The hotel is in the most central location of the town, but it is very quiet. Although the building is old, the interior is very good, clean and tidy, and the service is very good. Breakfast is eaten at the hotel next door. It is delicious. The restaurant itself is an Internet celebrity restaurant. It is very pleasant to go to the beach!
The location is a bit hard to reach on foot, but we knew that when we booked since we had a rental car. There's plenty of parking both outside and inside. It's currently off-season, and the hotel is still getting ready for it, so the interior grounds aren't spruced up yet.
The room isn't visually perfect: the sofas are a bit worn, and the laminate flooring is slightly warped. But for us, that wasn't an issue; we're not picky. The room has everything you need for cooking (except salt and oil), which was a lifesaver because eating out all the time can get expensive! Plus, there's even a dishwasher with tablets.
We went to the gym a couple of times. The equipment is a bit old, but still usable. There was also a sauna, but we didn't get around to using it.
The TVs support YouTube, which was a nice bonus.
The view from the room was also excellent, overlooking the Bay of Kotor.
The staff were polite and always ready to help.
It's funny, we extended our stay twice! We really liked it that much.
I originally booked another hotel, but it was full by mistake. Ctrip's excellent service made me change to this hotel very happily. I was amazed by this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located, with complete facilities and a great breakfast. I spent four unforgettable nights in Montenegro.
A nice stay and a friendly host. I love the view outside of the window, which makes people feel relaxed and comfortable. Also, the host gave us an upgraded room without any extra charge, a perfect ending for the trip. Emphasize that you must have a car to get there.
The room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is delicious, and the front desk staff provides warm and thoughtful service. The overall stay is fantastic, highly recommended!
Great location, friendly staff, and a good restaurant - I had a great (but short) stay at the hotel and can definitely recommend it for people looking to be close but not in Old Town. The My only complaint was when I asked someone at the front desk to help book me a ride to the airport and they said it would be €40 - I declined and got a taxi for €23.
The view of Perast is amazing and the hotel is worth staying in. The windows in old buildings are relatively small. The so-called sea view is actually the sea view through the small windows.
The service in Montenegro was particularly good. There was no elevator, so a strong man helped us carry our luggage, and we gave him a small tip at the end. Overall worth recommending
The hotel is relatively small, with about 8 rooms. It's small but exquisite, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Free parking is available. I stayed there in mid-April and the room cost about 100 euros per night. I personally think it's good value for money and worth recommending.
Wonderful hotel! Mona, the owner, is very pleasant, as is all the staff. The rooms are good and spacious. It's quiet and peaceful. There's parking available. Close to the hotel, there's a great restaurant with tasty food and reasonable prices. The location is perfect if you're traveling by car.
1. From the airport Diwat to the hotel, you can take a taxi for 20 euros. There is no shuttle bus. You can only take a taxi. You can get to the old town and you will be there after you walk in. You can ask the hotel to book 15 euros when you leave.
2 The front desk of the hotel is on the second floor. You will first go to the front desk of the hotel every day including meals, you will be given two choices and then you can go to the restaurant for dinner.
3 There is a shopping mall next to the old town
4 Remember that Bank of Montenegro has not cooperated with UnionPay, and all ATMs cannot withdraw money. Also note that the bank that UnionPay cooperated with has closed down. In euros
5 Here Go up the mountain to see Kotor, the ticket is 8 euros, walk up from the old city, about 3 hours. There is also a very good boat to go to bluecave and so on (see Figure 9/11/15 for the third flight). Remember to put on the swimsuit for 2 hours, 30 Euros, the boss gave me a special price of 25 Euros, and I will go on our boat. Blue, and there are a lot of fish in it.
Welcome to like my comments and do not express my feelings, because everyone understands the requirements differently. I only provide useful information and hope to help you.

Very Good
GGuest UserBecause the price was set two days before check-in, the price was very expensive, but the room was large, and in the ancient city of Kotor, you can go shopping at night in the ancient city. Front desk service is very good 👍
GGuest UserBest rooms in center of kotor old town, its inside the wall of kotor, room and services was really good, lady who checked us in was very kind and helpful in the process, just note parking is away from the property, the only issue was bell from the street, since we were on street side we were disturbed a bit but thats totally outside of htels country
GGuest UserThe place is small but mightier in the service they provide. Aesthetically appealing. Staff were very lovely, kind, courteous and understood the assignment. My friends and I paid extra for the massage service which I will do again as the lady who attended to us knew her onions(she is very good… thank you again😊).
I rode a bicycle after almost 20years, this was free🤩
Downside for us was that “Jacuzzi wasn’t included in the booking”. We didn’t know about this as it was not stated online prior to making the booking and it was part of the reason we chose the place. Information and reviews I read sort of says you have free access to jacuzzi but it is not so however, we expressed our concern regarding this and they where thoughtful enough to allow us use it as a welcome/thank you note from the management.❤️
On behalf of my friends and I, we enjoyed the service/this place.
OOlga G..We stayed at this wonderful hotel for three nights and were thoroughly pleased. The room was small but clean and modern, equipped with everything we needed, and featured a balcony. The pool was simply fantastic—we couldn't stop admiring the beautiful view of the bay. We also want to highlight the cuisine; we really enjoyed the various pasta dishes, but the chicken risotto was an absolute favorite—we simply loved it! It was incredibly delicious. And, of course, the warmth and hospitality of the owner and all the staff will stay with us forever. The owner—a wonderful, kind, and attentive woman—personally walked us to our room, explained everything, and arranged a parking spot for our car. We will definitely return! Thank you for the wonderful experience!
GGuest UserThe property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus.
Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled.
If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.
IIryaWe booked a small attic apartment for 5 nights.
Thanks to Drazen. They let us leave our luggage until check-in.
The location in the old town is very convenient. A very pretty street and surrounding area.
The kitchen and utensils were generally sufficient for basic cooking.
The pillows and mattresses were comfortable.
A few downsides, which, however, didn't spoil the overall experience of our stay in Kotor.
There's a cafe with music downstairs across from the apartment. In the evenings, it was mostly quiet, very pleasant, and usually didn't bother me. I go to bed very late, but my husband didn't like it as much (if you go to bed early or have trouble falling asleep, it can be disturbing). But one Friday night, it was incredibly loud and continued until 1:00 AM.
I would also recommend using duvet covers instead of sheets under the covers! There wasn't much space to hang clothes. (((- the photo shows a clothes rack. That's all.
) The apartment is clean and tidy, but... you have to take out the trash yourself. The cleaning lady didn't come to our place during our 5-night stay, even though we were told the towels would be changed every 3 days. They didn't. If guests are supposed to clean the apartment themselves, that's fine, but it would have been logical to provide some cleaning supplies, like napkins/dustpan/brush/mop. I wouldn't buy all of them myself for a short stay.
If you're staying outside the warmer months, the tiled floor feels cold in the evenings when it's already cool outside. It's better to bring warm socks and slippers. This isn't even a drawback, but rather a nice touch of staying in an old stone house during the off-season.
But for a few days' stay during the quiet off-season, we were generally happy with everything. ))) Very colorful, a wonderful old town, an interesting experience! Thank you!
GGuest UserIt was in September 2024. Rested for 2 weeks.
1. Location. Priority of which. To the center on foot in a hurry 25-30. Enjoy. All along the Gulf shore. Beauty. Nearby the shop - 3 minutes. Restaurant - 10 minutes on foot. The area is quiet. Who needs the plates and music is not here. Who needs silence and peace - choose this place.
2. Take the room on the top floor with the view of the bay (required!!!). Sea and mountains. The view is amazing! Every time a new picture. Not boring, but surprises again and again.
3. Hosts. Rarely will you meet such joy and kindness. Any request, wish is fulfilled immediately, with a smile. Everything is resolved. Just good! Machine and Juri - great thank you! And to everyone who helps you, of course, thank you too!
By the way, it was necessary to shift the time of the trip - agreed instantly. Early entry - too decided without problems.
4. Comforts. Everything is available for a long rest and for a couple of days to go. Kitchen (wish a microwave, but can be done without it), dishes. Normal sauna in the room. Good bed with excellent mattress. Live 2 weeks without home problems.
5. The hosts will always help with the transfer, will tell on the tours, will find a guide (we had Marco - a beautiful, cultural, intelligent person. Thank you for a separate!).
As a result. Choose these apartments. You won't regret it.
GGuest UserThe hotel and room in particular were stunning, clean, and spacious. Breakfast offers two options: continental and Montenegrin.
The hotel is located in the old town, so be aware that there are many bars below, where parties continue until 1:00 AM.
The reception staff couldn't remember me for four days, asking each time if I was going to the rooftop restaurant. I asked about a transfer to Dobra Voda, and they said they needed to find out (I heard them discussing it in front of me), but no one ever returned.
Everyone at the breakfast restaurant and at the rooftop restaurant was very friendly, remembered me, and was very pleasant.

GGuest UserThe hotel is part of the city wall, old and traditional decoration style, travel is very convenient, the service staff is very enthusiastic, help us book a boat and book a car is cheap, breakfast is rich, hot water is good, the only suggestion is that two handles can be installed next to the bathtub to reduce the risk of slipping. Very warm hotel!
