4-Star Hotels in Hessen, Germany

I have already fully paid via Trip.com, I was charged again by Hyatt Place, resulting in a double charge. I have not yet received a refund. Hyatt Place Frankfurt Airport is a convenient and comfortable hotel, especially for transit travelers. The rooms are modern, clean, and well soundproofed despite being near the airport. Staff are friendly and efficient, and the breakfast selection is decent. Its proximity to the airport and easy access to public transport make it a great choice for short stays or business trips.

This is my go-to hotel when traveling to and from Frankfurt from several cities. It's conveniently located, the facilities are good, and it's clean and hygienic. My only minor complaint is the lack of a kettle. Overall, the value for money is absolutely excellent!

Absolutely thrilled with my stay! Especially a huge shout-out to the competent male manager – he was incredibly kind, charming, and patient, helping me sort out numerous issues. The hotel's location is fantastic (the outdoor shot is from the first-floor restaurant), offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the ”Hauptwache” subway station, where both the S8 and S9 lines provide direct access to Frankfurt Airport (a single ticket costs €6.9). The area around the station is a major shopping district; the ”My Zeil” mall is right next door, and there are three ”dm” stores nearby (you can claim tax refunds on purchases over €50), perfect for grabbing some great goodies. If you're planning a trip to the ”Wertheim Village” outlet, remember to book your date and time on their official website. You can then catch a free shuttle bus from a stop near the hotel, which takes about 70 minutes each way. The Römerberg square is only about a 10-minute walk away, surrounded by other attractions like churches and the Iron Bridge. The breakfast is exclusively Western-style, but if that's not to your taste, you can always prepare your own meals in your room. Each room is fully equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and cutlery. This hotel is internally connected to the MOXY hotel. This connecting area serves as both a bar (with darts and other activities) and the MOXY's front desk and breakfast area, which is quite unique. I would definitely book this hotel again on my next visit to Frankfurt.

Good hotel! The position is strategic, near the railway station of Darmstadt. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is kindly.

Very comfortable, modern, new hotel. I felt welcome every time I walked in the door. Rooms are huge and well equipped. Take note the rooms even have cooking facilities so they're more like serviced apartments. I like that the building is small, so I don't have to take a long lift ride or walk very far to get to my room! The self service laundry facilities are very useful. They even provide detergent pods and have little waiting areas with beanbags and tablets in the laundry room! And there's laundry on every floor so you don't have to share with a lot of people. They have a selection of pillows to choose from. They even have umbrellas to borrow, although it's not advertised. I feel the location isn't very convenient though. The easiest way I found to get to Romer is an 800 m walk to the Frankfurt (Main) Güterplatz tram stop then number 11 tram. The Skyline mall nearby doesn't have many shops, but it has the essentials like a supermarket, pharmacy, and eating places.

We had a really pleasant experience. The room was spacious, modern and very clean, with great city views from the higher floors. The super king size bed was extremely comfortable and probably one of the best parts of the stay in this EU trip. Location was super convenient as well — Skyline Plaza shopping mall is a street away, making it easy for shopping, groceries and meals. The hotel is 10mins walking distance or 2 stops away by tram to Frankfurt Hbf.

While others mention the hotel location as a weak point due to the surrounding area (homeless people etc), we feel that the proximity to the Frankfurt train station and historical sites means that it is very accessible. On the other hand, the aircon does not seem to work even though it was set at lowest temperature possible. With the extra bed set further away from the AC in the room, the person sleeping there gets warmer faster. While the hotel is listed as a four star hotel, it does not have any amenities that justifies the rating

The hotel is very easy to reach and offers a complimentary airport shuttle service. The rooms and facilities are modern, clean, and well-maintained. The friendly and helpful staff service is particularly noteworthy. The breakfast was also varied and very delicious. Overall, a pleasant stay – absolutely recommendable.

Friendly staff, cosy room, although carpet was quite threadbare. Location near to main station but far enough away that it's quieter.

Checked in 19 and out 20 Mar. Skyline Plaza (shopping complex) around 8 mins. Room amenities are limited. No toothbrush. Only 1 body and hair wash. No bedroom slippers. One bottle of mineral water. Breakfast was very crowded from 730am to 9am. Spread wise acceptable and typical European flavors - meats, eggs and cheese.
