3-Star Hotels in Melaka, Malaysia

• Lobby , elevator - No smell ( Good ) • Location - Short walking distance from attraction places ( Happy with this ) • Room is spacious and get enough sunlight. ( Good ) • Air-con - I think it is new. Worked well. ( Good ) • Cleanliness - They need a deep cleaning. Lots of dust. Saw a cockroach.The toilet bowl also needs deep cleaning.The chair. 🥹 • Bad sound proof - Could not sleep well because I could hear whenever other rooms use the toilets and noises from the tapwater and air-con compressor. (Not sure whether it is really AC compressor but really loud.) It is okay not to provide very good amenities but the cleanliness really needs improvemet.

The location is very good, and the quality of the bed and pillows is comfortable. The air conditioning is strong, and the water pressure in the shower is excellent. However, there are very limited parking spaces, and the hotel is located at a dead-end road, which makes driving in and out inconvenient.Breakfast was quite average. I asked the staff to cook the eggs more thoroughly, but it took a long time and was not done properly.

Cleanliness room need to improve further which i believe the hotel have done on new painting for all units/areas. Guests lift available 1x unit..with small capacity...and beware on your vehicles parking which a lot bird spread eapecially on your roof car😁..its like black magic drawer

Others is ok. The room is big and surrounding was clean. But the towel had some uncomfortable smell. The breakfast was served with limited variety, not worth it to include bfast with the booking.

The front desk service was excellent; they even reminded us about the police issuing parking tickets and to remember to pay for parking. The room was cleaner than expected, and all the restaurants were conveniently within walking distance. Plus, we got a massage discount for staying there! 🤩🤩 I'd definitely stay here again!!

Arrived evening amd check inn was smooth. The room was great and cleanliness acceptable. Just parking had to find ourself. All was good and will return back in future.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location was convenient, and the facilities were great, making my stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Lain ok cuma katil x ok. Sewa bilik deluxe double room, patut dpt katil queen tapi dia bgi katil single yg dirapatkan. Mengecewakan. Kalau kita sewa twin room nk katil queen confirm kena bayar harga lain. Tapi kalau mcm ni blh pulak. Xde pulak potong harga.

The room was well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's within easy walking distance of major attractions like the Red Church, Dutch Square, and Jonker Street. It offers excellent value for money and was also quite quiet.

Comfortable and clean, with good hygiene. The location is great, very close to Jonker Walk, and it has its own parking space. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. All basic amenities are available.
