Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Breakfast Buffet I recently stayed at Relais des Plateaux and had an excellent experience. The hotel provides free airport pick-up and drop-off, which made my arrival and departure seamless. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was comfortable and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant stay. One highlight of my stay was the breakfast. It was one of the best buffets I’ve had in years, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The selection was impressive and catered to all tastes. Overall, I highly recommend Relais des Plateaux for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially if you appreciate a top-notch breakfast!

I arrived at midnight and check in took a bit long. The room has 2 twin beds and sitting area. There is a small fridge and hot water pot. Bathroom amenities consist of bathe gel and shampoo, no conditioner. My room has a view of the city and looks down at the Analakely market. Complimentary breakfast is not bad but not special either. The hotel restaurant also serves lunch and dinner. There is a pool, stean room, spa and fitness equipment. There are restaurants nearby. I recommend the L'Orient Asian Fusion Restaurant, good food and great presentation. It's 2 minutes on the same street of the hotel. Overall I like the hotel and would stay here again.

Good value-for-money hotel in central location. Pretty decent restaurant. Friendly staff. A couple of minor downsides: the curtains in my bedroom window weren't sun-blocking, which means that, unless you're wearing a sleep mask, you'll wake up pretty early, if you're sensitive to light; the music in the common area is generally made of lame and syrupy love songs - I wish it was mainly music by Madagasy musicians. Other than this, totally recommend!

The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen facilities weren't fully equipped though – there were plates but no bowls, and the pots didn't have lids.

Hong Kong boss, Shunde chef, Maoming lobby manager. Authentic Cantonese cuisine, I don't want to go outside to eat at all. The room was quite satisfactory, but the tower where the water was cut and the power was cut, there was air conditioning and hot water, and it was clean, which was very good.

Not recommended, the reason is that it is far from the tourist attractions, the price/performance ratio is not high, many hotels in Tana are under the name of Radisson 😸, the whole East Africa, Radisson franchise stores are everywhere, but this Radisson is located in the suburbs, I have lived in the Radisson apartment in the old town, it is within walking distance to the tourist attractions, this one is a bit far, you have to take a taxi, and to be honest, I don't think it is special, it is more than 100 yuan expensive for no reason, more importantly: the free airport shuttle is nonsense, nonsense, nonsense 😭😭, just take a taxi yourself, emails are not replied, you have to call to book a pick-up, the price is twice that of the airport taxi, more locals come, the reason is that there is a cinema next to it, suitable for weekends, after all, locals don't go to tourist attractions 😭

12月初入住飯店，第一個錯誤，我的房卡沒有辦法把房間的門打開，第二就是飯店現在在裝修整個是很吵雜，當晚一直有斷電的情況至少停了三次，第二天早上退房櫃檯沒有現金可以找我錢，大概等了十五分鐘，而且收了我6000阿里阿里，和原本訂房網上金額需付2038阿里阿里有差異，但現場沒有會說英語的服務人員，另，我留下e-mail要住房證明，一直到今天沒有任何回覆🙈

I stayed here for two weeks during a two-week trip to Madagascar 🇲🇬 with my 10-year-old daughter. The Chinese owner often chatted with us. He offered to arrange a flight for us to see the baobab trees 🌲, but said all flights were booked for the next day, with only availability on our return day. I told him that would be too late, so I'd find one myself. With the help of Genchi's experience in Madagascar, I booked a bus. When I told the Chinese owner about it, he said it couldn't possibly work out that well! He said the roads weren't paved and the bus would definitely break down along the way. We took an 18-hour bus ride to see the baobab trees, stayed for three nights and four days, and then took another 18-hour bus ride back. When I told him about it, he said it was great!

Because I had to go to Murondawa from Tana, I stayed for one night. The overall hotel was good (the surrounding environment was messy), but the service attitude was very satisfactory. Our transportation arrangement was set off at 5 am and even helped us prepare breakfast. It was really intimate!

The hotel was clean and safe. Rooms on higher floors are recommended. The streets nearby are very busy in the daytime and deserted at night.
