Close to the airport, no slippers provided, free parking, the hotel has a car to take guests to the airport for free, the front desk has no problem communicating in English, the service is good, there are more fruits for breakfast, but there is no ironing board, it would be perfect if it can be added

I don't usually post negative comments, but if this will help another traveler make an informed choice, I thought I'd let you know a couple of things. First, I booked a junior suite with an ocean view. The rooms are very nice and spacious. However, our ocean view was actually of telephone poles and wires and the thatched roof of the club across the alley. I admit, the ocean was in view, beyond these obstacles. Our original room was on the 4th floor and the first night our roof sprung a fast leak due to the downpour outside. It was mostly cleaned up and we were told to let the front desk know in the morning that we needed to move rooms. I would have thought that due to the inconvenience of having to re-pack everything, that they would have given us an upgraded room. Instead, they gave us a junior ocean view suite on the 3rd floor with a closer view of the wires and rooftop. This room also had only one patio chair so even if we wanted to sit out on the patio, we wouldn't have been able to together. The resort itself has nice amenities.

We upgraded to the Family Suite of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every single service person we encountered on the property greeted us with a smile. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was a great experience from start to finish. Specially when you get to wake up to El Castillo from your room and be surrounded by so much greenery all the time! And with a fantastic large pool! There were very few people and it's so close to Chichen Itza and it took us 3 mins to get to the new entrance at 8am and we were done by 11 and picked up by the shuttle for 100 pesos for 2 pax. Everything went so well, including the free pickup and drop to the Tren Maya station, to the room service, and to the people in the property always with a smile and happy to help (except for one disinterested lady at the reception). We ordered room service all days and liked everything we consumed, except for the grilled chicken which felt too dry sometimes. The breakfast dishes were also quite good. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel has a beautiful environment and considerate service, which is suitable for family vacation. We chose the all-inclusive service. The breakfast was good, and the lunch and dinner were very average. Maybe I have high requirements for food. The beef was made of wood, and there was basically no decent food to choose from for seafood. The blended wine was a barrel of concentrated juice with wine, which was very difficult to drink. If you want to taste delicious food or have high expectations for delicious food, it is recommended to choose a package with breakfast, not all. The beach sand is not fine sand, which is the case in this area, and there is nothing wrong with it.

I never imagined a cheap hotel would charge me for washing the bed linens. I'm truly frustrated and could never recommend it. On the contrary, I'll dedicate myself to badmouthing it as much as possible.

Perfect location to walk into town! Highly recommend booking the oceanfront rooms, as the others open out onto the pool. Miguel did a sterling job serving us drinks every day on the beach! I can't rate him highly enough! Live music every night, the food was varied every meal, and we received a complimentary upgraded meal, which was delicious. Loved the all inclusive deal! The beach staff were very helpful to provide beach chairs, umbrellas and tables (thanks Emilio!). The front staff allowed us a later checkout, and the cleanliness of the resort is exemplary! I would definitely come back again! A wonderful experience!

Overall good, the bed is also very big, breakfast time is 8-11, more abundant. But the room is not soundproof, you can hear everything nearby, the bedside is equipped with earplugs but I don't like to use it, the whole is OK, the decoration is relatively new.

Hotel location to the airport without traffic jams for 40 minutes, near the exhibition hall. Nearby snack shopping is very convenient, good security, stay for six days! Very recommended, cleaning and cleaning are also very active
