Cleanliness was only so-so. I found a few hairs in the sink and ended up cleaning them myself. As the cheapest Disney hotel, it offers most of the essential benefits you'd expect. The room itself is almost identical to those at Pop Century, but this resort doesn't have Skyliner access, and the Pop Century campus is arguably more appealing. Ultimately, it's perfectly fine if you're just looking for a place to crash after long park days, especially given the price.

Very good hotel, clean and hygienic. You can enter and exit the parking lot with your room card. It seems that it is not free. The room is a little small, but the hygiene is very good. The bathroom is very clean. The lobby environment is good. The breakfast is better than many American breakfasts. The swimming pool is very beautiful. You can call the airport shuttle bus. You need to wait for half an hour at the airport.

We booked this hotel to visit Disney Springs - to our surprise they had our room ready early which was so lovely and convenient. The hotel is SUPER nice - smells great when you walk in, very clean, spacious, great accomodations and friendly staff. About 5-10 min uber ride to Disney Springs

The hotel facilities are good. You can see a corner of Disney's fireworks from the room. The hotel has a dedicated shuttle bus to take guests to several Disney parks at fixed times, which is very convenient.

A cost-effective hotel, because the room rate is cheap, there is a microwave oven this praise, everything else is quite satisfactory, breakfast is basically the same every day, there are fruits, can only fill the stomach, the taste is really not good, there is a shuttle to the park Although the time is not very good, if you want to save the fare, it is a good choice.

The check in process was easy and the staff at the front desk was very friendly. Actually, every staff member I encountered was very friendly. The location was super convenient to Disney Springs, and they offered a complimentary shuttle to every Disney park. I did not eat there or use the pool so cannot speak to that.

Orlando Disney was absolutely fantastic! The service and facilities were excellent. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and there was always someone available 24/7 to assist. The lobby also features a Fuel convenience store where you can pick up drinks, fruit, and sandwiches, which was incredibly convenient! Both the Dolphin and Swan resorts offer frequent shuttle boats to all the parks. Will definitely be back!

Stayed for 7 nights, and it was great value for money. The hotel's location is excellent, close to Disney Springs, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room size was just right. They have a swimming pool and a laundry room, and the service was very good. The only downside was that breakfast was quite basic, with limited variety – just enough to get by. I apologize, I was in a hurry on the last morning and forgot to leave a tip.

This hotel is a great stay for families and couples. We booked two rooms, one with a mini lounge which we enjoyed as we gather there for NYE! The view is also good from our room which is 252 in bldg E, we can see the pool and the whole hotel. I recommend this hotel very much as it’s located in central Orlando, with nearby souvenir shops, shopping centres and food marts. There are a lot of nearby restaurants as well where you can buy food or for to gos. The complimentary breakfast that’s included with our booking is also nice. The kids love the food and their cool self waffle maker. Overall, it’s a 10/10 for its affordability, convenience and amenities
