Perfect location, lots to do at hotel. Free breakfast, supper and 3 free drinks can't beat it. Walking distance to Disney Springs, shuttle to parks. Clean room, lots of towels, fridge, microwave & giant pool with hot tub. Felt like I was at a resort in the Caribbean. Will definitely be back.

The hotel is very clean and the service is very friendly, but there are not many shuttle buses to Disney. There are not many types of breakfast, but the ability to make your own Mickey Mouse waffles is more attractive to children.

Not a bad thing to stay about this property and I’m not saying that lightly. We stayed in the Cyprus Tower on a high floor. Had an amazing view of Disney Springs and nightly fireworks. Kids loved the breakfast options! Shuttles to Disney parks were super convenient. Short walk to Disney Springs. Staff was friendly and answered all questions. Our Disney vacation was amazing and having a great hotel to come back to each night, made it even better!

We stayed here for a few nights and we had a wonderful view, clean room. The staff was so nice and helpful. They even remembered your name. The hospitality was overwhelming. Breakfast, dinner and the bar drinks were excellent. I highly recommend staying here, we will be back.

We had a really great stay here before our cruise. I will say that the breakfast and snacks were just okay. The hotel was rather busy and loud during dining times. Otherwise, room was very clean, great view and we felt safe. Super easy walk to Disney Springs! Would definitely stay again!
