I was satisfied with the location of the accommodation, as there are amenities nearby and it is close to the station. The facilities were clean, and I experienced no inconvenience using them. However, due to another guest smoking in the bathroom, the smell of cigarettes lingered even with the ventilation fan on, making it very difficult to sleep. Even though there was a deodorizer in the bathroom and a diffuser in the room, the smell was terrible. I had a good stay for the reasonable price, but I would have to reconsider visiting again.

It's right in front of the station, which is very convenient! There are supermarkets, Lotte Mart, and lots of restaurants around the hotel, and on the opposite side as well. ⭐︎ It's also a motel, so the walls are thin, haha. However, if that doesn't bother you, it's very convenient as it's spacious, fully equipped, and even has a bathtub. ◎

After long days of exploring, sinking into that chair felt like pure heaven. It was surprisingly high quality, with multiple settings that genuinely helped me relax and recharge. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Soft pajamas were provided, the bathroom was spotless, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The staff were polite, efficient, and respectful of privacy, which made the stay even smoother. It’s one of those places where you can truly unwind without any distractions. That said, there was one… unusual moment. Around midnight, I woke up suddenly and noticed something in the window. For a brief second, it looked like a shadow forming into a red, skull-like shape, almost as if it was hovering just beyond the glass. It disappeared as quickly as I focused on it, leaving me unsure if I was dreaming or just disoriented from sleep. The stillness of the room afterward made it feel even more surreal. Despite that strange experience, it didn’t take away from the overall stay. If anything, it made the night oddly memorable. Between the incredible comfort, the relaxing massage chair, and the peaceful atmosphere, I would absolutely stay here again. A perfect experience with just a hint of mystery to keep things interesting.

What truly sets this hotel apart is its unbeatable location—just a 2-minute walk from Seongnam Sports Complex, one of the best places in the area for jogging, walking, or enjoying the outdoors. If you like to start your day with some fresh air and exercise, you’ll love how easy it is to access the stadium and surrounding paths. Aside from the amazing location, the hotel offers a very clean and comfortable stay. The room was tidy and well-maintained, and the bed was fresh and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room comfortable regardless of the season. The bathroom had all the essentials, and both the water pressure and hot water were excellent. The staff were friendly, responsive, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. One of the staff members, who seems to be the owner, speaks excellent English, which made communication very easy. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and public transportation is very accessible, so getting around is simple even if it’s your first time in Seongnam. Overall, this hotel is an excellent value for money and especially ideal for those who enjoy staying active while traveling. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel is very comfortable, and the rooms are well-equipped with everything you need. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and transportation is very convenient. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was very nice and patient. The only downside is that there are many karaoke bars in the area, so it can be a bit noisy.

Central, clean and good value for money. The suite looked just like the picture and felt less like a love motel than most other places close by. Would stay again.

Based on what you have paid for, this hotel provided a safe, clean, comfortable space for overnight stay. They also provide water, hotel water, and tea bags, coffee in the common area. I had a comfortable stay there. They only shortcomings is the check in time is from 6pm.

We would like to attend the exhibition at Kintex 1.location, a little bit difficult to find because there is no sign of the hotel and the name is different. The name of the hotel on Trip.com should be the name of the hotel. It is a ”Grand Motel” and we couldn't find the entrance easily. The local people were kind and tried to help us find the entrance. Ohhh. The hotel is inside the building and the hotel is on the 10th floor only. 2. The cleanliness was good. The reception was friendly and helpful. He supported us everything. 3. The facilities were good. This is Korea, the land of beauty. The hotel cares about the beauty, there were facilities for beauty in the room. 4. It is near bus stops and subway. It was really convenient for us. 5. There were some great restaurants there. We stayed there for 6 nights but we went to a BBQ restaurant 3 times, the owners were super kind to us and served good service with a smile everyday. Lovely restaurant. 6. There were some super markets where I could find fresh fruit, vegetables, coffee, bakery and also convenient shops everywhere. 7. Even at nignt, the vibes were safe The location of the hotel is great but the entrance was difficult to find at the first time.
