This was our first time in Dalat, and luckily found this lovely boutique hotel. The mix of French and Oriental vibes gives it a unique, Instagram-worthy charm, great for check-in lovers. Polite and friendly staffs. Hotel amenities are modern and spotlessly clean. We got a room on the 2nd floor, and it was just so roomy! You might hear a bit of city buzz at night if you're a light sleeper. That's not a big deal as you are right in the city center. Hotel breakfast is buffet affair with good taste, but the variety of choices might leave you wanting a bit more.

At the end of the 10th, my family and I chose a hotel to stay. The room is quite clean, the view is good, airy. Super friendly and enthusiastic staff. However, there is 1d minus is that the price is high but there is no breakfast buffet. If there is more breakfast, it will be very complete. Will come back if I have a chance.

3rd time coming to Bl on the occasion of 30/4 holiday was too surprised when entering this Vista hotel. Everything was too surprised when there were many guests, you guys ran out to cover the umbrellas, the procedure was not as long as I thought, got a large fruit plate and free cf. Can't be unable to check in the view and have a good breakfast. The most impressive is the beautiful staff they care very much about me. Give 5 stars.
