A good hotel with a good space. Positive points: wide room, bathroom, wet bar, many dishes and chairs around the pool, various rest areas, shared kitchen, wide parking and good location (Near the center). Improvement points: •Cleanliness of the room (When we arrived the room was without bath towels and with the dirty floor and the second day the floor was not clean again and no bath towel or tape was replaced). • Breakfast with very few bad options and cakes. • Reception service at the time of Check-in was bad. Lost service, they did not find the reservation and talking with each other to with other customers without paying due attention to the process. • Room has no TV or fridge.

The hotel is the third time I stay and I enjoy more and more. Very good facilities, exceptional service and unlikely breakfast. A tip, pay a little more for the luxury room, is infinitely better, more spacious and more young. That's worth it.

If you are a competitor, find another hotel. I made a reservation with advance payment day 20-21/12 and under the penalty of deleting the certaine I asked a gentleman to attend Lucas to help me scan a document requested by the bank that I would pay, I came late to the city to sleep and to test, and could be removed if I didn't send it, and I received the answer that if I wanted to look for a 5-star hotel like a novel or similar that could help me there. I spent the night photographing and sending cellular because in a hotel where I hosted and paid a high value the collaborator had no empathy to treat me with respect. I believe that in the hotel sector q courtesy and counter-indao are fundamental to the reputation of the hotel, I hope they will change the policy of care, because it does not only affect my stay ( which I have already made several tests resting in that hotel) If you can stay in another hotel, believe the price is not worth the lack of empathy and respect. A scanner that cost a customer you had for years.

O hotel fica bem localizado e permite que as saídas à noite sejam feitas caminhando. Há também, dentro do hotel, uma agência que vende os passeios a serem feitos pela cidade. O café da manhã é razoável. O único ponto negativo é o box do banheiro - o vidro só vai até a metade do espaço destinado ao chuveiro, fazendo com que o banheiro fique alagado a cada banho.

Hotel novo, boa estrutura, café da manhã muito bom, quarto pequeno porém bem cuidado, chuveiro bom, embora o box tenha acessibilidade ruim para pessoas com alguma limitação física. O grande problema que tivemos foi com estacionamento, chegamos para dormir e não havia vaga na garagem dentro do hotel, como meu esposo é amputado e havia uma vaga destinada a PcD na calçada questionamos se o veículo estacionado na vaga possuía cartão para estacionar ali, e não havia nenhum cartão, então pedimos ao funcionário que cuida dos carros que identificasse o dono do veículo para liberar a vaga, o que não foi feito, ele nos instruiu a parar em uma vaga na rua, em guia rebaixada, estacionamento irregular portanto. Pedimos ao atendente da recepção que identificasse o dono do veículo, afinal, no check in tivemos que identificar a placa do nosso carro, porém, segundo ele aquele veículo não teve a placa registrada e não era possível identificar o dono. Chamamos a polícia, que não apareceu, e por fim arrumaram um lugar dentro do estacionamento. De qualquer forma, havendo alguém que cuida dos carros estacionados, essa pessoa deveria cuidar para que respeitem a vaga destinada aos PcDs e idosos, a lei existe para ser cumprida, e o hotel foi extremamente negligente em relação a isso.
