4-Star Hotels in Nakuru, Kenya

I was there with my daughter and we had amazing time. The hotel put us in the wrong room but the hotel changed the room. Thank you trip.com for the compensation. The room was lovely with an excellent view. The service provided by the hotel was excellent. From the Manager to the reception to the guy who carried our bags..... Even at the restaurant where we had our meals. Excellent food too. They had so many activities and the best New Years eve dinner, entertainment and fireworks. We even stayed an extra night. I plan to visit again.

The hotel is very good, highly recommended. The price-performance ratio is also high. The scenery is beautiful. The food is also very good. Anyway, it is much better than expected. It is almost among the top three hotels there.

All was nice and okay as per their advert.

They have best service ever

The estate boasts enchanting scenery, especially the lake view. The room design is unique, with a distinct African tribal flair, yet it doesn't compromise on sophistication. The abundance of animal species adds a lively touch to the hotel. The service is highly professional, making it a truly recommendable experience.
