4-Star Hotels in Pahang, Malaysia

Everything is ok, but the cleanliness needs to improve, your feet will become dusty after walking on the floor. You can see the attached photo, the toilet lid is broken, the fridge door was dented, and some drawing on the wall (maybe not drawing, but it is dirty). The amenities are all the same as advertised. Location is no problem, but you need to drive or take grab/taxi.

Room was clean, amenities was good, but bathroom is too small, the entire layout of the room is not properly plan, feel like it could do better (There are parts where the space is too big and some are too small) The sound from the street just infront was also quite noisy due to cars and motorcycles flying by. Couldn’t really get a good sleep on the first night due to the noise (It was a Saturday night). Overall was not bad, breakfast was not bad.

1. The lights near the gate are dim, some aren't working. Poor lighting. It's easy to miss the turn. 2. Parking is okay, there's even parking for EV cars. 3. The lobby is okay too, and the staff at the counter were also just okay. 4. Dining area. Hmm, maybe you can do better. 5. The pool is suitable for kids. 6. Private beach ✅✅✅ clean. Not sure if it's safe to swim though. 7. Cleanliness. - The toilet had a slight smell, not very clean 2.8/5 - Sheets and pillows, not clean. - Towels had dirty spots. - The AC was dripping water, yes! It reached the bed, making it uncomfortable to sleep because I could feel the droplets on my face. 8. My husband got bed bugs, his legs and body were covered in bites. 9. Buffet breakfast changed to 'sahur' (the taste wasn't bad, it was okay). - White rice. Chicken with curry, I think? The chicken pieces were small. 2 prawns. Sliced watermelon & Sunquick/fresh orange juice? (At least offer ice cream as a dessert replacement). I don't have pictures for any of this because I was tired from the journey from Seremban, and then I got a room like that (Room number 1079). Disappointed. I only loved the beach. 😇

Excellent, we'll definitely be back! My friends and I had a great time, and the food wasn't expensive. The only thing is the paint smell in the room was a bit strong, which I hope they can improve. Also, there aren't many entertainment facilities. Keep up the good work!

Everything was great, comfortable, and I would definitely come back again. The location is strategic, close to Kea Farm. It's just a short walk to buy corn from Uncle at 6:30 a.m.

My kids enjoy swimming, big pool and kids friendly (especially mini waterpark). We’ve been booked Garden Villa without breakfast, room space just nice for kids below 12yo. Room have mini ice bar, tv, kettle, hanger, wardrobe, iron, iron board & sejadah. Restaurant and shops just nearby the resort. Highly recommended for family vacation.

Antara Residents is absolutely amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The residence is beautiful, modern, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The facilities are excellent, and everything feels thoughtfully designed to make guests feel relaxed and at home. The location is also very convenient, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and enjoyable. What impressed us most was the excellent service and attention to detail. A truly fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️🏡✨

It's a little complicated when we are trying to heading to our room from the hotel lobby, they said the room is located in a different building. The receptionist is so helpful and lead us the way. Clean room and comfortable.

Front desk service is very helpful, they explained everything before you enter your room, room is tidy and clean. But 1 things i found unpleasant about this stay because the water bottle is dirty and smelly, stink smell right after i drank half bottle. I bet they didn’t wash it properly before insert new water. Really hate the fact i found out after drank half of it 😭

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a pleasant stay at Awana Hotel Genting. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall environment was nice and relaxing. The location was convenient, especially with easy access to the cable car and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Genting Highlands. 😊
