AAnonymous UserHope u guys can improve dari segi kebersihan sebab lantai tandas dan lantai bilik rasa melekit macam sabun cuci lantai tak bilas habis. As suggestion why not u guys put some basic cuttleries macam mangkuk pinggan sudu garfu ke. Yang lain okay selesa harga pun berpatutan, parking pun senang cuma mahal lah flat rate Rm15. Cuma make sure u guys double check regarding facities ya so that ur customers boleh guna kemudahan hotel and tak kena sound dengan staff hotel lagi. Tq

GGuest UserLocation is good, lots of eateries with two Chinese coffee shops open morning for breakfast till lunch, from 7am -2pm. It’s only about 10 mins walk to the famous Jonkers Street. The room is spacious and clean but, there was a stench, likely from the carpet. I have stayed here for a few times, like the convenience.

The room itself was clean and tidy, with all the basic facilities needed for a short stay. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient during check-in. ZZhouyoulieguodeshaguaIt feels a bit like a hostel, but the hygiene is good, and you have to take off your shoes when you enter. There's a very cute and friendly cat. On the first night, there was no hot water, but it was resolved after I reported it. The concept of Swallow's Nest is environmental protection and energy saving, so sometimes it feels inconvenient, but on second thought, it's not bad. The room is quite small, and the bathroom design is extremely compact. Since they don't provide breakfast, the hotel offers free instant noodles and coffee packets. The lobby on the first floor feels like a living room at home. It's very comfortable to sit and chat with a cup of Milo before bed.

AAlfredo KExceed my expectations!. This was my first stay here and overall a very good experience. The location is great close to top attractions and easily walkable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making for a restful night. The room ensuite with bathroom that comes with new WC and completes with high pressure rain shower, hot & cold water, shampoo and body washer. The AC in the room is good and a wall fan to circulate the cold air in the room. The hotel is clean and very close to Red Square. The locker is provided with towel, slippers, toothbrush and a bottle of drinking water. The front desk staff were friendly & informative. The hotel is cozy, new and well-maintained with a lift and a clean pool. Even with a 3 star hotel, it feels like a 4 star hotel. The self service simple breakfast offering mini croissant, white bread, jam, butter, local made ”kaya”, cereals & cornflakes with milk, fruits such as orange & papaya and hard boiled egg. Breakfast starts at 8 AM to end at 10AM. Coffee & Tea served with milk creamer & sugar. The common area has a lot of seating to chill and the public areas invite socialization with other guests. The Coffee & Tea served whole day at the common area with Coway filtered water machine that comes with Hot & Cold Water. The hair dryer, an iron and iron board are provided at the common area. The most greatest plus point of this place is its location, you can walk to Jonker Street, Dataran Pahlawan & Mahkota Parada Mall and A Formosa within 5 to 10 mins. The service was impeccable, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The central location made exploring the city convenient. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Malacca and for sure I will come back again.

Hhahahahahahaa great budget hotel find for anyone looking for a comfortable stay without breaking the bank. the room was really cozy. got upgraded for a bigger room for f.o.c and it came fully equipped with a tv, iron and kettle nor mineral water. as a muslim travelers, they also provide a clear qibla direction sticker. the aircond was superb too, really cold and perfect for a good night's sleep. the bathroom was the best part, it was clean and the water pressure was really strong which makes showering so refreshing plus most importantly, it has a bidet hose, which is a huge plus. the elevators are okay so no long waits. the staff are very friendly and welcoming also theres plenty of parking space, not to worry about finding a spot for parking. hotel location very strategic & located in the middle a city & convenience store for restaurants, i have to walk a little bit, but it’s a manageable distance. one minor downside, the room soundproofing isnt the best, i can occasionally hear noise from the hallway or outside the room. if youre a light sleeper, you might want to take note of that. overall i highly recommended for those who want comfort on a budget

GGuest UserI tried to reach out the night before check-in regarding the check-in details but received no reply. On the day of check-in, my calls went unanswered. I had to contact Ctrip for help, and it took about half an hour to finally get the check-in instructions. The living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom were all very clean and modern. However, the bath towels were very old and had an unpleasant odor; as you can see in the picture, the 'white' towels were actually a yellowish-brown. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and leisure facilities nearby. Be warned, though: as the apartment is right by a main road, there was a lot of noise from late-night street racers. This is a heads-up for light sleepers.
