The Pan Pacific Hotel in Tianjin boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation, standing tall as a landmark visible from afar. It's very close to the Tianjin Eye, and our room offered a spectacular, expansive view of it.
Upon entering the lobby, Serena Qiu greeted us with a warm smile and enthusiastic service, guiding us to the front desk. There, the charming Hanah Zhao attentively listened to our preferences and professionally helped us select a room. The room itself was unexpectedly satisfying, exceeding all our expectations.
Lululiu then graciously assisted us with our luggage and escorted us to our room. This 'super five-star' service made us feel incredibly welcomed and warm, instantly melting away the day's fatigue.
In a highly competitive hotel industry, the staff's ability to maintain such genuine enthusiasm for serving guests is truly commendable. It clearly reflects a strong, service-oriented culture championed by the leadership, ensuring such thoughtful and professional service.
Even during check-out, when the concierge was busy, the Front Office Manager personally stepped in to assist us with our luggage.
Encountering such warm and welcoming service from the very first day of our trip was a true delight. We are deeply grateful to all the hotel staff for their hard work, which contributed to making our journey so pleasant and memorable.
Thumbs up for the exceptional service of this super five-star hotel! If you're visiting Tianjin, the Pan Pacific Hotel is definitely the place to stay! 👍🏻
Although I checked in again more than half a year later, Zora at the front desk recognized me immediately and thoughtfully helped me and my daughter arrange adjacent rooms. The bellman was polite and professional. Breakfast is served at the Renaissance Hotel next door, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western options. My daughter used the gym and the butler service was prompt and considerate. The quality of Marriott cannot be said enough!

While reviews are helpful, sometimes you really need to see things for yourself. The photos online didn't particularly impress me, but the actual room was much better than what the pictures conveyed, which was a pleasant surprise. It was quite spacious, and we didn't even need to turn on the air conditioning to sleep during the hottest part of summer (it helped that it rained a bit). It's conveniently located close to both the subway and shopping malls. Breakfast could be improved; it doesn't quite measure up to what you'd find at a 5-star hotel in Nanjing. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I was genuinely pleased.

Facilities: The elevators are incredibly fast, and the rooms are well-equipped with excellent soundproofing.
Cleanliness: The room was spotlessly clean, not a speck of dust anywhere, and even had a subtle, pleasant fragrance.
Environment: The location is superb, making it extremely convenient for visiting Wudadao or Binjiangdao – perfect for a city walk. From the room, you can enjoy views of Tianjin Station and the city's light show.
Service: Check-in was quick and efficient. All the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and professional.
I initially only booked for one night, but because the experience was so good, and I happened to have some free time the next day, I decided to extend my stay for another night. This is a highly satisfying hotel! I highly recommend it!

The location is great, just a stone's throw from Xikai Church, with several shopping malls nearby. It's really convenient for dining and getting around. I appreciated being able to extend check-out until 2 PM; otherwise, with the typhoon causing massive flight delays, being stuck at the airport would have been quite painful.
Now for the downsides. The hotel is advertised as a 6-star hotel by some organization and meets domestic 5-star standards in terms of room decor, but there are many flaws in the details.
1. The toilet space in the suite is only big enough for a single suitcase, yet the walk-in closet is disproportionately large in comparison.
2. For a 5-star hotel, there's not even a set-top box. They use an analog cable TV system with incredibly poor picture quality, let alone premium channels like HBO.
3. The front desk staff lacked smiles throughout the check-in process. We had three people staying and an extra bed was added, but they didn't even think to provide an extra set of slippers, toothbrushes, or towels.
4. I used my Ctrip membership to redeem a complimentary mini-bar feature, but I wasn't informed about it upon check-in. I had to repeatedly confirm myself to find out it was actually free.
Overall, the service still feels like most state-owned hotels from 10 years ago. In today's highly competitive market, this is clearly not enough.

A great overall choice if you're visiting Tianjin to explore the Hai River and catch the light show, offering excellent value for money!
**Facilities:** The hotel's amenities are generally decent, although the shower head in the bathroom was quite stiff and difficult to adjust.
**Cleanliness:** I found black pen marks on the bedsheets. I called housekeeping to get them replaced, and the attendant who helped me was very friendly and enthusiastic.
**Location:** The surroundings are quite pleasant, and transportation is very convenient.
**Service:** The service overall was excellent and very welcoming.

My recent stay at The St. Regis Tianjin Financial Street was truly remarkable. The hotel boasts a superb location in the heart of the Financial Street. A nearby subway station makes it incredibly convenient to explore, whether you're heading to the Italian Style Area for a taste of European charm or visiting other popular attractions.
Before my check-in, Hailey proactively reached out to me. Upon learning I was driving, she thoughtfully sent me a video of the parking lot in advance, which was incredibly helpful. Throughout my stay, Hailey was exceptionally responsive to all my requests. Her attentive service truly enhanced my trip.
I'm already looking forward to my next stay at your hotel and experiencing Hailey's outstanding service again!

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel.
From the moment you arrive, there’s a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere — everything feels calm, thoughtfully arranged, and comfortable.
The service is excellent: staff are polite, attentive, and always ready to help — from the front desk to the restaurant. A particularly nice touch was being greeted with welcome drinks upon arrival, which immediately set a positive tone for our stay.
The rooms are very clean and spacious, with large windows that let in lots of natural light and offer great views of the city.
The hotel features a modern and elegant design, and it’s clear that the property is well-maintained — everything feels fresh and in great condition, with no signs of neglect or aging.
Highly recommended for those who value quality, comfort, and professional service.
The hotel's location was the most satisfying aspect. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the subway station, and reaching the Olympic Sports Center (entering through the venue's ground parking lot) also takes under 10 minutes. Both the front desk and the breakfast restaurant provided good service. The room amenities were satisfactory, and the bedding and towels were of good quality. The breakfast selection was a bit limited; next time, I plan to book a room without breakfast and try the Manling Congee restaurant across the street. There's a Luckin Coffee shop located in the lobby on the ground floor.

My recent stay at Four Seasons Tianjin was nothing short of exceptional. What truly sets this property apart is the remarkable staff who consistently went above and beyond to create a memorable experience.
Even before arrival, Duty Manager Qiqi was preparing for my stay despite being on leave. Learning it was my first visit to Tianjin, she thoughtfully arranged a stunning room with panoramic skyline views that made for a perfect introduction to the city.
The moment I arrived at the driveway, David from concierge greeted me personally. His Golden Key designation was evident in his impeccable professionalism and knowledge throughout my stay.
Check-in with Olivia at the front desk was seamless. She had clearly familiarized herself with my preferences beforehand, making the process efficient while still providing a warm, personalized welcome and comprehensive overview of the property's facilities.
Though working behind the scenes, Communications Coco and her team functioned like personal butlers, anticipating needs wherever I went. When I needed a garment bag for my suit to simplify air travel, a simple text through their live chat service was all it took - Coco went the extra mile to ensure it was delivered promptly.
Breakfast service was where Alice truly shined. After noticing me select a passion fruit, she immediately appeared with a spoon without being asked and offered to prepare fresh-squeezed juice to complement my meal. This level of attentiveness and personalization defines the Four Seasons experience.
While I never encountered the housekeeping team directly, their impeccable work spoke volumes. The turndown service particularly impressed me - the consistently prepared ice in the room during evening turndown demonstrated the brand's commitment to maintaining standards across all properties.
What's remarkable is how each staff member made such an impression that I've remembered their names - a rarity in my hotel experiences. Every team member embodied the golden rule of treating others as they would wish to be treated themselves.
I'm genuinely grateful for the exceptional care and will absolutely return when next in Tianjin. This property represents the Four Seasons brand at its finest.

Sumptuous and wide variety of choices for breakfast buffet. Amenities are world class. The price was worth the hassle free, enjoyable and memorable experience.

MMengerhaI booked this for my boyfriend's birthday and set up some simple decorations. The room was really spacious, with the living room being ideal for decorating. The bedroom had windows on two sides, providing excellent natural light – perfect for great photos! Room service was super quick in bringing up anything we needed. The front desk staff were also fantastic; I told them I wasn't quite packed, and they graciously offered a late check-out.

11599188****Visiting Tianjin, I felt Lishunde was an absolute must-experience! The hotel's new lobby is bright and grand, but I specifically booked the Cai E Suite, aiming for the old wing – and it truly lived up to expectations. It felt like stepping back in time, and the creaky floorboards added so much character. If you prefer not to stay in the old building, the new one is available, but the old wing is definitely worth a visit. Linda provided excellent service – highly recommend! I'll bring my family back and might try the new wing on our next visit. The whole place felt very cinematic; the staircase and the old grand lobby are incredibly beautiful. I also visited the museum and learned so much about its century-old history. It made me realize how quickly time flies and how fast China has grown. Looking back at history helps us move forward more peacefully and resolutely into the future. Oh, and for showering, you have to step into the bathtub. The old wing has a strong scent of aged wood, much like the Forbidden City – you get used to it after a while. If you're sensitive to smells, keep that in mind. For photos, I highly recommend wearing a qipao; it perfectly complements the setting!

Cchenit is a wonderful Holiday Inn facility, the service is first rate, I wish I took note of the receptionist while checking in, she was absolutely delightful .
Unfortunately, the location is slightly off, it will require a tax ride to all the high lights of the city of Tianjin. there are decent eateries around the hotel.
