5-Star Hotels in Galicia, Spain

Close to Alameda Park, walk about 1 km to the cathedral. The deluxe king room is also very small, and because it is an old building, the sound insulation is very poor, and there is that kind of gloomy taste. I can accept these, if I can't accept it, I don't recommend staying here. There are not many types of breakfast, but it is delicious and satisfying. Drinking bar, fitness equipment, indoor pool, free drinking water in the room.

While I am not an expert on the specific requirements for a five-star rating, this hotel did not meet those expectations in my experience. Having an ”old-style” design is perfectly fine, but many areas here are not well-maintained. For example, the towel holder was rusted and there was mold on the bathtub edge, as shown in my photos. Furthermore, the sauna and hammam look very different from the promotional images. This lack of upkeep might explain why the price is relatively low for a ”five-star” property. There are many hotels in cities like Kyoto or Paris that preserve their original design while remaining perfectly maintained, but unfortunately, that was not the case here.

Great hotel in old historical building with lots of antiquar pieces and furtiture which makes the pkace a sort of museum itself. Rooms are decorated in style of previous ages with modern bathroom though (bathroom has both a shower and a bath). Amazing view on the main cathedral from the breakfast hall. Old arched hall of the restraunt. Spectacular inner yards with small fontains.

Very beautiful place, a hotel to recommend to anyone who wants to spend a few days in peace.

I had an excellent experience during my stay at this hotel. The location is simply perfect, right in front of Samil beach, but it was a shame it was raining during my stay. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile on their face, which made all the difference. Another point that deserves to be highlighted is the cleanliness: everything was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas. The environment is welcoming and well-kept, transmitting comfort and security. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free stay.

A hotel located in the center, excellent location. For us, something overloaded in its decoration and somewhat outdated. Very large rooms and huge beds. I think they assigned us a lower category room after taking an offer. Views of a dark patio and somewhat dirty bathroom floors.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were all friendly and the facilities were excellent. I'd love to stay here again. The town is compact, so you can walk to the main tourist spots.
