Living here is very comfortable, the hotel staff are very warm, take the initiative to greet, very polite, the service is great, the facilities are complete, there are robots to deliver food, very convenient, the bedding pillows in the room are very comfortable, living here feels that the quality of sleep is good, the room has free mineral water, and tea, Hotel breakfast is also great! It tastes good.

Since the customer is in the nearby Chinese market, I chose to stay at this hotel. The room is spacious and tidy, the bed is 1.2m wide and very comfortable. The service is welcoming and the breakfast is very rich.

Бронировали номер на одну ночь,вежливый персонал,стандартный шведский стол,в подарок у нас был час посещения бассейна в СПА центре,но не удалось воспользоваться,не хватило времени.В номере чисто,есть все необходимое,доп.одеяла и очень удобный матрас,для ная этот пункт немаловажен.

Очень понравился отель. Чисто, вкусно, красиво. Если ещё буду в Ставрополе, остановлюсь только здесь! Заселение: быстро и без заморочек. Номер одноместный:без изысков, но есть все необходимое, все чисто и комфортно. Завтрак: можно и позавтракать, и пообедать одновременно, кто как любит. Все вкусно и качественно. Интерьер: красиво. Благодарю за превосходное пребывание в Ставрополе!

Overall, everything was up to the price we booked - 2500 nights with breakfast. But the hotel said it was a discounted price, and the full price of our room was 14,000 per night. So 2500 is not bad (not great), but this hotel doesn't pull 14000 per day. It's like an old fancy car. Tired a lot despite all the signs of 4 stars. They will give away a key, which often happens when buying an old car. Lots of wear and tear. I couldn't even resist, adjusting the desk door that had sagged and flew off its hinges (there was a refrigerator in the back) and how I could put the closet wall back in, having the door hit it on top of it. Why don't hotel staff do this? If the walls of the closet fully bounce the next time it is closed, there is a good chance the closet will fall apart and land on guests. Mold in the corner of the shower. The water flows through the joints of the shower and the wall when washing. The shower door seal was broken. They tried to secure it with duct tape, but it still broke further and water poured out of it. As a result, after swimming, a puddle appeared on the floor, and even the towels for the feet were not collected enough. In our room there were splatters that looked like bloody snot on the tulle curtains, the corners of the furniture and the jamb of the bathroom door. I didn't make these requests to the government because we arrived one day. I don't want to waste it on these teardowns. Just fixed the quality of cleanliness and room preparation. The room does not have an entrance hall. not at all! Very narrow and corridors. Nowhere to hang coats. So she hangs in the closet. As you can see, this is inconvenient. I prefer to put on the shoes first and then the coat. Because wearing a coat and shoes is uncomfortable and hot. But in this hotel, for the first time, I encountered the problem that there are no hangers in the entrance and corridors. Good breakfast! Good towels. Bathrobe. slippers. No food was delivered to the room. Generally you can't have lunch or dinner at the hotel... we were asked to order through a 3rd party service. The room was well cleaned and free of dust and household clutter. The bloody snot was never touched. Shit, even if it's my snot, I'll have the maid wipe it off. More importantly, I don't want to see strangers. But I saw one day, two nights and one morning. I remember it clearly. Room 301. Maybe now they will wash? ..with kettle and tea. Stocks of tea and coffee are replenished. Shower supplies were replenished and they were good. In general, like an old fancy car. The view from the window is good. Great location. Comfortable room temperature. Overall, we are satisfied. But 14000/day is not worth it. 2500 special price. Breakfast included!

Замечательный отель! Находится прямо в сердце Курортного бульвара, возле бювета. Шикарное питание, чистота, интерьеры. Супер! Из минусов - нет заявленного на сайте фитобара.
