Excellent services Prime location It’s just above subway One thing is felt was not up to the mark was breakfast they should have some different menu they should have pancakes and some more fruits

I arrived before 10am and was received by 2 friendly staff (forgotten to ask for their names). The room was ready and check in immediately. Room - clean and spacious, beautiful view of sunrise. Location - just beside Tianjin railway and MRT station (walk to North Square and exit 6). Very near to tourists attractions. There are many eating places around the location. Will recommend to my friends and definitely stay here if I am in Tianjin again.

My experience was this hotel is excellent. I will definitely return to this hotel again if I go back to Tianjin. Also, I would like to stress the service and poiltness of the staffs in the hotel, especially for the lady that handled the lucky draw area. I cannot remember her name, but I met and communicate with this staff on 31 Dec 2024 (at 5.43pm), she was poilte, and proactively recommending few places to me that I could visit during the countdown night day. Hotel room was clean! Laundry facilities was high tech, and customer are allowed to write down note that you wish to get your dried clothes hang up or fold in a bag. This makes us feels so convenient as we could put our clothes to dryer, and then leave for our activity, after return, we just need to go back to the laundry room to collect our clothes. It was a complete plesant experience. Please continue to keep up the good work, hotel staffs! :-)

The room was very clean, beyond my expectation. The hotel service attitude was very good. I bought a lot of express deliveries and sent them to the hotel. Every time the front desk was very patient to help find the express delivery. If a package was lost, they would immediately check the surveillance. The overall stay experience was very good, highly recommended

Really loved my stay here, the receptionist and the Auntie was so kind, they did not understand English, but we were able to communicate well. The room is also spacious, worth the price, all amenities provided as well, love it. The hotel is very close to the ancient culture street, love it✨ so recommended!

I was deeply impressed by the hotel I stayed in this time, and I had mixed feelings. The hotel has a good location, convenient transportation and dining, and is close to scenic spots such as the Haihe River and the Porcelain House. The hotel's internal environment is relatively clean and sanitary, and the accommodation is relatively comfortable. But there are also many areas for improvement: the service at some front desks of the hotel is not enthusiastic enough, especially the service attitude of some employees at the coffee bar is a bit cold, and they are not enthusiastic to answer consultation questions and tell lies. Some employees in the restaurant have poor service awareness, and the dishes need to be improved. For example: you have to cook the noodles yourself (the employee said that for buffets you have to do it yourself, and a male customer wanted to eat noodles but didn't know how to do it. The employee taught him orally on the spot, but was unwilling to help the customer make noodles), the stir-fried dishes got cold and no one cared (the employee explained that the machine was broken), there was no fruit (the employee explained that radish and cucumber were fruits), and the quantity was small (the employee explained that there was only one yogurt left and no more, and only a small bowl of tofu pudding was provided every day, which was gone after it was eaten). In the guest rooms, some cleaning staff knocked on the door loudly, and the bed in the room I stayed in creaked, which affected my sleep. I hope the hotel will continue to improve and get better!

Thank you Mr. Wang for taking care of us from the moment we arrived. The location is very good, close to shops, services, subway and restaurants. The room is clean and warm. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

(Review from a foreigner) This hotel, located near the airport, offers large rooms perfect for a comfortable night's sleep after a late arrival. Surrounding are shoplots from my room I can see car repair shops, small businesses but I didn’t get to explore more. While the staff's English proficiency is limited, they are accommodating and willing to help with guest needs. Overall, this hotel is a practical choice for travelers seeking a restful stay with close proximity to the airport.

Moved to this hotel the day before early morning flight, walked about 20 minutes straight line through parking and then on the pavement, with baidu maps you cannot miss it, they had their own bus at 6am in the morning, I suspect on a regular basis during the day, so just by coincidence I took it 5min drive, , could have walked. international security is slow at this airport, long queue just to get in for customs screening, all will take full hour. Hotel is full 4 star, adjustable aircon, very nice pillows and duvet, very quiet. Staff is very friendly, understand client needs and can communicate easily. Thank you very much, again any time. Tianjin is a big town, the views and walks along the canals are spectacular.

The room was comfortable and quiet. Clean too. The only problem was the constant cigarette smell everywhere. Seems the AC and exhaust fan would bring the smell into our room. Opening the window wasn't an option because of noise and the lights.
