PPeko OhLocation is good. Cleanliness still needs improvement. Toilet bowl cover was already spoiled when we checked in. Service was normal and amenities needs more like floor slippers, tissues and mirror. Overall still ok for price paid. Hope there will be more improvement in future.

JJeraldddService staff were impeccable, they reacted promptly to special requests.
We were rather worried about cleanliness of hotels since we read that the older ones seem to be moldy and dirty, but Oakwood was very clean and up to standards.
The location was near Brinchang so it was within walking distance (10 mins) to Pasar Malam which are only open on Fridays and Saturdays!
They have a very nice gym as well. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good location

GGuest UserStaff are extremely friendly, the place was a really relaxing and beautiful getaway. Although the beach was not sandy as it was filled with dead corals, snorkeling around the area was quite beautiful. The transport to the resort is also very convenient as they provide rides from the main village.

GGuest UserAfter 20 years away from Cameron Highlands, I recently stopped by Copthorne just to charge my EV. Last night, I had the opportunity to stay overnight in Cameron Highlands and chose this hotel because of its convenient location. I received a free room upgrade from a superior room to a deluxe room. Thanks, Naziera, you made this the best moment for me after not setting foot in Cameron for 20 years.
The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options. The location is super strategic, close to Kea Farm and Laman Kak Engku. It was excellent! I will definitely repeat my stay here in the future. I slept soundly.

FFarahbaini MohamadGreat beachfront and pool—my kids absolutely loved it! We’ll definitely be coming back again soon. The only downside was the buffet breakfast, which felt quite basic and not very tasty. Other than that, everything else was excellent. I’d suggest grab-ing food from outside instead, as there are plenty of eateries nearby.

AAnonymous UserI love the room, it’s a new hotel with a modern decoration and quite spacious .The weather and the view is stunning. Just one thing to highlight on the toilet. I have experience clogging in the shower room throughout the stay. Hopefully this can be repair.

GGuest UserThis is our first stay in ion delemen for 4D3N. The unit is very spacious and clean however we faced some difficulties as below.
1. Broken bedframe: One of the room bed is broken and we have reported to the reception immediately however no action was taken nor any updates was received. There are difficulties every time when we sleep on it as it is unstable.
2. Wifi connection: Throughout our stay, we unable to connect to hotel WiFi and no action was taken to rectify it.
3. Noisy door: There's a very annoying sound every time when we open or close the room door.

KKhairi AsyrafI recently stayed at AC Hotel by Marriott Kuantan and had a very pleasant experience. Jeff at the reception was very polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive an anniversary cake in our room after I had placed a special remark during booking — a very thoughtful gesture by the hotel.
Overall, we were very happy with the stay. The swimming pool using salt water was definitely a plus point and made the experience even better. The breakfast was good and the food tasted great as well. Highly appreciated the hospitality and service provided by the Marriott team. Never disappointed of choosing Marriott!

GGuest UserI had a very pleasant stay with my family here. Totally worth for the price, it has great view, great attraction such as nature trail, kids activity area and large swimming pool. Room is nice with comfortable bed. Toilets and sitting area is a lot in the resort, great for guest to sit and chilling. However, one area of improvement should be on breakfast part. Please make sure adequate staff is available in the morning to serve for breakfast as there was long queue. Ala carte food is understandable with the food voucher, but please provide other drink also for kids as option available are only black tea and black coffee. Other than that, we had a great time and keep up the good job.

GGuest UserI’m Very disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the room. Check in je terus nampak sink pipe dalam bathroom bocor sampai lantai basah. Sofa pula sangat hapak, busuk, lusuh dan berbulu . and then bed pun ada sehelai rambut, meja bulat pun masih kotor macam tak properly clean before guest masuk. Overall memang rasa maintenance dan housekeeping sangat tak memuaskan. tak berbaloi dengan harga 300+/night😔
before book ada nampak review dkt tiktok apps mmg bad review tapi still juga nak book sebab nampak bilik and view cantik, tapi menghampakan sangat.
so far staff semua ok, cuma kebersihan jela out.
Hopefully pihak management boleh ambik iktibar dan improve service serta kebersihan untuk future guests.
