Had a fantastic one night stay at the Novotel. The overall facilities are absolutely top-notch, maintaining an elegant and luxurious vibe throughout. A major highlight was the dining, the restaurants serve incredible food with outstanding service. Highly recommend it for a flawless luxury experience. Can’t wait to return! The whole staff was super friendly and supportive.

So far, everything has been okay and met my expectations for a work trip. The room was comfortable and suitable for business travel, and the overall stay was smooth. The only area that could be improved is the food variety, as the options were mostly Indian cuisine. A wider selection of international or local dishes would be appreciated, especially for guests staying multiple nights.

An excellent hotel, both in terms of facilities and service. I can't recall the staff's names, but one concierge, in particular, left a deep impression on my check-in day by helping with my luggage to the room and explaining the hotel's amenities. There's a security check at the hotel entrance, and the surroundings are lush with greenery. It's conveniently close to the airport for early morning flights, and the pool and gym facilities are comprehensive. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, catering to both Indian local tastes and international preferences – it's definitely worth taking the time to enjoy. It's clear the hotel strives for excellence, and I hope they continue to maintain this standard.

hi , the hotel property is new and beautiful. our room has everything we expected it to have . service is excellent, staff cooperated when we asked for an extra pillow . vibe of the room is very pleasant with proper lights and huge windows with glasses to see the outside view.the bed has a bench in front which is very convenient for sitting without messing the bed . food is also very nice . 👍
