JJilinliyuanMy stay at Lavande Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortably laid out, and the soundproofing was excellent â I couldn't hear any outside noise at all, which made for a very restful sleep. The hotel's location is superb, offering great access to transportation and dining options. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I'd definitely come back again.

MMLS755So glad we chose to stay at this hotel and area. Itâs right in front of the folk garden, walking distance to many restaurants, museums, and dinosaur world park. The staff was very welcoming during our stay, including the cute delivery robot. The rooms are very comfortable and the rooftop terrace has beautiful views. Lots of pillow provided, high end bedding, and big beds even for a family of 4. We hope to be back!

HHong JangWhen I arrived at this hotel early in the morning, I actually felt puzzled, wondering if all the surrounding shops and other hotels were closed. It seemed that not only was it not the peak tourist season, but the economic situation might also be unfavorable, which likely explained it.
Since I arrived at the hotel too early, no rooms were ready yet. So, I left my luggage with the hotel first and set out for a tour of the western course of Mount Baekdu.
When I returned, my luggage had already been placed in the room assigned to me.
The condition of the room was impeccably clean. When I woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, the bright sunlight streaming into the room made me feel incredibly refreshed.
I went down to the lobby for breakfast, and the hotel owner personally set the table. The food was exceptionally neat and delicious.
Moreover, the owner spoke better English than anyone else at other hotels, which was a great help.
It was a clean, cozy, and comfortable hotel to stay in.
The only drawback was the lack of an elevator, but carrying luggage up one floor shouldnât be a problem for most people. And considering that the hotel is right across from the western tourism center of Mount Baekdu, its location more than makes up for the inconvenience of not having an elevator.

Sshaney yeo jun xinA truly unique and memorable experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely accommodating, which made our stay extremely comfortable and stress-free.
A special mention goes to the receptionist H, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. As we did not have the local apps in China, she kindly assisted us with ordering taxis and food delivery, always with patience and a warm attitude. Her help made a huge difference and we truly appreciated her care and attentiveness.
We would also like to specially thank éé, who helped us arrange everything related to skiing. From organizing ski clothing rentals to coordinating transportation to the ski resort just a few minutes away, everything was handled very smoothly and professionally. In addition, éé took the time to recommend many places to visit and shared detailed information, which made our trip even more enjoyable and well-planned.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of service, convenience, and hospitality. Itâs rare to find a place where the staff are so attentive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again đ„°

MMind KatechooThe room is so so cute. It was a really nice and comfortable stay. The room has all that one needs and itâs practical and functional. The beddings are clean and comfortable. The design is well thought out. I enjoy spending time there. Tianchi was not open the whole time I was there so I spent a bit more time in the room and itâs nice! The owner and family are very friendly and helpful as well. They help as much as they can even though I asked so many questions. Theyâre quite attentive to their guests. I was a bit down because of Tianchi but they made it a good time nonethelss! I bought breakfast separately for the days I want to eat and they have nice sets of breakfast. There is a washing machine and a dryer and theyâre quite busy. Still, itâs very convenient. The location is in walking distance to the Reindeer park, duck park, and distribution center too. So thatâs a plus. Itâs about 1-1.5 km away from the busy streets and the food. If you canât hail a ride, itâs still possible to walk (though itâs very cold). It was a lovely stay and I loved the place!

- About 10 mins walk to âThe Hillâ/âWanda Shopping Mallâ and Tram 54
Cons:
- Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as itâs very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area
- Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep
- To maximize space, there wasnât any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets
Overall (Summary)
- Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasnât any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. Hhann11After the Mid-Autumn Festival here, the moon cakes were very sweet, and I saw the fireworks, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. I brought my parents to live for 3 days and the whole family was very satisfied! In the homestay, quiet in the middle of noisy, there is a small yard at the door, and a small vegetable garden planted by the boss himself. It is very warm and clean. My parents can drink tea and sunbathe there every morning. The boss was very patient and helped us plan a slow tour route that was not in a hurry. The location was simply excellent and it was very close to our attractions. The room is quiet, the layout is warm and distinctive, the furniture in the comfortable room is not sharp corners, the hot water is stable for 24 hours, and the water temperature is also suitable for elders. The hygiene is done carefully, and there is no dust in the depths of the wardrobe. My parents said that it is more comfortable than living at home! No matter the facilities, sanitation, environment, and service are impeccable in all aspects, it is simply the best choice for travel!

GGuest UserFirst of all, the location of the hotel is good. It is 5 minutes by taxi from Yanbian University's net red wall. There are also many delicious fried **, seaweed rice, soup restaurant and Xiaoshi classmate milkshake on the side. It is basically a 5-minute walk. Secondly, the hotel is relatively clean, and the contactless self-service check-in experience is good. The housekeeper will call in advance to add WeChat to inform the check-in precautions and door lock passwords. The next morning, he will ask if he needs to arrange cleaning admission. The room was very large. We brought three suitcases, a travel bag and a backpack. Unfortunately, this stay was early and late without taking pictures. It was accompanied by a photo of takeaways and baths around the hotel.

theres those kind of ADULT MASSAGE ADVERTISE PAPER stuck in between my door!! how can you like this kind of thing into a hotel? I travel to many parts of china this is my first time seeing this kind of stuff. I dont know is culture or not, but this is supposing to not appear in a hotel.
And secondly, when i lock my door, the chain lock is not there, the in door lock is like shakey.
than the toilet cover is sooo dirty luckily the second cover is clean. other than that, the view is very nice
